Item Changes
In addition to stat value adjustments additional items have been added to Onyxia's Lair. Mace of the Dragon Knight, Wand of the Noble, Neltharion's Badge, Insignia of the Dragon, Draconic Effigy, and Band of Nyxondra will all come with the arrival of Onyxia.
Preceding the release of Onyxia's Lair, some items have received stat value adjustments to bring them more in line with this season's itemization goals. These items include: Dragonslayer's Signet, Eskhandar's Collar, Halo of Transcendence, Onyxia Tooth Pendant, Ring of Binding, Sapphiron Drape.

[Area-52] - the Legendary Mystic Enchantment Burning Darkness is now available on Area-52!
Fixed an issue where Ironsand became "nature" damage, it is now correctly once again Physical Damage, this created buggy interactions and prevented it from working with things like "trauma" despite being a bleed.

[Pending Restart] - Items bought from Edrim Skysong now follow the same 2 hour refund rules as other vendors. Previously you could NEVER return an item bought for mythic coins.
[Requires Launcher Update] Arena gear no longer has 2v2 or 3v3 rating requirements, meaning it can now be purchased if you have high enough 1v1 rating.
Lucky Cards now increase your chance to roll those abilities on Hands of Fate AND Card Swaps.
Your Book of Ascension when summoned now auto-trains all of your ranks.
Pets will now be automatically revived/called when you enter an LFG dungeon.
All vanilla open world leveling quests will now give a small amount of Marks of Ascension.
Auctionhouse sale cut has been increased from 7 to 8%.
Skillcards are now spec-specific and can be slotted and maintained for that specialization. This opens up options for additional skillcard behavior after level 60.

Item Changes
Fixed an issue where the normal versions of Gordock Knuckleband and Flattened Elven Ring had half the intended PVE power.
Fixed an issue where the tooltip of Retribution tier 1 Paladin 8 set bonus did not state that it also increased the damage of Seal/Judgement of Vengeance.
The 8 set bonus of the T1 Warrior Might DPS set has been reworked. It now has a new effect: Dealing a critical strike with physical abilities has a chance to grant you 60 attack power, 40 melee haste, or 42 critical strike rating. This effect can only occur once every 15 seconds, and lasts for 10 seconds.
The following items have additionally seen a stat revamp on Thrall: Gyth's Skull, Dragoneye Coif, Tribal War Feathers, Slaghide Gauntlets, Cinderhide Armsplints, Pyremail Wristguards, Flameweave Cuffs, Foresight Girdle, Emberplate Armguards, Tearfall Bracers, Dragonskin Cowl, Phasing Boots, Fluctuating Cloak, Elemental Plate Girdle, Dimly Opalescent Ring. These items had a chance roll stats randomly (the majority of the randomly generated stats were resistance stats) and these items would not keep the same stats when upgraded, for these two reasons have been reworked to prevent this.

[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Absolute Zero was not freezing the stunned targets, any targets stunned by Absolute Zero will now also function as if they're frozen.
"Winter's Mantle" and "Gathering Will" when fully stacked increases the critical strike chance of Fuego and Arctis by 15%, down from 24%.
Winter's Mantle and Gathering Will now provides 30% damage increase per stack to Arctis / Fuego, down from 40%. This will result in a total of 150% damage increase, down from 160% damage increase when fully stacked.
The following changes will roll out shortly after a restart on December 15th. This changelog is posted well in advance to give people the opportunity to prepare for the changes themselves: [Warden of Demonreach] - "Winter's Mantle" and "Gathering Will" now enable Soul of Feugo and Winter's Bite after casting Fuego and Arctis (respectively) at 5 stacks, up from 4 stacks.
