The changes to "Tier 0" Nether High-Material drops rates are designed to better reflect their use in all Tier 1, 2 and 3 recipes, as well as their ability to drop in all Tier High-Risk zones. These materials can be farmed anywhere in High-Risk and are not affected by events, and are used in all HR crafting recipes. This change will add more consistent and valuable farming for players wanting to avoid High-Risk events but still obtain valuable materials, and to ensure these materials do not become a bottle neck for HR crafting. [These changes require a restart]
Disenchanting Normal Level 70 Bloodforged Gear now has a 100% to grant a Shattered, Malicious or Forbidding Nether Shard.
Skinning Beasts now has a 100% chance to drop Nether Hide Scraps, Scored Nether Leather or Perfect Nether Leather in all Tier 1, 2 and 3 High-Risk zones.
Mining a Mining Node now has a 100% chance to drop a Fragmented, Tainted or Pure Nether Lode in all Tier 1, 2 and 3 High-Risk zones.
Gathering from an Herbalist Node now has a 100% chance to drop a Nether Spore, Spore Sac or Nether Seed in all Tier 1, 2 and 3 High-Risk zones.
Tripled the chance to obtain Nether Tinged Meat Chunks, Nether Infused Meat and Nether Charged Steak from beast mobs in all Tier 1, 2 and 3 High-Risk zones.
Tripled the chance to obtain Frayed, Sturdy and Interlaced Netherweave from humanoid mobs in all Tier 1, 2 and 3 High-Risk zones.
Updated descriptions on High-Risk Materials to be more clear where how they are obtained and from which zones. Nether is obtained in any Tier 1,2 or 3 zone. Twisted is Tier 1. Dread is Tier 2. Void is Tier 3.

Added a custom error message when For The Horde or For the Alliance spells fail to cast due to you being in a party with other players to make this requirement more clear. This requirement is necessary to maintain the integretity of FtA/FtH interactions and prevent HR abuse.

Fixed an issue that prevented Heroic Bloodforged Gear and non lawful bonus materials from dropping.
After a review of your feedback and metrics around TBC HR Risk crafting we will be evaluating and lowering the resource costs to produce HR item enchants such as Cloak Lining over the next few days. You are welcome to hold on to your materials while we roll out these improvements or use them now as you see fit.

[Requires Launcher Update] Updated the Melee, Ranged and Spell hit rating goal numbers on the character sheet to account for modifiers to your hit chance through auras, gear, and talents. You can also see how much hit chance is required for raid bosses or players, as well as how much is applied via buffs in the tooltip. This is unable to account for hit chance modifiers for specific spells.
Fixed an issue where nodes would not respawn properly in the new instance system.
