[Requires Launcher Update] - Fixed an issue where the Arena Rating requirement would sometimes fail to provide the team requirement to purchase the item, the right cost and team rating will now display properly.
Fixed circumstances where Blinkstrike could have recursive proc behaviors, this created unbalanceable interactions with the weapon in particular. The overall performance of the weapon should be mostly unaffected unless relying on this buggy behavior and will be monitored for further tuning.

[Pending Restart] Updated the tooltip of Combustion to correctly state that it increases your critical strike damage bonus by 150%. Changed Combustion to give 75% critical strike damage bonus versus players. (This will generally increase the damage of a critical by 37,5% in PvE and 18,75% in PvP.)
Fixed an issue where the heal from Blood Drinker was getting double attack power scaling. Blood Drinker now again heals for 50% less while in a Feral form, changed from 60% less. (The recent Feral change gets reverted due to a bug being fixed.)

Alembic of Infernal Power now properly rewards PvE power instead of PvP power.

[Alar] - [Area - 52] - Cabal Ritualists inside Shadow Labyrinths now cast Flame Strike instead of Blast Wave, Cone of Cold instead of Frost Nova, Arcane Explosion instead of Arcane Vortex. This will reduce the amount of Crowd Control by these mobs.

[Pending Restart] Charged Up (Charge recast buff) now has a visual effect to better indicate when its active.
[Pending Restart] Deep Wounds can no longer critically hit versus players. (2-handed PvP builds are strong and Deep Wounds can do a lot of their total damage from only 3 talent points. This also helps reducing passive damage being too high of a percentage of some builds total damage.)
[Pending Restart] Periodic and absorb healing reductions from Infected Wounds, Shadow Embrace and Piercing Shots are now 15%, changed from 30%. (As these effects stack with normal healing reduction effects these could be too situationally strong.)
