[Requires Launcher Update] Added Suggested Talents. This new optional version of the talent tree will suggest up to 6 talents for you to learn. Talent suggestions are based on the spells and talents you currently know, and how popular a given talent choice is amongst players who have similar spells learned. [You can swap between suggested talents and all talents at any time].
Guards in Southshore vs Tarren Mill now give Score on death.
Fixed an issue where Tiger's Peak would teleport you out after queue.
Fixed an issue that would cause creatures to double update in some zones, causing dots to stop at half duration and sporadic creature movement, and the feeling of lag when fighting creatures.

[Draft] Adjusted how the Draft System determined which 3 cards to offer you after generating a potential pool of random cards while leveling. The system will now be more likely to select higher level quality spells to take into account the larger potential pool of spells you are selecting from, giving you a greater chance to see high level Epics and Legendaries spells while leveling.
[Draft] Adjusted how the Hand of Fate Draft System determined which 3 cards to offer you after generating a potential pool of random cards to select from. Higher quality spells that pass the check to be placed in the potential pool will now be more likely to be chosen from that possible pool. This means you will be more likely see higher quality spells in Hand of Fates.

[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where the cast time reductions to Prayer of Healing from Lights Grace and Serendipity did not stack properly.
[Pending restart] Empowered Touch now makes your Healing Touch casts reduce the cooldown of Tranquility (in addition to Natural Alacrity).
[Pending restart] Seal of Wisdom now restores 12% of base mana, up from 8%.

Item Changes

Fixed an issue where Thunder Slam did not deal Nature damage as intended.
[Pending restart] Holy Spirit now stacks up on the caster rather than the target, meaning you can Penance one target and Holy Shock another and still get the bonus. In addition, Penance now fires its four bolts in 2.5 seconds (down from 3) and both healing and dealing damage with Penance awards stacks.
[Pending restart] Flow of Life now reduces the cooldown of Tranquility by 20%, down from 30%, bringing its power when combined with Improved Tranquility to a more reasonable level. Its increase to the targets' Nature periodic healing taken now lasts for 8 seconds, up from 6.
Fixed an issue where Imposing Combo would not apply its buff.
