[General] Dispels have been split where applicable. Only healer specs will have access to Magic dispels with the current exception of Monk. Classes with healer specs have had their original dispel converted to a disease, poison, or curse dispel.

[Witch Hunter] - Ricochet now costs 40 rage up from 25, but lets you hit 5 targets up from 3 by default

[Chronomancer] - Enchanted Collar buffed from 8% to 10%.
[Chronomancer] - Mark of Order now specifies that it affects your next two Reverse Wound casts, and properly consumes its buff on the second cast.
[Chronomancer] - Fray Magic should now auto learn itself correctly.
