[Area52] Lesser Profane Nether will now be tradable. This ensures more access to transmute Epic High-Risk Materials and adds additional value to completing High-Risk daily quests. (Pending Restart)
[Area52] Cooking and Herb High-Risk Transmutation spells will no longer have a cooldown to ensure more consistent availability of Epic Consumables.
Fixed an issue where Azuregos items had a lower than intended drop chance from Treasures of Azeroth.
[Season 8] - Reinstated the Marks of Ascension, Raiders Commendations, Mystic Runes and Mystic Orbs to World Boss Kills (through the Treasures of Azeroth). Previously when you were apart of the group that killed the world boss, you would get the loot listed above in addition to the treasures of azeroth. Since the change where World Bosses give loot to everyone in zone, they were no longer rewarding Marks of Ascension, Raiders Commendations, Mystic Runes and Mystic Orbs.
[Pending Restart] [Area 52] Fixed a recent issue where Resilient Constitution was only giving 53% damage reduction instead of the intended 60%. (This was increasing overall PvP damage by over 15%.)
Reduced the Spawn Timer of all mobs required for daily quests by 25%.
Fixed an issue where Karazhan was requiring Master's Key post core merge.
Mystic Enchants
Fixed an issue where Heroic Entrance, Energizing Prayer and Evoker had a lower than intended roll chance on the mystic enchanting altar.
[Pending Restart] Defias Gunslinger - Grape Shot - corrected the tooltip damage formula to displays much more accurate the expected damage output and fixed a possible double dip issue for Grape Shot from melee and ranged attack power.

Fixed an issue where Tier 2 High-Risk Dailies could sometimes be missing from the War Herald.
General
Azuregoes now takes 100% increased physical damage while reflecting spells. For 10 seconds after stopping reflection of spells (equal to the duration of reflected spells) - Azuregos will take 100% increased spell damage.
Fixed the draft logic to be like Season 7, where abilities that required higher level had a higher weight to account for less rolls. This drastically improves the variety of abilities you see while leveling.

[Pending Restart] Solar Beam now has a 45 sec cooldown, changed from 50.
[Pending Restart] Ring of Frost now has a 45 sec cooldown, changed from 60.
[Pending Restart] Fireball casted with Brain Freeze now deals 10% reduced damage versus players.
[Pending Restart] Gathering Will now increases the damage of Fuego by 20% versus players, changed from 40%.
Tactical Mastery is no longer active while you have Spirit Primary Stat. (This change has been active since after season 7 ended but the changelog for it was missing.)
World
Fixed an issue where Ectoplasm for acquiring Warden of Demonreach was dropping less than intended. You will notice a significant increase in drop rate while below level 60.

[Pending Restart] Using Gurubashi Rage now also triggers the Enrage talent.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where the heal from Shield of Righteousness did not get affected by dampening and some other healing reductions.
[Pending Restart] and [Pending Patch Update] Implemented new tooltip clarification for all spells that generate Soul Shards and for all spells that require one to be used. Required Soul Shard Generator tooltip spell will dynamically update based on the fact of player has a generator or not.

[Pending Restart] [Serpentshrine Caverns] [Morogrim Tidewalker] Corrected an issue where non humanoid creatures would benefit from Grrblgrs Protection Aura, reducing their area damage taken by 75%.
[Pending Restart] [TBC Tier 5 Raids] Corrected an issue where creatures using Berserker Charge would use a false version with area target selection and much stronger knock up effect.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart] Absolute Zero now lasts for 8 sec, changed from 12.
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Arcane Arrows was missing its internal cooldown. Its PvP damage has also been reduced to match Arcane Missiles Rank 1, while its damage in PVE is now roughly Arcane Missiles Rank 1 + 100% additional damage. Additionally its trigger range now also matches Arcane Missiles at 30 yards.
Starburst now deals 10% reduced damage versus players.

Mass Slow now has a 10 yard radius, changed from 15.
General
[Requires Launcher Update] You can now view your raid loot lockouts by hovering over the raid in the Raid Info window. (The same window you check instance lockouts).
[Pending Restart] - Demonic Persistence now also applies a pseudo buff to the player that mirrors the stacks of the buff applied to your pets (so its easier to track with addons like weak auras).
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Demonic Persistence was not obeying diminishing damage past 10 targets.
Reduced the timer of Criminal substantially. It will now be a max of 8 minutes. 3 Minutes on same faction attack. 5 Minutes on same faction kill. 8 Minutes on kill in town. This is down from 15 minutes.
Fixed the saving of your current raid lockout state on Thrall. It should now only reset when you reset the actual instance rather than reseting when simply reforming a group.
World
Increased the High-Risk Material drop chances from Mining and Herbalism nodes.
Website
Reduced the network payload size of store pages (e.g https://ascension.gg/store/thrall/) by 88-92%. Bringing down their total bandwidth consumption down to 8-12% of the original size. This will be immediately noticeable when loading any realm store page without having cache already present on your device. This change is primarily targeting issues faced by those on slower or limited internet connections, but should still be plenty noticeable even on faster connections.

Quests
The quests to obtain Keeper Scrolls from the War Herald incorrectly required Profane Nethers and now require Lesser Profane Essence as intended. This change is live. If you still see Nether requirement be sure to clear your cache.
General
Fixed an exploit where specific group combinations could be used to bypass level restrictions in the LFG.
Unlocking Skill Cards is no longer bound to GCD.

Added Worldforged Caches. These caches are an alternative way to obtain existing Worldforged Enchants, they are unique caches hidden throughout the world in thematic locations to the Enchant they hold. These can be opened using Worldforged Keys that can be forged and obtained through a variety of content. This is intended to provide an alternative to obtaining some of the Worldforged that allows you to play the way you want to obtain them.

General
[Pending Restart] - The Base Spell Power scaling of Feugo and Arctis has been reduced to 48% from 50%.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Winters Bite and Soul of the Feugo was both negatively and positively double dipping. This means it was stronger on bosses that had debuffs that increased damage taken and weaker on bosses that did not have such debuffs. Additionally, increased the targetting reliability of Soul of the Feugo and Winters Bite in AoE, but they lose 30% damage to the next target they hit. This means if I hit target 1 for 10,000, I will hit target 2 for 7,000, then target 3 for 4,900, this functionality is similar to Chain Lightning. This change is to mainly reign in the power of the enchantment while still giving remaining as a strong cleave option.
A level requirement has been added for enchantments such as Crusader, in order to decrease its relevance in early stages of the game such as Battlegrounds. Diminishing the power difference between users who owned their enchanted equipment and those who didn't.
Fixed some issues causing leveling scaling to not work as intended.

[Pending Restart] [ZulGurub] [Hakkar] Corrected an issue where Hakkar would interrupt his own Blood Siphon on Heroic and higher difficulties. Blood Siphon now correctly displays a channel bar and causes Hakkar to be locked in place on Heroic and higher difficulties.
[Pending Restart] [ZulGurub] [Hakkar] Corrected an issue where the Heart of Hakkar would sometimes falsely switch between its active and dormant state.
[Pending Restart] [ZulGurub] [Hakkar] Targets of Will of Hakkar now gain 75% damage reduction, inflict 75% less damage while under Hakkars control and rapidly regenerate health for its duration.
[Pending Restart] [ZulGurub] [Hakkar] Corrected an issue where Hakkars Blood Scythe (Mythic and Ascended only) would not increase the targets damage taken.
[Pending Restart] [ZulGurub] [Hakkar] The pools created by Corrupted Blood being dispelled now increase the damage dealt of Corrupted Blood by 400% up from 100% if a player remains standing in them.

[Pending Restart] [ZulGurub] [Bloodlord Mandokir] Bloodlord Mandokir will now only count one decapitate kill towards his Kill Counter when he decided to decapitate multiple targets on higher player counts. Bloodlord Mandokir will only cast Level Up! when a kill got counted. Bloodlord Mandokir only gains progress towards his Legendary! state when a kill got counted.

[Thrall] - [Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue with the Fingers of Stone Mystic Enchantment was gaining too much benefit from critical strike damage talents. However, it now provides a buff that increases the critical strike damage of Stone Shard by 25% whenever Fingers of Stone is active.

[Requires Launcher Update] Added the ability to save transmog outfits to your current specialization.
High level cooking trainers and the book of artisans will now properly teach players with 300 cooking skill how to Cure Core Charged Steak and Cure Demon Charged Steak. Alchemy, Mining, Tailoring, Leatherworking and Enchanting can learn how to combine High-Risk Materials for their profession at 300 skill level from their trainer or the book of artisans.

More than quadrupled the chances to obtain Fragmented Sanguine Lode , Tainted Sanguine Lode and Pure Sanguine Lode from Mining Nodes in High-Risk. The drop rates were significantly less than intended.
More than doubled the chances to obtain Sanguine Spore , Sanguine Spore Sac and Sanguine Seed from Herbalism Nodes in High-Risk. The drop rates were less than intended.
Notorious Rares in High-Risk will now always drop a High-Risk Material. Notorious Rares in higher tier zones have a higher chance of dropping higher quality materials.

With the release of High-Risk Materials, High-Risk daily quests from the War Herald now award Lesser Profane Essence. These can be used to buy recipes from the War Herald and Transmute Rare HR Materials into Epic HR Materials.
