Fixed an issue where some mythic+ shields had the incorrect block value on shield.
Dungeons & Raids
[Mythic+] Increased the damage reduction of Pack Tactics for every nearby ally to 8% up from 7%.
[Mythic+] Reduced the maximum health damage conversion of Corpse Explosion to 8% maximum health down from 10%.
[Mythic+] Reduced the Amplitude of Frostborn Champions Glacial aura by 100% and stack limit to 6 down from 10.
[Mythic+] Stratholme - Baron Rivendare once again is the final boss of Stratholme and now required to complete the dungeon.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Blade Vortex cooldown could be reduced while using a two-handed off-hand weapon with Titan's Grip.
[Pending Restart] Frost Bomb now works with Molten Fury talent and mystic enchant.
[Pending Restart] Chaos Meteor now works with Ignite.
General
Restored the original values & weapon speed of Deathbringer. (Weapon from Onyxia). We are working on diversifying melee weapon diversification in raids by opening up NEW & more weapon choices from raids.

[Mythic+] Pending Restart - Reduced the required creature count to complete Scholomance to 319 from 351 in response of Scholomance Students no longer counting towards the creature count.
General
Fixed the range on Fire Fire Fireball. If you are 41 yard range from the target, fire fire fireball will still fire.
Fixed an issue where immunities could prevent Fire Fire Fireball from triggering.
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where you still required stances to be able to roll Thunder Clap.
Talents & Abilities
[Pending Restart] [Alar] Mortal Strike now deals 45% reduced damage vs players, changed from 40%.
[Pending Restart] Auto-attacks now deal 10% less damage vs players, changed from 5%.
[Pending Restart] Mutilate now deals 15% reduced damage vs players, changed from 10%.
[Pending Restart] Mutilate now deals 145% weapon damage, changed from 135%.
[Pending Restart] Conflagrate now deals damage equal to 70% of your Immolate for its damage over time effect, changed from 60%.
Fixed an issue where Sanctity of Battle's damage reduction on Holy Fire would override and make other damage % increases to Holy Fire null & void. This means Righteous Flames & Sanctity of Battle will now work simultaneously.
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where ranks 3 and 4 of Dragon's Breath had 35 seconds cooldown instead of 30. The cooldown display will be updated to reflect this soon.
[Pending Restart] Elemental Fury now affects Lightning Shield.
Item Changes
[Pending Restart] The damage proc of the 4-piece setbonus of Gladiator's Raiment (the Satin set) no longer triggers against targets afflicted by Dragon's Breath. This means that if you use the set, your Dragon's Breath won't seemingly randomly break any more.
Pending Restart - Removed the unique item limit category from all Headless Horseman Blades. Player can now equip two Blades of any combination.
Dungeons & Raids
[Blackrock Depths] Reduced the health and damage of Princess Moira Bronzebeared by 50% and reduced her level to 62 from 63.
[Blackrock Spire] Reduced the health of Gyth and Rend Blackhand by 50%.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart] Sinister Flurry now deals 10% reduced damage vs players. It previously did not have a PvP modifer.
[Pending Restart] [Alar] Sinister Strike (Double Down) now deals 30% less damage vs players, changed from 20%.
[Pending Restart] The Draconic Might buff from Dragon Warrior now increases physical damage done vs players by 10%, changed from 15%. (Damage increase vs monsters unchanged.)
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Concussion Blow (Stormhammer) could be dodged and parried.
[Pending Restart] The damage from Frost Bomb will now trigger Frostbite.
[Pending Restart] Frost Bomb will now be affected by the Arctic Reach talent and mystic enchant. [Requires Launcher update]
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where critical damage from Molten Earth didn't benefit from the Elemental Fury talent.

Improved website routing. The website will now remember and return you to the previous page you visited before prior to being prompted to login/register, for the purpose of improving UX through reduced friction.
Dungeons & Raids
Reduced the potency of Mana Drain used by creatures inside Scholomance by 30% per tick on Heroic and Mythic difficulty.
[Mythic+] Pending Restarts - Reduced the radius of Infernal Pact - Molten persistent ground effect and Infernal Pact - Mortar impact damage to 2 yards down from 3 to better match the effects visual radius.
[Mythic+] Pending Restarts - All Mythic dungeons Mythic 14 and higher now require 5 Champions to be slain in order to complete. Previously would require a number of Champions equal to the required number of Bosses.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart] Arcane Motes now increases the damage of Moonfire by 3%, changed from 2%. (Correction of the previous changelog entry.)
General
Increased Mythic Coin weekly cap by 25%.
Mythic Bonus Caches are now rewarded from 40% and 60% completion from 50% and 75%. Meeting these timers grants you an extra Mythic Cache!
Nightmare mode players can no longer queue for battlegrounds.
Corrected the tooltips of Many Mystic Enchantments. This requires a patch update.
Corrected the cost for upgrading wands & ranged weapons in the new Mythic Coin system.

[Serpentshrine Cavern] The following changes are made in reaction to the recent resistance changes.
[Mythic+] Pending Restarts - Creature Affix - Necrotic - Necrosis now has a 2 seconds internal cooldown per caster.
[Mythic+] Pending Restarts - Creature Affix - Necrotic - Clarification regarding blocked attacks. Necrosis will apply on partially blocked attacks, Necrosis will not apply on fully blocked attacks. Necrosis previously applying to fully blocked attacks was caused in conjunction with absorb effects.
[Mythic+] Pending Restarts - Creature Affix - Necrotic - Corrected an issue where Necrotic was always applied if the creatures attack was absorbed or partially absorbed.
[Mythic+] Pending Restarts - Creature Affix - Necrotic - Necrotic now requires the casting creature to inflict damage with its attack in order to apply Necrosis. This will prevent unavoidable status effects such as Sunder Armor to apply stacks.
[Mythic+] Pending Restarts - Reduced the health scaling per Mythic Level for all creatures by 2%. Creatures will now reach the health value of previous Mythic 10 at Mythic 13.
Mystic Enchants
[Alar] Locust Shot now deals 25% less damage versus players, changed from 20%.
[Alar] Chimera Shot - Serpent now deals 30% less damage versus players, changed from 25%.
[Pending Restart] Overflow no longer heals the lowest percent health ally but instead a random ally. The heal amount based on Healing Touch has been increased to 30%, changed from 20%. It will now correctly heal a nearby ally based on the position of the target healed rather then the caster. (The smart heal was reverted as it was causing these issues. We are still looking into a solution to make it work as it should with the smart heal, but we wanted to push something to make it feel better to use now.)
[Pending Restart] Stormborn now deals 33% increased damage!
[Pending Restart] Chaos Meteor now also triggers Wild Felfire, Chaos Manifesting and Controlled Burn.
General
Crusader III now has a PPM of 1.35 from 1.2 (which Crusader I has)
Crusader II now has a PPM of 1.3 from 1.2 (which Crusader I has)
Crusader II and Crusader III will follow the proc values & conditions of Crusader now, changing them to PPM based instead of % hit based with an ICD. This should drastically increase the value for single 2 handed builds of these enchants. This change also makes Crusader II and Crusader III worth going for over Crusader.
[Auction House] Fixed an issue where you sometimes could not click on items, only able to click on their icon. This requires a patch update.
[Mythic+] Mythic+ Gear Upgrader costs have been "rounded" to multiples of 5. This means you will never end up with a random amount of mythic coins.
Talents & Abilities
[Pending Restart] Decimation now also reduces the global cooldown of Soul Fire by the same percent as its cast time reduction.
[Pending Restart] Pyroblast now deals 5% increased damage.
[Pending Restart] Soul Fire now deals 5% increased damage.
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where the Wyvern Sting sleep effect could be reflected by Deter and Punish.
Dungeons & Raids
[Dire Maul - West] Removed three trash creatures right on top of Tsu'zee. Tsu'zee can now be pulled without additional trash.
[Scholomance] Corrected an issue where creatures inside Scholomance dealt much more damage then intended.
[Darkmaster Gandling] Darkmaster Gandling will now summon a class of Risen Students at 50% remaining health.
[Darkmaster Gandling] Risen Guardians have been replaced with Risen Students.
[Instructor Malicia] Instructor Malicia no longer casts healing abilities.
[Raz Frostwhisper] Increased the damage of Shatter against targets affected by Deep Freeze by 100%.
[Raz Frostwhisper] Chill Nova no longer deals damage.
[Marduk Blackpool and Vectus] Marduck Blackpool and Vectus are now considered a single boss encounter. Reduced health of both bosses by 50%. In order to successful complete the encounter, player need to kill both bosses in a single attempt. Failing the encounter will cause both bosses to respawn.
[Kirtonos the Herald] Kirtonos the Herald no longer changes form based on a timer, he changes form based on health percentage, switching from his undead form into his gargoyle form at 50% health remaining.
[Kirtonos the Herald] Kirtonos the Herald no longer knocks targets back.
[Scholomance] Greatly improved the logic of caster creatures throughout the dungeon.
[Scholomance] Reduced the amount of CC abilities available to creatures throughout the dungeon.
[Scholomance] All creatures inside Scholomance now use improved versions of their old abilities and partially new abilities.
[Scholomance] Scholomance has been reworked.
[Mythic+] Reduced the damage increase per Mythic level by 3%. Creatures reach the equivalent to previous Mythic 10 at Mythic 16.
[Mythic+] With Mythic level 14, Champions are introduced. Champions are creatures with their own evolving Champion affix, unlocking additional effects on higher Mythic levels. Starting with level 14, Champions are now an additional objective to complete a Mythic Dungeon.
[Mythic+] Mythic 11 to 20 is now available.
Quests
[High-Risk] Bloody Business Daily Quests now grant 1500 Marks of Ascension from 600 to balance the time and risk associating with completing the quest.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue with Mana Fiend causing Delirium to also prevent all energy and rage generation.
