Talents & Abilities
Arctic Wind is now a 3 point talent, changed from 5, increasing the duration of Deep Freeze by 0.33/0.66/1 seconds, changed from 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8/1 seconds.
Improved Cone of Cold has been renamed to Flash Freeze, and now also triggers from Frost Nova.
Grovewarden's Blessing now lasts 10 seconds, changed from 15.
Unstable Affliction now benefits from haste.
Berserk now allows your Mangle (Cat) to hit up to 3 targets, and no longer prevents usage of Tiger's Fury, but it is no longer usable while feared.
Feral Instinct capstone now also reduces the cooldown of Tiger's Fury.
Swipe (Cat) now costs 40 energy, changed from 50.
Divine Storm can now hit up to 6 targets, changed from 3.
Bladestorm can now hit up to 6 targets, changed from 4.
Whirlwind can now hit up to 6 targets, changed from 4.
Gouge now has a 2.5 second duration, changed from 3.
Repentance now has a 45 second cooldown, changed from 40.
Unbounded Deathbringer Mystic Enchant now heals you for 50% of the damage, down from 70%, but now deals 50% more damage.
Combustion now has a 90 second cooldown, changed from 120, and increases critical strike damage bonus by 75%, changed from 50%.
Brutal Impact is now a 3 points talent, changed from 5, and its effect has been distributed accordingly.
Scorched Earth and Perilous Pain now cause you to run 30% slower while casting.
Swift Retribution now triggers from Judgements in addition to Crusader Strike, and the buff now lasts for 10 seconds, changed from 8.
Inner Focus now has a 50 second cooldown, changed from 60.
Increased the base healing and healing power scaling of Flash Heal by 3%.
Increased the base healing and healing power scaling of Lesser Healing Wave by 3%.
Increased the base healing and healing power scaling of Chain Heal by 5%.
Increased the base healing of Healing Wave by 5%, and it's healing power scaling by 3%.
Reduced the base healing of Holy Light by 7%. The healing power scaling is unchanged.
Living Bomb now has a 30 yard range, changed from 35.
Redoubt no longer triggers from being hit by ranged attacks.
Updated spells that had a different duration in PvP to include it in their tooltips.
Lick Your Wounds now heals for 50% of your pet's total health, changed from 100%.
Seduction now works on all creature types.
Toughness no longer reduces damage taken while in Ghost Wolf.
Ghost Wolf now also reduces damage taken by 15%.
Thunderstorm now restores 10% mana, changed from 8%.
Intimidating Shout affected enemies will now run in fear for the duration and won't break instantly on damage, except for the main target. In addition, all affected targets will take 10% increased physical damage.
Dirty Tricks now reduces the energy cost of Sap, Blind and Dismantle by 33/66/100%, changed from 25/50/75.
Dismantle now also benefits from the range increase and the energy reduction from Dirty Tricks.
Dismantle now has a 45 second cooldown, changed from 60, and its cooldown is now reset by Preparation.
Disarm now has a 50 second cooldown, changed from 60, as well as a 1 second global cooldown, changed from 1.5.
Burning Determination now has a 30 seconds internal cooldown, changed from 20. Also changed the tooltip to include the immunity's duration.
Grip of horror now also increases the duration of Psychic Horror's disarm by 1/2/3 seconds, and had its capstone reworked.
Psychic Horror now disarms the target for 4 seconds.
Vile Poisons now also increases the duration of Wound Poison by 1/2/3 seconds.
Arcane Instability now also increases the casting speed reduction effect of your Slow spell by 5/10/15%.
Slow now reduces casting speed by 15%, changed from 30%.
Improved Travel form is now a 3 point talent, changed from 5.
Improved Sprint now increases the duration of Sprint by 1/2/3 seconds, changed from 2/4/6.
Improved Felhunter is now a 3 point talent, changed from 2. It now reduces the cooldown of Spell Lock and Devour Magic by 7/14/20 seconds.
Devour Magic now has a 40 second cooldown, changed from 20.
Spell Lock now has a 60 second cooldown, changed from 40.
Iron Will now has a 5 second duration in PvP, changed from 6.
Shockwave now has a 2.5 second duration, changed from 2.
Improved Blink now reduces the cooldown of Blink by 4/8/12 seconds, changed from 3/6/9.
Blink now has a 45 second cooldown, changed from 40.
Mystic Enchants
Clarified the tooltip of Dominant Word: Shield to specify the extra absorb is applied to targets below 75% health.
Fixed an issue where Bulwark could trigger weapon on-hit effects.
Fixed an issue where Thunderstruck would not apply its effect properly.
Fixed an issue where Voodoo Power would not properly apply to Stormstrike.
Fixed a complicated issue with Mana Fiend causing its Intellect bonus rather unintelligently only to be applied to Intellect from certain sources. The bonus intellect has also been reduced from 30% to 25%.
Fixed a bug where Foul Play's silence effect would be applied on parries and dodges.
Graceful Prayer now applies the increased cooldown of Prayer of Healing directly to the spell in a more intuitive way.
The buff from Evoker now increases your critical strike chance with Fireball and Arcane Missiles for 3% per stack, changed from 2%.
Expunge's Cobra Venom will now explode if the target dies before reaching 3 stacks.
Overflow now heals the lowest percentage health ally within 8 yards for 20% of the amount healed by your Healing Touch, changed from healing a random target for 30% of the amount healed. The triggered heal can no longer proc additional effects.
Increased the spell power scaling of Temporal Blast by 5%.
Low Tide now increases the critical effect chance of Healing Wave on targets affected by Riptide by 20%, changed from 10%.
Titanic Mutilate now deals 80% weapon damage, up from 70%.
Fixed an issue where Purification By Light did not have level scaling. In addition, reduced the attack power scaling of Purification By Light's Consecration to 1.8%, down from 2%, and Exorcism attack power scaling to 18%, down from 20%.
Tidecaller now increases the healing the target takes from your periodic Nature healing spells by 20% per stack, up from 15%. In addition, Tidecaller's Boon will no longer be removed with immunities like Divine Shield.
Increased the base damage of Blood and Guts' Mutilate bonus damage by 40%.
Damage from Wrath casts in Cat Form with Predator's Wrath is now increased by 10% of your attack power.
Demolisher's Mongoose Bite proc now also deals 25% increased damage.
Increased the proc chance of Unrelenting Wrath by 30%.
Hot Hands now increases your spell critical strike chance on targets affected by your Living Bomb by 5%, up from 3%.
Stormhammer now lasts 8 seconds, up from 6 seconds, and dealing damage with Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning while Stormhammer is active will now reduce the cooldown of Concussion Blow (Stormhammer) by 8 seconds, up from 5 seconds.
Holy Spirit now increases your critical strike chance and healing done with Holy Shock by 20% per stack, up from 15%.
The Deadly Bite bleed now lasts for 12 seconds, up from 8 seconds.
Shadow Word: Pain cast while Shadow Visions proc is active will now affect up to 4 additional nearby enemies, up from 3 additional enemies.
Champion of Justice's Adorned can now be applied by several players on the same target.
Champion of Justice's Adorned heals will now never trigger the Adorned buff.
Champion of Justice's healing effects are now able to critically hit.
Manacharged Strike now deals approximately 20% more damage. Its damage against players is now reduced by 40%, up from 30%.
In the Zone spell shield now has a 5% attack power scaling.
Carnage Incarnate now allows Taste for Blood to empower your next Swipe to generate additional threat, in addition to its previous effects.
Crush (Heavyweight) can now hit up to 6 targets, changed from 10, and now deals 110% weapon damage, changed from 125%.
Increased the cost reduction from dual school rare Mystic Enchant like Cold Logic from reducing the cost of abilities from the two schools by 4%, up from 2%.
Increased the bonus scaling granted from all Focused Mystic Enchants to 3%, up from 2%.
Clarified the tooltip of Throw Weapon Mystic Enchant to state the 20 yard range.
Frost Lich now slows the target by 50%, changed from 70%, but also has a 4 second duration, changed from 2.
Stormbringer Legendary Mystic Enchant has been reworked, it now reads: Your damaging abilities have a chance to strike your target's location with lightning, dealing additional Nature damage to the target and leaving an electrified area slowing enemies by 50% and dealing damage every second for 4 seconds.
Harbinger of Flame now also increases your Fire damage done to the targets affected by Flame Burst by 3%, and Flame Burst now lasts for 5 seconds.
Amal'thazad's Curse has been reworked. It now reads: Your damaging abilities have a chance to call forth Amal'thazad's Curse, chilling yourself but granting you 1% critical strike chance per stack. Amal'thazad's Curse also deals frost damage to your target and chills enemies near the target, reducing their movement speed by 5%, stacking 5 times.
Unbounded Spell Slinger now reduces the mana cost of your next ability by 20%, up from 10%. In addition, its damage has been increased by 30%.
The damage of Purification By Light's Exorcism has been increased by 20%. In addition, fixed a bug where it could proc from auto-attacks but not melee abilities.
Deathbringer Mystic Enchant now heals you for 50% of the damage, down from 70%, but now deals 50% more damage.
Growing Light now also gives you a buff when you heal the target of your Beacon of Light. This buff inicreases the healing transferred to your Beacon of Light by an additional 20% for 6 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
Controlled Typhoon now increases the damage of Typhoon by 40%, changed from 20%.
Foul Play now has a 2 second silence duration, changed from 3.
Changed the tooltip of Demonic Mind to be more accurate.
Powerful Death Coil now increases the damage of your Death Coil by 10%, changed from 15%.
Frozen Mind now increases armor by 250% of Intellect, changed from 200.
Eternal Water now also makes your Water Elemental's Water Bolt spell increases your spell haste by 1% for 10 seconds, stacking up to 10 times.
Urgent Touch now reduces the cast time of your Healing Touch spell by 0.1, down from 0.15 seconds.
