General
For players with Intellect as their Primary Stat, spells now cost 20% less mana inside Arenas.
Fixed an issue where Allocated Stat would sometimes turn off in BGs.
Resilience no longer reduces your chance to critically hit or your damage taken from crits. Instead players always take 25% less damage from critical strikes from other players (regardless of resilience).
Felforged. Added caster off-hands to Beezlebro under Shields and Off Hands.
Scarab Lord is now added to your collections and will be useable on league 2!
Talents & Abilities
Sap now shares Diminishing Returns with Wyvern Sting, Repentance and Blind. It is no longer in the category containing Polymorph and Fear.
Banish now does not share Diminishing Returns with any other spell.
Item Changes
Doomcaller's 5 set bonus will now correctly increase the damage by 200% on mobs, and 50% on players.
Fixed some elixirs' tooltips that did not mention they were elixir in their buff tooltip.
Fixed an issue where some trinkets like Medallion of the Horde had too little PVP power.
Soul Corruptor's Necklace has been updated. It now has 14 critical strike rating in addition to its statline.
Ancient Hakkari Manslayer has been updated. It now has a weapon damage of 103 to 186 (up from 73 - 140) speed to 2.8 seconds (up from 2.0). Scaling of proc increased to 8% SP.
Thekal's Grasp has been updated. It now has a weapon damage of 102 - 181 (up from 72 - 135) speed to 2.9 seconds (up from 2.2)
Arlokk's Grasp has been updated. It now has a weapon damage of 83-164 (up from 42-84) and a speed of 2.7 seconds (up from 1.5 seconds). It's shadowbolt proc had it's proc rate reduced from 6 ppm to 3.5 PPM but added 15% shadow spell power scaling to the shadow bolt.
Mandokir's Sting has been reworked it now has a speed of 2.9 seconds (up from 2.6) it now has a weapon damage of 87-166 and a new equip effect: [Has a chance on a successful ranged attack to send a poison bolt towards the target. This damage scales with 5% of your attack power and has a PPM of 4]
Hoodoo Hunting Bow has been updated. It now has a speed of 2.9 seconds (up from 2.8 seconds). Weapon damage to 94 - 179 (up from 83 - 160). This change is to put this bow in a competition to the newly updated Mandokir's Sting and Rhok'Delar.
Pitchfork of Madness has been reworked. It now has a speed of 3.9 seconds (up from 3.5 seconds) and grants 28 critical strike rating and 10 hit rating. It now has 182 to 274 weapon damage which is the same as Gri'lek's carver. It no longer increases AP against demons.
Thoughtblighter has been updated. It now has 8 Hit Rating and 4 Spellpower instead of 6 Mp5.
Gri'Lek's Carver no longer grants attack power when fighting Dragonkin, instead it now grants 51 attack power baseline.
Mar'li's Touch now grants 10 haste rating in addition to its previous statline.
Wushoolay's Poker now has 22 Spellpower up from 16 and now grants 10 haste rating instead of 8 mp5.
Renataki's Soul Conduit now has 24 spellpower (up from 16) and now grants 8 hit rating instead of 8 Mp5.
Gri'Lek's Grinder now has a 2.8 Speed (up from 2.4 speed) and a weapon damage of 94 to 171. (up from 75 to 140) and it no longer grants AP when fighting Dragonkin, instead it now grants 24 attack power baseline.
Nat Pagle's Fishing Reel has been reworked. Previously it had no stats and an on-use effect that read: "Use: Increases spell hit rating by 80 for 15 seconds." this trinket now has a passive as well as an active effect: New: "Equip: Missing with a spell increases your spell power by 50 for 10 seconds. Use: Increases your melee, spell and ranged hit rating by 40 for 30 seconds. 1 minute 30 cooldown."
Mar'li's Eye has been reworked. Previously it had no stats and only an on-use effect that read: "Use: Regenerates 60 mana per 5 seconds, for 30 seconds. 3 min cooldown." This trinket now has 11 spellpower and regenerates 150 mana per 5 seconds for 30 seconds. 3 min cooldown.
Band of Sulfuras has been reworked in such a way to roll stats. Some combinations but not ALL combinations are as follows: [24 Strength, 24 Agility] ---- [19 Stamina, 19 Strength, 19 Agility] ----- [24 Stamina, 40 Frost Resistance] ---- [37 Spellpower] ----- [22 Spellpower, 19 Critical Strike Rating, 19 intellect] ----- [19 Agility 19 Stamina 38 Attack Power]
Fireproof Cloak has been updated. This cloak also comes from Majorodomo's Cache and has an additional 23 spellpower, putting it on par with certain ZG cloaks.
Finkle's Lava Dredger has been completely reworked. This mace comes from Majordomo's Cache (lootable after defeating Majordomo). It now has a 3.8 speed (up from 2.9) and now deals 194 to 307 weapon damage. In addition, it now also grants 14 strength as well as an equip effect: Dealing melee damage increases your Fire Spell Power by 2 and stacks to 30 times. Equipping an additional Finkle's Lava Dredger increases the stack amount by 10 and spell power gained by 1.
Aurastone Hammer has been updated. This mace drops off of Garr inside of Molten Core. It now grants 42 spellpower up from 26. It now has a speed of 2.9 up from 2.7 and now deals 102 to 199 weapon damage.
Staff of Dominance has been updated. This staff drops off of Golemagg inside of Molten Core. It now grants 52 spellpower up from 40.
Seal of the Archmagus has been updated. This ring drops off of bosses inside Molten Core. It now grants an additional 19 Spellpower to its statline.
Crimson Shocker has been updated. This wand drops off of bosses inside Molten Core. It now grants 14 critical strike rating (up from 0) and now has 5 spell power (up from 0). It no longer grants intellect (down from 10 intellect)
Manastorm Leggings drop off of multiple bosses inside Molten Core and have been completely reworked. Manastorm Leggings now grant 19 stamina (unchanged), 14 intellect (unchanged), 13 spellpower up from 0, and no longer grants MP5 (down from 18 Mp5). Now it has an active equip effect that reads... [Equip: Your successful spell casts have a chance to restore 500 mana].
Shadowstrike the opposite to Thunderstrike which drops off of a boss inside Molten Core has been reworked. It previously had no stats, 1.5 PPM and no scaling on the proc with the speed being 3.1 seconds and the weapon damage being: 147-221. Now Shadowstrike grants 31 agility, 29 Spellpower. PPM increased to 3. It now scales with 3% of your AP and 8% of your SP and has a speed of 3.8 seconds. The weapon damage is 175-282.
Thunderstrike the opposite to Shadowstrike which drops off of a boss inside Molten Core has been reworked. Shard of The Scale & Shard of The Flame's set bonus has been reworked. It no longer grants +10 to all resistances instead the set bonus now functions as so: "When your health drops below 20%, your wounds are cauterized, healing you for 1500 then causing you to take 250 Fire damage every 1 second over 6 seconds. This effect can only occur once every 3 minutes. (50% less effective in PvP Combat, Battlegrounds and Arena)."
Sorcerous Dagger & Fire Runed Grimoire have been updated. These items are a drop off of bosses inside Molten Core. Equipping both of these will bless your spells with the elements, giving your successful casts a chance to make your next spell cast within 10 seconds have a 10% increased critical strike chance.
Dungeons & Raids
Vastly improved the targeting of Gri'Lek and fixed bugs with his targetting AI.
Fixed an issue where Mandokir would sometimes become un-targetable after killing all the speaker.
Fixed an issue where Renataki could use other Edge of Madness' Bosses abilities.
Wushoolay's Lightning Clouds will now despawn properly upon death or reset.
Corrected an issue where Corrupted Blood would ignore damage reduction.
Created a Heroic Heart of Hakkar RP and Quest event. This item will reward Heroic Versions of the Heart of Hakkar items.
Corrected the dynamic scaling of Hakkar's Mind Control spell. This value will be 1 player on 10 man and 3 on 25 man. On flex difficulty it is a rolling % chance based on how many members you have until the next threshold.
Fixed an issue where Zealots could use abilities that would be reduced by PvP modifiers due to spell family masking.
Fixed an issue where Zealot Zath and Zealot Lor'Khan would sometimes fail to respawn after certain conditions.
Fixed an issue where High Priestess Arlokk's Panther's would not prowl (stealth) when being called by their master.
Fixed an issue where High Priestess Arlokk's Panther's would ignore the marked target by Arlokk.
Fixed an issue where High Priestess Arlokk's Panther's would stop coming after players.
High Priestess Arlokk's undergone a full rewrite. This has vastly increased her functionality and predictability.
Corrected an issue causing Zul'Gurub checkpoints to fail. Also fixed an issue where Edge of Madness would not register as a checkpoint area.
Jin'do the Hexxer will no longer apply multiple curses to the same player if that player is already afflicted by a curse.
Fixed an issue with High Priestess' Venoxis Cobras would sometimes fail to respawn.
Homogenized and Incorporated all Edge of Madness Bosses into a single loot table. I.e. Renataki's Poker can come from Wushoolay. Another Example is Gri'lek's carver can come from Renataki and so on & so forth.
Edge of Madness Bosses are now guaranteed to drop a Primal Hakkari Idol.
Included the Epic Trinket Drops Guaranteed to the Edge of Madness Bosses. (These trinkets previously came from a grind and class quests related to the drops you received from edge of madness). A few examples are: [Hazza'Rah's Charm of Destruction, Gri'Lek's Charm of Valor, Renataki's Charm of Trickery]. These trinkets have been fully reworked on Ascension and you are encouraged to check them out ingame via atlas loot.
Edge of Madness no longer requires 1x Mojo of Madness to summon the current boss.
Gahz'Ranka in addition his loot table additions will now drop a guaranteed Primal Hakkari Idol.
Gahz'Ranka will now have guaranteed loot from the ZG Trash Mobs BoE loot table. Items such as but not limited to: Gurubashi Helmet, Scepter of Smiting and Zulian Hacker are included in this loot table.
Gahz'Ranka from Zul'Gurub has undergone a full rewrite. This has vastly increased his functionality and predictability.
Spirit of Zandalar (World Huff from Heart of Hakkar) now only increases stats by 50 down from 25 but persists through death.
Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer (World Buff from Head of Onyxia) now persists through death and lasts for 2 hours, however it now only increases your critical strike rating by 42 (down from 140) but now increases your melee & ranged attack power by 80 and increases your spell and healing power by 40.
Mystic Enchants
Fire Fire Fireball now increases the critical strike chance of Fireball by 3%, from 6%.
Reduced the spell power scaling of the triggered attacks from One with the Light by approximately 10%.
Increased the attack power scaling of Consecrated Strikes from 3% to 4% per tick.
Fixed an issue where Powerful Immolate wasn't increasing the periodic damage of Immolate properly.
Fixed an issue where the Improved Immolate enchant was increasing the periodic damage if Immolate by much more than intended.
The damage from Purification By Light now properly scales with the talents, Mystic Enchants, and items that affect Exorcism.
Prophet of Wrath will now have the intended visual change to the arcane spells while Divine Illumination is active.
Updated spell visual and added sound to Fire Fire Fireball spell.
Fixed an issue causing Blood Frenzy to not be refreshed when using Inducing Trauma Epic Mystic Enchant.
Chaos Manifesting is now Epic, and the damage increase is now 10%, down from 15%.
Southpaw Strike from the Ambidextrous enchant can now also trigger from Rend.
Purification by Light can no longer proc from triggered effects.
The Total Eclipse Legendary enchant now also grants you Owlkin Frenzy (if known) when you trigger Eclipse.
Fixed an issue where Master of Shadow would sometimes not consume the three stacks of Apprentice of Shadow.
Undaunted now reduces the cooldown of Last Stand by 40 seconds when using Victory Rush while Stagger is active, up from 30 seconds.
The buffs given by Blademaster Legendary Mystic Enchant has been changed. The debuff from Devastate has been increased to 10 seconds duration, up from 6. The buff from Riposte has been reduced to 8% for 10 seconds, down from 10% for 12 seconds. The buff from Shield Slam has been increased to 15 seconds, up from 12 seconds.
Fixed an issue causing the refresh from Inducing Trauma to only refresh the first instance of Rend, and not your own.
Compound Shot from Compound Power Mystic Enchant now scales with all effects of Aimed Shot.
Sleight of Hand Mystic Enchant can now stack up to 3 times.
Fixed an issue where Dominant Strike and Southpaw Strike from Ambidextrous would trigger procs like Poison and Flurry.
Fixed an issue causing Blood Frenzy to not refresh when refreshing Rend with In for the Kill Mystic Enchant.
Removed a few unwanted spells from the "additional random Class spell" Legendary Mystic Enchants like Deranged Druid.
Fixed an issue where Single-Minded Fury would trigger two stacks of Heavyweight.
Fixed an issue with Demonic Synergy where it would sometimes not proc.
Here Comes the Big One will now properly activate on every 4th hit of Bloodthirst.
Fixed an issue causing Fired Up to proc on every Flametongue Weapon hit without consuming the buff. Fired Up will now properly only proc from spells that also consume the buff.
Fixed a bug with Redoubt Mystic Enchant, causing it to give a lower proc chance than intended.
[Legacy] Fire storm now deals 15% reduced damage against players. It previously did not have a PvP modifier. This change is already in effect on Seasonal realms.

Fixed a spelling mistake in the Duelist Mystic Enchant.
Brambles Mystic Enchant will now apply the silence to the target of root, instead of your current target.
Primal Frenzy is now an Epic Mystic Enchant, and the physical damage increase has been reduced to 5%, down from 6%.
Booming Thunder now has also gives a 3% crit chance to Earth Shock per stack.
Healing Garden Mystic Enchant now only affects Rejuvenation, Regrowth and Lifebloom.
Clarified the tooltip of Tools of War and Martial Crescendo to specify that only direct damage physical abilities proc the effects.
Empowering Smite now no longer stacks.
Fixed an issue where Nature's Fervor's armor reduction debuff would overwrite other armor reduction debuffs.
