Feint has a new effect. If used on a player you gain a buff which causes the next melee or ranged ability used on you to miss. This effect lasts for 4 seconds.
Rupture now deals 10% reduced damage to players.
Garrote now deals 10% reduced damage to players.
Backstab now deals 15% reduced damage to players, from 10%.
Mutilate now deals 15% reduced damage to players, from 10%.
Moonfire now deals 20% reduced damage to players, from 15%
Insect Swarm now deals 30% reduced damage to players, from 25%.
Rain of Fire now deals 20% reduced damage to players, from 10%.
Shadowfury now deals 20% reduced damage to players, from 10%.

Prayer of Healing cast time reduced from 3.0 to 2.6 seconds. Base healing & scaling reduced by 14.5%. Prayer of Healing mana cost reduced by 15%.
Chain Heal cast time reduced from 2.5 to 2.2 seconds. Base healing & scaling reduced by 12%. Chain Heal mana cost reduced by 10%.
Holy Light cast time reduced from 2.5 to 2.3 seconds. Base healing & scaling reduced by 10%. Mana cost reduced by 10%.
Greater Heal cast time reduced from 3.0 to 2.7 seconds. Base healing & scaling reduced by 10%.
Starfire cast time reduced from 3.0 to 2.7 seconds. Base damage & scaling reduced by 12%. Starfire mana cost reduced by 10%.
Healing Wave cast time reduced from 3.0 to 2.7 seconds. Base healing & scaling reduced by 12%. Healing wave mana cost is reduced by 10%.
Soul Fire cast time reduced from 5.0 to 4.7 seconds. Base damage & Scaling reduced by 10%.
Improved Blizzard now adds a 20/30/40% slow effect, from 25/40/50%.
Counterspell now has a 30 second cooldown.
World
The bell in Booty Bay now makes a sound when rung.
Item Changes
The Ten Storms 8-piece set bonus should now work as intended.
The armor on the Combatant PvP cloaks has been increased.
The damage of the Vanquished Tentacle of C'thun has been reduced.
Mystic Enchants
The damage and healing provided by the Genesis random enchant has been reduced by up to 3% and 1% respectively.
[NEW]: Legendary RE (Evoker): Casting Arcane Missiles through the Missile Barrage effect will grant you Evoker. Evoker empowers your next 5 Fireball or Frostbolt casts with a 6% increase to damage & critical strike chance.
The tooltip of Holy Radiance has been fixed.
The tooltip of Divine Providence has been fixed.
The tooltip of Holy Ascension has been fixed.
The tooltip of Rejuvenating Light has been clarified to indicate that the effect does not stack.
The tooltip of Blessing of Nature has been clarified to indicate that the effect does not stack.
The Seed of Life random enchant has been retuned. It should now heal considerably more at high gear levels.
Charges of the Transcendental Embrace random enchant now trigger from critically healing with Lesser Healing Wave rather than being on a timer.
Blazing Determination has been reworked to: The Burning Determination Capstone now triggers a shorter but more powerful effect instead. While the Blazing Determination effect is active and you are casting a spell you become immune to any effect that would stop your casting. Lasts for 4 seconds.
