[WeakAuras] Added a load option for In Manastorm
[Requires Restart] Increased Mark of Ascension gain from first time completion of Manastorm Levels by 50%.
Fixed an issue where some items were not scaling from Adventurer's Cache.
[Requires Restart] Added Tome of Lock Pick to Adventure mode rewards, so you can unlock this utility without spending AE.
Added a PvP mod that went missing from the Legacy of the Arcanist Proc. (0.42 pvp mod).
After prestiging, you now unlock all level 1 skillcards which can be used to basically freepick starters, see video.
Added Silas Darkmoon and Burth to the exits of every Start Zone to give you access to scrolls sooner and teach new players about scrolls of fortune.
Talents & Abilities
[Pending Restart][Critical Prism] Critical Prism talent now makes your Ice Prism able to crit.
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Corrupting Shadows did not work with Twilight Shock. It will now trigger even if Corruption is not learned and it can also trigger Jadefire Corruption if learned.
Corrupted Shiv will now apply Corruption, even if it's not learned. It can now also apply Jadefire Corruption if learned. (But only one Corruption spell at a time.)
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Hydromancer would not trigger the Electrocute incapacitate.
Fixed an issue where Blades of Blood did not trigger. It will now also apply Rend, even if it's not learned.
Fixed an issue where Draining Strikes did not work.

Item Changes
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where scrolls of fortune displayed a tooltip that they all worked in spec I or IX when they were actually for Specs II, III, etc. To clarify [Scroll of Fortune II] will only work for Specialization II and [Scroll of Fortune III] for Specialization III and so on. This was merely a typo correction in tooltips, nothing changed in their interaction.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart][Hasty Frost Shock] Increased cooldown reduction to 0.3 sec per Mystic Enchant. Up from 0.2.
General
Lowered cooldown of Manastorm Interrupting Rod to 15 Seconds from 30 Seconds.
Worldforged Rare Scrolls can now be vendored for 5 silver.
Added Layering to Stormwind and Orgrimmar to split up the growing population in those captials. You can change your layer on the Callboard. This is only active for those cities, not in the open world.
Fixed a bunch of quests that were missing their Adventure Caches. All Azeroth quests that are non-repeatable/daily with Kill or Loot requirements should have them now.
[Requires Restart] Totemic Focus now also grants you Crit and Haste rating for each totem you have active.
Removed Residual Monstrosity from Manastorm randomization, because this creature would knock you back 500 yards, SOMETIMES EVEN WHEN YOU WERE IN THE MANASTORM BUBBLE.
Reduced radius of pull from Manastorm Vortex affix by 50%.
Fixed an issue where Devastating Pound prevented the use of Devastate.
Added Scroll of Fortune and Talent Scroll of Fortune to Grumpus Daily.
Fixed a bug where Dark Apotheosis Immolation Aura had no defined spell scaling causing it to scale improperly. This bug fix comes with a 50% increase to its threat generation.
Added new ability that is learned automatically to Dark Apotheosis. Demon Claws consumes rage to attack with both weapons for damage. This is intended to help those who don't have a spammable in wildcard and provide extra incentive for Dual wield for those using physical in this form.
Added an additional 20 more Scroll of Fortune quests to Silas Darkmoon. 75 are now released and as of now 100 will be released by the end of week 1.
Fixed an issue where Heroic Dungeon Manastorm caches were not giving proper loot as Spirit Primary Stat
Improved group handling in Manastorm to prevent the group from being disband.
End-Game Manastorms now award Case of Fortune instead of Scrolls directly so you can open them in your preferred specialization.
Increased Scroll of Fortune Chance from Adventure Caches, High-Risk, and Callboard Caches.
[Requires Restart] Added Scrolls of Fortune and Sealed Card chance on Battleground Loss as a bad luck protection against lose streaks. Battleground Wins now give guaranteed Scroll of Fortune and Scroll of Fortune Talents

General
Fixed an issue where Adventure Mode characters could enter High-Risk and get quest credit from unscaled mobs on scaled quests.
Removed Critters from Manastorm randomization, because it would cause some creatures to become critters like the mobs in the BFD fire event, so you'd just have a critter sitting in the corner but you'd think the event was bugged, but really you just had to kill a bug.
Fixed Vendor costs on Skillcards available on vendors in the world being higher than intended.
Fixed a Mind Flay spell on Acolyte creatures that was dealing too much damage.
Reduced Physical Damage of Andre Firebeard in Max Level Manastorms
Improved Skillcard Drop Chances in the World.
Fixed cases where the Portal would fail to spawn at end of level in the Manastorm.
Fixed issues where your Raid group would be disbanded inside the Manastorm

[Elune] Wyvern Sting, Repentance, Petrification Totem, Ring of Frost, Blinding Light and Blind are now in the global DR category, changed from horror. (They now share DR with for example Polymorph and Fear.)
Earthquake is now in the controlled stun DR category, changed from random stun.
Improved Hamstring is now in the controlled root DR category, changed from random root.
Item Changes
Scrolls of Fortune are now deletable, you can delete them from the UI when you prestige (with the most recent launcher update) or out of your inventory by dragging them off the bag.
