[Corrupted bear Form] No longer has reduced shadowbolt or corruption damage against players.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart] [Vampire Lord] Unholy Prayer can now no longer target pets. (Reverted the previous change to targeting behaviour. This means Unholy Prayer is still a smart heal but will now only target players.)
[Vampire Lord] [Pending Restart] Unholy Prayer now shares the same targeting logic as Prayer of Healing. (This means that it will heal all pets and players of the target of Unholy Prayer.)
System Changes
Javelin Dot Damage reduced by 15% in player v player combat.
Gloomblade Damage reduced by 5% in player vs player combat.
Light's Hammer Damage reduced by 3% in 1v1 arena combat.
Crusader Strike (One with the light) Damage reduced by 8% in player v player combat.
[Pending Restart] Bear form no longer has bloodthirst player vs player mods.
[Legacy of the Arcanist] Meteor damage increased by 15% in player vs player
[Hoplite] Thrust damage increased by 10% in player vs player combat.
[Hoplite] Shield Strike damage increased by 20% in player vs player combat.
Meteor damage increased 5% in player vs player combat.
Shuriken Toss damage increased 5% in player vs player combat.
Holy Wrath damage increased 5% in player vs player combat.
Shadowburn damage increased 5% in player vs player combat.

Item Changes
Fixed the issue with [Mystic Scroll: Unlock Epic] and [Mystic Scroll: Unlock Legendary]. They are now useable once again!

[Guardian] Scaling of Song of Battle reduced by 10%.

Quests
Fixed an issue where the daily callboard quest "Arms Dealer: Infused Hearty Steamed Wontons" was asking for the wrong amount of Wontons. It now requires 5 units like most other quests of the same caliber.
