[Cultist] Veiled Knight now increases damage of Curse of Y’Shaarj.
[Cultist] Curse of Y'Shaarj cooldown reduced by 4 sec, direct damage reduced and now ticks 1 sec faster.
[Cultist] Eye for Edicts renamed to Watchful Presence. No longer has an additional chance to proc increased effectiveness through Eldritch Mending.
[Bloodmage] Finger of Agony should no longer require Endless Thirst
[Cultist] Presences are no longer auras and only affect the Cultist. Their procs have had their values adjusted with this in mind.
[Bloodmage] Torture and Vampyr Lord have been swapped and their effects have been reworked

[Barbarian] Entrails and No Survivors swapped.
[Barbarian] Manhunter now provides its value as a constant passive.

[Barbarian] Unrestrained Javelin now increases damage of Berserker Axe and Axe Volley.

[Barbarian] Barbed Spear % weapon damage no longer scales with ranks, flat damage further increased by ranks.
[Barbarian] Legacy of the Amani now increases the damage of Barbed Spear instead of allowing it to hit twice for 50% of the damage dealt

[PvP] Global healing reduction that applied to all heals in Battlegrounds removed. This will result in a global 25% increase to all healing done in BGs. This is live now.

[Templar] Find The Weak Spot issue fixed where the tooltip still mentioned the damage, even though the damage was already removed

[Templar] Libram of Fervor no longer procs damage out similar to Libram of Consecration, but it now also increases attack power based on your Intellect
[Templar] Libram of Grace is now baseline and learned at level 14
