[General] Procs that trigger from when a melee or ranged attack or auto attack deals damage will now properly trigger when the attack was partially blocked. (will still not trigger if the attack was fully blocked, as it did not deal damage)
[General] Accepting a combat resurrection while you have no charges left for the encounter will no longer cause your UI to break and require a relog.
[General] Dispels have had their mana costs standardized. This means they have been generally increased across the board.

Increased the drop chance for Lava Cores in Molten Core.

The damage done of Dynamite from Special Excavation Lantern now deals 70% reduced damage in PvP combat.
General
Fixed a bug with resistances on some bosses that were causing them to have an additional +21 Resistance than intended. Ragnaros, Baron Geddon, Shadow of Lucifron were some that were intended.
[Pending restart] Fixed a bug causing the Retribution Paladin Tier 1 6-piece set bonus to deal more damage than intended in PvP combat.
The achievements "More Dots!", "Many Whelps, Handle It!", and "She Deep Breaths More" cannot be earned.
The visual effect of "Collapse Lair" is incorrect.
Under certain circumstances it is possible to obtain the legacy "Onyxia's Lair (Level 60)" achievement from Wrath of the Lich King, this will be removed in a future update.
Atressian cannot be skinned.
Turning in the Head of Onyxia to Major Mattingly or Overlord Runthak currently does not grant the Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer or spawn the head of Onyxia object in Stormwind or Orgrimmar.
When Onyxia uses Flame Breath she will sometimes rotate visually in the wrong direction. This is just a visual bug.
Spells that cannot be interrupted or slowed are supposed to have a shield around their cast bar icon.
Known issues:
It was previously stated that the lockout timer for Onyxia's Lair was weekly, 7 days. To clarify that was a mistake and the lockout is 5 days, as it was in Classic.
Fixed an issue where the achievement "Onyxia's Lair" failed to grant credit. This also fixes the statistics panel tracking of "Onyxia kills" and "Deaths in Onyxia's Lair"
Fixed an issue where the drakes summoned by Onyxia during her encounter would fail to remove her immunity shield if they were too far from her.
Fixed an issue wherein Onyxia would sometimes fail to attack players for some time when engaged after a reset that happened while she was airborne.
Fixed an issue where spell speed reduction effects such as Bane of Tongues would slow boss abilities that were not intended to be slowed.
Fixed various issues regarding boss timers and phase transitions sometimes failing to fire under a few different circumstances.
The two drakes that must be killed before accessing Onyxia no longer put the instance in an encounter state, this means players are no longer prevented from entering the raid while the drakes are engaged. This should also fix an issue where Onyxia's gate would sometimes fail to open.
Atressian's adds now despawn upon him being defeated.
Atressian and Ortorg's corpses now take significantly longer to despawn.
General
[Pending Restart] - Runes of Ascension from Mythic Dungeon Boss kills have been buffed to 175 from 75. Runes of Ascension from Heroic bosses have been buffed from 75 to 125.
[Pending Restart] - Treasures of Azeroth now hold 1,000 Runes of Ascension up from 250. Meaning they have been increased by 400%.
[Pending Restart] - Runes of Ascension from Prestige has been increased to 100,000. However, the daily quest now rewards 5,000. This will result in more runes gained and more freedom in the way you want to play and providing bonus experience in that daily's domain.
[Pending Restart] - The Runes of Ascension rewarded from Callboard Quests have been increased by 50%. Additionally, many zones have had their dynamic respawn timers custom tailored to the amount of participation in that zone, meaning respawns will occur much faster the more people are around.
[Pending Restart] - The Runes of Ascension gained from level 60 battlegrounds has been increased by 100%.
