Rebalanced Bloodmage Thalnos Flamespite to do less on the initial unavoidable hit and more on the avoidable periodic portion.
Ossirian in the Manastorm now has a reward multiplier of 500% up from 300%.
Arcanist Doan's Arcanist Explosion now has a 2 second cast time up for 1.5 seconds and is interruptible. But it really hurts.
Viscous Fallout Radiation Cloud now ticks every 3 seconds up from 1 second. This will give proper time to avoid it, but if you don't it will smack.
Reduced Chaotic link stacks on Odo the watcher.
Removed Hakkari Soulflayer from Manastorm Randomization pool.
Reduced rate of the second active affix on creatures. It still was getting to crazy at higher levels. (This was done 2 or 3 days ago missed changelog while focusing on lag)
Fixed an issue where Lady Anacondra was knocking you down. She was not meant to knock you down.

Fixed an issue in Manastorm where Special Creatures like Nyx and Mechatron were not dropping loot.

Fixed an issue where Anubisaths were in the randomization pool in Manastorm. They are too big!
Fixed an issue where Clepto the Cardnappers cards were not lootable.
Added a weight increase per level to Clepto the Cardnapper and Greedy Goblin so they show up more at higher levels.

[Elune] Fixed a bug where Localized Storm was scaling far higher from spell damage than intended. It now has a coefficient of 16% spell damage and 10.4% attack power. (This is similar to other similar effects such as Fire Storm and Hail Storm.)

Mazmorras & Bandas
[Manastorm] Baron Geddon now casts Infernal Blast instead of Armageddon in manastorm. This spell allows counter play and overcoming the fight for builds that cannot beat the DPS race the original mechanic presented.

[Pending Restart][Area-52] [Mana Fiend] Delirium no longer reduces damage in PvP Combat.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Playing With Fire was only doubled for Fire Critical Strikes. Playing with Fire has received a back-end rewrite to be much more performant and consistent. Outside of the bugfix listed above, behavior should be unchanged.
Syndicate sniper shot damage increased by 10% in pvp combat (pvp mod removed).

[Pending Launcher Update] Added a vanity filter for Manastorm items.
[Pending Launcher Update] Fixed an issue with Ascension NamePlates where the maximum health of a nameplate would not update if the units maximum health changed. This was most noticable when removing Chaotic Link stacks in manastorms.
[Pending Launcher Update] Temporarily increased the columns for the Manastorm Loadout picker so its not so tall its off the screen. It is not intended to show all ranks of potions and a fix for that will come soon.
Water nova pvp mod has been removed (previously 0.3)
[Pending Restart] You no longer have increased healing in battlegrounds at intellect, str, or agi allocation. - With the Introduction of battleground food this is no longer needed. This was also causing healers to swap to int allocation since it was granting so much bonus healing.
[Elune] Chimera shot - Serpent sting damage increased by 10% in pvp combat.
