A new launcher update is available that will correctly show the updated tooltips and cooldowns for recent spell changes.

[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Many Mythic+ spells were not scaling as intended and hitting much harder than intended. Examples: 20K earth shock on Lord Roccor, 9K Shadow Word: Pain on High Interrogator Gerhstan.

[Elune] Shifting into Bear Form will now activate your Thunder Hide if known. This functionality previously existed with Lei Shen's Legacy.
[Elune] Increased baseline stealth level for Stealth and Prowl. (The stealth level was previously bugged with Stealth, causing it to be more powerful which was fixed with the recent updates. This bug did not apply to Prowl. Both have now been buffed to make them more powerful as you can't easily invest into Master of Deception in Wildcard.)

[Pending Restart] [Seal of Ascension] The Seal of Ascension that previously would act as key to the Upper Blackrock Spire is now once again a normal ring. A new item the Forged Seal of Ascension now opens the Upper Blackrock Door and will go into your keyring, removing the need of having the ring with you everytime. Both the Ring and the Forged Seal will now be awarded by the quest Forged Seal o Ascension in Lower Blackrock Spire. Both items will be added to your vanity collection upon acquiring them. If you already owned a Forged Seal of Ascension previously, you find it in your vanity collection under "Seal of Ascension" and the ring will create a Forged Seal of Ascension for you upon being equiped. In addition the Seal of Ascension now has an previously abandoned spell effect.

[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug where Hypnosis lasted 8 sec versus players instead of the intended 6.
[Area 52] Fixed a bug where Scatter Shot would trigger Arcane Arrows.
[Elune] Clarified behaviour of Tools of War and Martial Crescendo. Talents still do work with "on next swing" abilities. They no longer grant an additional stack. Instead, they refresh the buff duration.
