Updated the description of Spirit Frost to indicate that Penance damage can also trigger the heal effect.
Fixed an issue where Penance and Icy Penance were not consuming a stack of Spirit Frost when the channel ended.
[Pending Restart]Fixed a Bug where Ambush rare worldforged enchants would not work for its ranged variant, Syndicate Sniper Shot.
[Pending Restart]Fixed a Bug where description of Execute would incorrectly state it consumes an additional 30 rage. It consumes up to 60 of your available rage.

[Cultist] Class tree has been repathed to match the quality of the other classes, with some filler nodes being reworked (for example, having 3 passive nodes that all gave roughly the same amount of crit)
[Cultist] Twisted Sanity reworked to have healing synergy rather than give crit
[Cultist] Piercing Entropy now increases the targets chance to be critically struck rather than giving critical strike damage bonus
[Cultist] Scaling of the damage dealt by Tentacles of C'thun reduced by roughly ~10%
[Cultist] Dark Revelation is now a 1 point node

[Venomancer] Facemelter no longer has Intellect scaling and only scales off of Spellpower

[Venomancer] Scaling of Venom Fang, Facemelter, Nerubian Sting, Nerubian Poison, and Sorefeast have all been reduced after extensive testing in preparation for the level 60 phase where Stalking was seen to be roughly ~30% stronger than the next strongest DPS spec. They are still a top tier dps spec.
