The pvp mount vendor has been updated. "Vindictive Gladiator's Storm dragon" has been replaced with "Demonic Gladiator's Storm Dragon". These mounts can be purchased once 2500 rating is obtained in any arena bracket. Additionally, The new top 10 mount will be the "Warmongering Gladiator's Gronnling"

Updated Shadow Artillery tooltip to indicate that it benefits from the Molten Core talent.
[Pending Restart][Elune] Fixed a bug where Divine Storm (One With the Light) did not scale properly with player level. It will now properly scale its damage with your level.
General
Marks of Ascension from Fresh Character trials have been increased by 30%.
Fixed a bug where creature spells without a spell damage classification: Melee, Ranged, Magic would not scale based on scaling auras like flex raid modifiers, manastorm level, etc. This would cause spells to both deal TOO much damage when doing a solo manastorm or not as much as intended like in a 25 man raid. This was a small set of 100 or so spells total in the game.

[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug where Rank 2 of Sanctified Retribution would override Rank 3 of Arcane Empowerment.
Fixed a bug where Fiery Payback Capstone would only work for specific fire mage spells. Now it works according to the tooltip description: All direct fire spells. (This does not include fire ranged and melee abilities)

Fixed a bug where Shadow Born was increasing Shadowburn damage by more than intended and stated on the tooltip. It was increasing damage by 35% in PvE and PvP, instead of the intended 25% in PvE and 10% in PvP.
Fixed a bug where Wave of Despair did not have its PvP mod applied properly. This PvP mod is 20% less damage versus players.
Fixed a bug where Astral Fusion was consuming on hit rather than on cast.

[Pending Restart] [Elune] Fixed a bug where Frenzied growths 100% bonus healing to Wild Growth was being reduced to 50% while the Grove Ranger talent was learned. (It now just grants the full 100% healing even while Grove Ranger talent is learned.)
