[Pending Patch Update] - Corrected rank 1 tooltip of Light's Grace.
[Pending Restart] - Draconic Slam now deals 210% weapon damage - down from 230% (rounding at an approximate 8% nerf). This is meant to operate on the margains on the Draconic Slam damage and attempt to reign in the power of Dragon Warrior enchantment.
[Lava Sweep] - This changelog has been live but was missing from the changelog! Doomhammer's Fury now grants % damage to the affected spells instead of % AP gains. (Since the hybridization updates these spells have a baseline AP scalar, no longer needed on Doomhammer's Fury).

Head of Onyxia and Head of Nefarian now has a GREATLY increased range - this should reach all players inside the trade district and all players near the bank and auction house in orgrimmar; greatly increasing your chance of receiving the buff when one is popped.
This change has been live but was missing a changelog from chapter 2: Fixed an issue where non damaging periodic effects could count towards stacks of Soul Siphon.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where some heals could bypass enfeeble from prince malchazeer.
[PENDING RESTART} - Synchronize from Steward of Eternity will no longer remove your Tree of Life form.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Stab in the Dark where it was still remaining at its old and unchanged value (7%) it is now correctly (15%) as stated in a previous changelog.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Fighter Enchantments were not also increasing Ranged Attack Power. All Fighter enchantments are intended to increase Ranged (in addition to) melee attack power!

[Grove Ranger] (PENDING RESTART) These changes are aimed at improving the overall flow of gameplay and rotation by significantly lowering the necessity to swap away from your DPS target and micro manage Medicinal Sting. This also allows you to cast Wild Growth without switching from your DPS target and ensure you heal the allies that need it most, while Blooming Shot will empower Medicinal Sting on your allies who are actually being affected by it.
[Grove Ranger] Increased the base healing of Blooming Shot at all ranks.
[Grove Ranger] Reduced the base points of Medicinal Sting heal from 90 to 67 at max level. This is made up in Grove Medicine, ultimately resulting in an increase from 90 base points to 134 when both heals are accounted for.
[Grove Ranger] Grove Ranger's Agility passive now grants you 20% of your Agility as Healing Power.
[Grove Ranger] Blooming Shot Healing now scales from Ranged Attack Power.
[Grove Ranger] Medicinal Sting Healing now scales from Ranged Attack Power.
[Grove Ranger] Grove Medicine, the new Heal over time granted from Medicinal Sting, scales from Ranged Attack Power.
[Grove Ranger] The Grove Ranger buff has been improved. It now causes your next Wild Growth to heal 1 additional target and increases the radius around your target it heals by 5 yards per stack, up to 3 stacks. It still reduces your Healing Touch and Regrowth to be instant cast. This will significantly reduce the necessity to swap off of your dps target.
[Grove Ranger] When Medicinal Sting heals an ally, it will apply a secondary Heal of Time effect called [Grove Medicine] on healed targets for 6 seconds. This should be a significant improvement in dungeons where your Medicinal Sting healing output dies as quickly as your party kills targets. Now, even if targets die quickly, you will continue healing your allies for 6 seconds.
[Grove Ranger] Previously Grove Blessing was granted when healing with Wild Growth. This just didn't make sense, as you would often heal non-melee allies, and then grant them a buff to a melee oriented heal. Now, Blooming Shot will grant healed targets Grove Blessing, as those are the targets most likely to benefit from the buff.
[Vampire Lord] Vampire Lord heals will now be raid wide and heal up to 10 members of your raid. This change should give Vampire Lords a stronger role in raid compositions. We will monitor this change closely and adjust the targets healed as needed.
Fixed a Templar of Flame bug that allowed Fiery Fervor to proc from triggered Fire spells.
[Predator's Wrath] These changes aim to open up more dynamic build paths. The previous highest parsing builds unintuively spammed Rake due to lower energy requirements. This should give Predator's Wrath a small buff in DPS while creating more engaging rotations and build options.
[Predator's Wrath] Enchant Tooltip updates to the new tooltip format.
[Predator's Wrath] Predator's Wrath buff damage proc Attack Power Scaling buffed from 0.065 increased to 0.07
[Predator's Wrath] Predator's Wrath buff damage proc Spellpower Scaling buffed from 0.1 increased to 0.11
[Predator's Wrath] Predator's Wrath buff now also reduces the energy cost of Claw, Shred and Mangle by 10.
