[Grove Ranger] These changes should further nudge the build in the right direction, seeing an overall increase to healing and damage output and moving Blooming Shot effectiveness more towards your individual skill versus your allies ability to stand still(this is hard). [Grove Ranger] Medicinal Sting Damage SP and RaP scaling buffed from 0.0429 to 0.066.
[Grove Ranger] Reduced the mana cost of Medicinal Sting from 9% base mana, reduced to 6% base mana.
[Grove Ranger] Blooming Shot Healing RaP scaling buffed from 0.1 increased to 0.187.
[Grove Ranger] Blooming Shot Damage SP and RaP scaling buffed from 0.135 increased to 0.145.
[Grove Ranger] Reduced the mana cost of Blooming Shot from 25% base mana, reduced to 12% base mana.
[Grove Ranger] Watching your allies run out of your healing area and die while casting Blooming Shot resulted in big sadness. Blooming Shot is now instant cast. This should be more fun and effective now.
[Fire Watch] Explosive charges buff will now persist through death.
[Pending Restart] Steward of eternities Synchronise heal now has 40 yard range up from 30 yards.
[Pending Restart] Removed [Spirit of the Forest] also putting a 60 second cooldown onto Tree of Life. The Spirit of the Forest spell added by the Mystic Enchantment will still keep it's cooldown.
This changelog has been live but was missing from the changelog! The Devouring Mystic Enchantment has been slightly reworked, it now reads. The application of your Warlock damage-over-time effects refresh the duration of your Devouring Plague. However the duration is reduced by 6 seconds.
Fixed an issue where Grove Ranger stacks were not being consumed by Wild Growth.
Fixed an issue where Synchronise could heal targets that had Align applied by other Steward of Eternity users. It will now only heal targets that have had Align applied by the caster.

This changelog was live but missing from the log! Demon pets (summon imp, felhunter, voidwalker, etc) now also gain additional stamina and intellect to mp5 from their owner (really helping with mana issues)

[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug where you could sometimes use Demon Spikes from Dark Apotheosis without having the talent Metamorphosis learnt.
[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug causing Dark Apotheosis to deal less damage than intended. Dark Apotheosis will now properly deal 40% reduced damage while equipped.
