The goal of these ranger changes is to have more interesting ways to manage/control your rotation, and a priority list of stuff to do in your rotation. Ranger has a very simple base rotation and it should stay that way to an extent but I think having more ways to optimise it and customise it is cool! I am thinking that 3/4 of the 'Arrows' spells will be baseline with core rework, probably along with the Ignite Munitions spell
[Ranger] Precision Shot now causes the target to take 8% increased damage from the Ranger for 4 sec per Archery Point you have, but does not consume them. (This replaces the 4% increased physical damage taken for 5 sec)
[Ranger] Envenomed Arrows no longer has an ICD, meaning it can now proc multiple times on different enemies from 1 aoe ability
[Ranger] Deepwood Poison CD reduced to 12 sec from 15 sec
[Ranger] Falconmark is now Skirmish, a no CD Archery Point spender that gives movespeed, crit chance and reduces focus costs, gaining duration based on points consumed
[Ranger] Fixed tooltip of Serrated Shot
Talentos & Habilidades
[Pending Restart] Unending Fury now also increases the damage of Victory Rush.
[Pending Restart] Slow now reduces the targets ranged attack speed by 30%, down from 60%. (While some ranged builds are strong, this effect was too powerful of a counter which previously wasnt reduced when the cast time reduction was.)
[Pending Restart] Maim now has a 25 second cooldown, changed from 30.
[Pending Restart] Solar Beam now has a 50 sec cooldown, changed from 60 sec.
[Pending Restart] The damage from Improved Feral Spirit Capstone now scales with 40% of the pets attack power.
[Pending Restart] Tranquilizing Shot no longer has a minimum range. (To make it feel better to use versus melee players.)
[Pending Restart] Increased the healing of these spells in 2v2 and 3v3 by 10%: Lesser Healing Wave, Tidal Shield, Greater Heal, Flash Heal, Healing Touch, Regrowth, Rejuvenation, Lifebloom, Penance.
[Pending Restart] Reduced the healing of Adorned and Justice from Champion of Justice in 2v2 and 3v3 by 10%.
[Pending Restart] Fire Blast now deals 30% reduced damage versus players, changed from 20%.
[Pending Restart] Impact has had a small rework. It now increases the damage of Fire Blast by 3/6/9% and the stun effect is now a Capstone. (This was changed so you can no longer only use 1 or 2 talent points to get the strong utility of the stun.)
[Pending Restart] Aimed Shot now reduces healing taken by 35%, changed from 40%.
[Pending Restart] Mortal Strike now lasts for 8 sec, changed from 10 sec.
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Combustion could grant too high crit bonus damage. (Up to 20% higher damage.)
[Pending Restart] Playing with Fire now grants half of the cooldown reduction when dealing damage versus players.
[Pending Restart] Charged Up (Charge recast buff) now has a visual effect to better indicate when its active.
[Pending Restart] Deep Wounds can no longer critically hit versus players. (2-handed PvP builds are strong and Deep Wounds can do a lot of their total damage from only 3 talent points. This also helps reducing passive damage being too high of a percentage of some builds total damage.)
[Pending Restart] Periodic and absorb healing reductions from Infected Wounds, Shadow Embrace and Piercing Shots are now 15%, changed from 30%. (As these effects stack with normal healing reduction effects these could be too situationally strong.)

[Pending Restart] Lava Sweep now deals 15% reduced damage versus players, changed from 25%.
[Pending Restart] The Fingers of Death buff no longer reduces the damage of your Ice Lance versus players. Touch of Death from Fingers of Death now increases the damage of your Devouring Plague versus players by 37/75%, changed from 25/50%.
[Pending Restart] Fiery Fervor from Templar of Flame now reduces all damage by 8%, instead of only physical damage.
[Pending Restart] Seal of Fervor and Jugement of Fervor from Templar of Flame now deals 30% reduced damage versus players, changed from 40%.
[Pending Restart] The damage effects of Fire Watch now deals 15% reduced damage versus players, changed from 20%.
[Pending Restart] Fleeting Shadows has been changed and now reads: Using Garrote, Cheap Shot or Ambush will trigger 2.5 sec of Shadow Dance if known. This will not trigger while Shadow Dance is already active. (Previously this only required you to leave Stealth which didnt provide enough counterplay as even if you hit someone out of stealth he would still get a free opener on you.)
[Pending Restart] Battle Fervor no longer requires you to be in Battle Stance to trigger its movement and attack speed buff.
