Boosted drop chance of Dragonhorns that drop from Dragons to tame pets.
Fixed an issue where Prestigious Rotating Bonuses and Quests were not applying on Prestige.
[Pending Restart] Combo points are no longer removed on the target as they die (they are still removed on respawn). This means Slice and Dice, Meditate and Recuperate are usable on dead targets. Also means that you can use Redirect to transfer combo points from a dead target.
[Ranger] Loaded Bolts should now correctly be consumed on crit
[Ranger] Hail of Arrows will stop firing shots while pacified

Cambios de Objetos
[Alar] [Area 52] Pending Restart - Requires Cache clear to be displayed visually - Increased the item level of all 22 TBC BoE Epic World Drop Items and their Heroic and Ascended counter parts to better reflect their power in comparison to their Mythic counter parts. The Heroic and Ascended versions of the TBC BoE Epic World Drop Items that can be found inside Heroic and Ascended Raids are now upscaled from their normal version without penalty and now follow the same scaling rules as other Heroic and Ascended items. Items that had a special effect like Blinkstrike already had their effects upscaled with the Mythic+ release on Area 52 and remain unchanged.
