[Pending Restart] - Glyph of Wrath and Celestial Focus have been restored to their baseline effects rather than being merged into a singular effect. Glyph of Wrath will now provide 50% pushback reduction when casting Wrath.
[Pending Restart] - Starsurge now deals 4% less damage.
[Pending Restart] - Ritual of Refreshment is now available at level 60 next restart.
[Pending Restart] - Journeyman Riding Tomes (100% riding speed) will now require the same level to use as the trainer requires (level 40).
Removed many tabs that are not relevant to bronzebeard alpha in the character advancement and additionally removed things like the seasonal UI from displaying because they won't be able to be interacted with
The Vendor at the start of the battleground will now sell ammunition for guns/bows.
Reworked Rare Loot Tables in the Open World. Rares will now drop up to 2 items guaranteed. These items can be green and blue quality but is much more favorable to be green quality in lower level ranges.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - No Risk (PvP) Mode now increases your Experience Gained from Killing Creatures and Players in the Open World by 10%. High-Risk (PvP) Mode now increases your Experience Gained from Killing Creatures and Players in the Open World by 20%.
[Pending Restart] - Quest Experience rewarded from the quest log is now representive of how much quest experience you receive when turning in the quest.
[Pending Restart] - [Patch Update Required] - The cost of unlearning talents is cut in half.
[Pending Restart] - Battlegrounds now reward 1,000 Runes of Ascension for winning. 500 Runes of Ascension for losing up from 500 and 200.
[Pending Restart] - Runes of Ascension from all Dungeon and Raid content has been tuned. Normal Dungeons now give 50 Runes of Ascension per boss kill up from 15 to 20. Heroic Dungeons now reward 75 up from 25. Mythic Dungeons now reward 100 from 50. Raid Content works as follows: Zul'Gurub is unchanged at 200. Molten Core bosses now drop 250. Blackwing Lair bosses drop 275. Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj Bosses drop 300. Temple of Ahn'Qiraj Bosses drop 325. Naxxramas drops 350. Onyxia being the outlier and only being one boss raid now rewards 500.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed a bug with heirloom weapon dps in early levels where it started too high and always increased by +1. From levels 1-20, you'll notice more a curve that will eventually even back out.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed the repair costs for items in immersive gear drops and worldforged items.
[Pending Restart] - Luck of the Draw now gives you a Flat Amount of Stats rather than a percentage increase.

Fixed a bug where spell pushback for casted spells was lower than intended.
Dungeon Spoils are no longer exclusively rewarded from RDF. They are now a reward on all previous end dungeon bosses (including segmented bosses) meaning planned full clears of dungeons will reward more gear with RDF being unchanged.
[Pending Restart] - You now start with 5 food and 5 water instead of 1.

Tuten'kash spawn waves will now correctly appear and attack in Razorfen Downs.
[Shaman] [Glyph of Thunderstorm] - Fixed a bug where it would knock back creatures with the Mystic Enchant active.
[Priest] [Spiritual Healing] - Fixed a bug where Spiritual Healing was increasing the healing of healing-over-time effects by a lesser amount. It now correctly increases healing from 2/4/6% to 4/7/10%.

Glyph of Thunderstorm, Glyph of Blast Wave and Glyph of Typhoon are now available as rare mystic enchants.
Crackling Flames now has an additional effect and now reads: Casting Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning or any Shock spell reduces the cooldown of Fire Nova by 1 second and increases the damage of your next Fire Nova by 20%, stacking up to 5 times.
Fixed a bug where Explosive Shot (Charged Up) did not trigger Go For The Throat or Master Tactician.
Expunge no longer makes Serpent Sting be able to critically hit. Cobra Venom now deals 35%~ increased damage.
Fixed a bug where Efflorescence did not apply Rejuvenation.
Vindication attack power reduction has been reduced to make sense for level 60 and be in line with other attack power reductions.
Wacky Wizardry, Deranged Druid, Zany Zealout, Eccentric Elementalist and Crazy CUltist can no longer trigger talent abilities.
Fixed a bug where Improved Barkskin would stay active in all forms.
Fixed a bug where Halo could not trigger Divine Aegis.
Lava Sweep can now only trigger one Maelstrom Weapon stack.
Fixed a bug where Earthen Spike was able to trigger Maelstrom Weapon.
New Epic Mystic Enchant - Iron Guard: Your successful blocks further reduce the damage you take from the hit by 15%.
New Legendary Mystic Enchant - Stormbound Instinct: All Shock spells now deal bonus threat, generate a stack of Maelstrom Weapon (if known), and increase your chance to dodge the next attack by 20%. In addition, casting Primal Strike, Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning makes your next Shock spell trigger no cooldown.
The damage and healing of Carnage Incarnate has been increased by 50%. It now also grants 10% physical damage reduction.
Savage Barricade can now store up to 2 charges, changed from 3.
Celestial Power now grants 3% damage per stack, changed from 4%.
Critical Cycles now also affects Sunfire. The damage increase is now 30%, changed from 35%.
[Melee Hunter] - The Relentless Talent now increases your Expertise by 5/10/15 in addition to its previous effects.
Fixed a bug where Mythic+ Items from Blackrock Caverns were not upgradable in the vendor.
Fixed a bug where Frozen Power wasn't working for any spells except Lava Lash and Stormstrike
Fixed a bug where some spells (especially those cast by mobs in the open world) were dealing more approximately 2 to 2.5 more damage than intended.

[Druid] [Starlight Wrath] - Fixed a bug where Starlight Wrath was reducing the cast time of Wrath, Starsurge, Starfire more than intended.

[Hunter] The Molten Ammo epic enchant now makes your next Steady Shot deal 60% additional damage as Fire.

Charred Defender Set is now only wearable by the shaman class
Fixed a bug where the Charred Defender Set could be obtained/viewed by classes who couldn't wear it.
If you have killed Ragnaros or Hakkar on Any Difficulty, you can now upgrade Worldforged Items to that tier.
[Blackrock Caverns] - The adds from the last boss will no longer respawn if you wipe.

A very large and extensive rework has gone into how creature loot (Greens especially) are deliverred in the open world from mobs. There has been many changes that have been done: First, there was an issue where a small handful of creatures had WAY TOO HIGH of a drop chance (similar to values set on rare creatures). Secondly, creatures who dropped immersive gear was dropping the same gear at the same rates as creatures without it were. This has been adjusted so that their "generic" templates are now lower than creatures who don't have it. Lastly, there was a miscategorization amongst some creatures causing them to have an additional loot template that resulted in just more gear than what should have been acquirable.
Callboard Caches no longer have a duration.
Items that have an on-proc or chance on hit effect whenever you equip it will incur atleast a 30 second cooldown (exactly like items that are on-use incur).
Fixed a bug where prestiging a character would make all items obtainable in the open world on the whole account rather than just the character who prestiged.
Healing Tooltips will be updated tomorrow that will be more representative of how much is healed.
A special mount has been introduced to the "A Class Above" achievement, which is awarded upon gaining level 60 in every class available.
Fixed a bug where if a party member left the RDF group then you filled with another member, it would not reward you with end of dungeon completion.
Items Found in the open world will now have the Worldforged tag on ALL versions of the items, making it easily discernable what items you can upgrade later.
Gladiator Stance no longer causes Shield Slam to generate Bonus Threat (this was the highest threat generating ability and the main DPS rotational ability, with it being boosted higher in the rotation this was causing a very asymmetrical amount of threat to be generated). Other abilities llike Sunder Armor (and devastate by proxy) and Heroic Strike's threat modifiers are unchanged in Gladiator Stance.
Fixed a bug where Fanatacism was not reducing the threat for all attacks
Heroic Strike was generating approximately 15% more threat than intended and has been fixed

Tuned all rare creatures in the Open World. The strength of these creatures were not structured and previously rares were buffed simply beecause they were just a rare creature while others were untouched in their strength. This bringss them more in line parity wise while still respecting the strengths and weaknesses of each of the creatures.

Found a bug with the Paladin Class that was reducing their overall damage output by approximately 4%.

[Pending Restart & Patch Update] - The Paladin Quest Chain for Undeads is now available. It will reward the Undead Charger and Undead Warhorse.

Fixed a bug with appearance transmogification where an optional feature was force enabled causing you to only transmog gear that you could wear. This feature can be player polled again in the future.

Spell Penetration and Armor Penetration now display as individual stats in the character sheet rather than having to mouse over melee hit rating and spell hit rating to see the penetration values
Fixed a bug where Raid Caches could still only contain Runes of Ascension.
Most quests (over 2,000) in the open world now reward Runes of Ascension.

Expunge now also makes the periodic damage of Serpent Sting able to critically hit.
Efflorescence now also applies Rejuvenation to up to 5 targets.
Heavyweight changes: Execute now grants 2 stacks, changed from 1. Aftershock now deals 150% weapon damage, changed from 120%.
Overflow has been reworked and now reads: Casting Nourish or Regrowth reduces the cast time and mana cost of your next Healing Touch by 10/20/30%. When fully stacked, your next Healing Touch overflows, healing 3 allies within 8 yards of the target for 30% of the amount. Overflowing Healing Touches are also guaranteed to trigger a Seed of Life (if known) on the target.
Fixed a bug where Frostbrand had an incorrect spell power scaling.
Mending Tide healing has been reduced by 15%
Ironfur no longer costs rage, changed from costing 40.
Elemental Mastery (Mystic Enchant) has been changed and now increases the damage of your Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning and Lava Burst by 5%.
Booming Thunder now also increases your chance to trigger Lightning Overload by 10%.
Bash and Thrash now also makes your Bash deal 50% of your attack power as extra threat.
Divine Storm and Hammer of the Righteous proc behaviour for Seal of Command now functions as it did Blizzlike: The first target hit will trigger a Seal of Command that can hit up to 3 targets as usual. Any further targets hit will trigger Seal of Command only on the target and not cleaving to other targets. (For example Divine Storm hitting 3 targets will now trigger 5 hits of Seal of Command instead of 9).
Ungrounded now grants 7% crit chance, changed from 10% damage. It now grants 7% mana, changed from 5%. It also increases your Lightning Shield charges by 2.
