Updated the tooltip of the Nurturing Instinct talent to be more clear that the Agility to bonus spell healing did not require you to be in Cat or Bear Form. The wording was very confusing. No mechanics were changed. (Requires Patch)
Enchantements Mystiques
[Pending Restart] Changed the tooltip of the Arcane Gunslinger buff to clarify that it gets consumed upon receiving the Missile Barrage buff, regardless of the source it's obtained from.
Fixed an issue where the Element-bound worldforged enchants had a much lower drop chance than intended.

[Pending Restart] Prayer of Preservations Area of Effect damage reduction buff has been renamed from Preservation to Shield of Preservation to make it easier to track, and less confusing having 3 effects named identically.
[Pending Restart] Prayer of Preservation now applies the Area of Effect damage reduction buff when consuming Preservation, instead of being applied when channeling Prayer of Preservation.
[Pending Restart] Fixed an Issue with Prayer of Preservation where Shield of Preservation ( this is the 30% Area of Effect damage reduction buff ) was applying to 5 targets when you consumed Preservation. It now correctly applies to the target you consumed Preservation from.

[Launcher Addon Update] WeakAuras: Added several new load conditions for auras, including active specialization, active mystic enchant, talent known, and pvp ruleset. Also fixed Instance Difficulty load option to include mythic and ascended difficulties.

[Bloodsail Captain] Improved how spell auras are applied while Captain's Resolve is active that should ensure Parry Rating is correctly updated on your character stat sheet.
[Bloodsail Captain] Added additional checks that ensure Captain's Resolve is being enabled when the requirements are met and fixed an issue where the spell was not appearing in your buff bar when active. This should resolve the issue of Captains being crit while seemingly be crit avoidance capped. (pending restart)
[Area 52] Fixed a missing creature spawn used as one method of acquiring Serpent Form (Pending Restart)
[Lei Shen's Legacy] Fixed an issue where Volatile Discharge would not trigger Chain Lightning if you were moving. (Pending Restart)

[Pending Restart] Clarified the tooltip of Dark Apotheosis. You do not need to know the talent Metamorphosis to learn the stance Metamorphosis (Dark Apotheosis). Learning the talent Metamorpshosis while using Dark Apotheosis teaches you Demon Spikes.

[Righteous Vengeance] - Righteous Vengeance now deals 8/16/25% of the damage dealt from critical hits over the duration down from 15/30/45%, if you are in Primary Stat Stength allocation this effect is now doubled to 16/32/50.
[Razor Claws] - Now increases the Rip and Rake damage done by 30%, down from 35%.
[Razor Claws] - Reimplemented the Razor Claws buff, this buff effect increases your physical damage done by 2% and your Bloodthirst damage by 8%. This effect stacks up to three times.
[Razor Claws] - Reduced the global cool down of Bloodthirst by 33% while Razor Claws is active.
Issue where Seal of Light was not healing you for the correct amount has been fixed. [Pending Restart]

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Exorcism could consume both the Art of War proc and the haste portion of Holy Specializations capstone.
[Vampire Lord] These changes and bug fixes will result in a significant increase to healing output and quality of life. (Pending Restart)
[Vampire Lord] Vampiric Bond duration increased from 10 seconds to 12 seconds. This will smooth out the rotation flow and ensure you are casting more shadow spells between Unholy Prayers.
[Vampire Lord] Beacon of Shadow can be cast while moving now.
[Vampire Lord] Beacon of Shadow Shadowbolt healing has been increased from 10% to 15%.
[Vampire Lord] Fixed an issue where only one Vampire Lord could apply Beacon of Shadow in a group. You can now have vampire parties.
[Vampire Lord] The healing received buff from Vampiric Bond has been increased from 100% to 125%.
[Vampire Lord] Fixed an issue where Vampiric Bond was not always applying (this resulted in a significant healing loss)
[Cryotherapist] This bug fix will result in approximately 250% increased healing on the tank and 500% increased aoe healing to the party (Pending Restart).

[Pending restart] The Mana Fiend ability Manacharged Strike now properly scales with attack power in addition to spell damage.
[Dark Ranger] Fixed an issue where Shadow Artillery was dealing higher base damage at lower levels than intended. The damage at max level remains unchanged.
[Cryotherapist] Cryotherapy heal will now prioritize players as the heal target first.
