Increased Co-efficient of Hammer of Wrath to 22% Spell Power from 14% and 22% Attack Power from 20%.

[Righteous Vengeance] - Righteous Vengeance now deals 8/16/25% of the damage dealt from critical hits over the duration down from 15/30/45%, if you are in Primary Stat Stength allocation this effect is now doubled to 16/32/50.

[Razor Claws] - Now increases the Rip and Rake damage done by 30%, down from 35%.

[Cryotherapist] Cryotherapy heal will now prioritize players as the heal target first.

[Vampire Lord] Fixed an issue where the Vampiric Embrace transform Vampire Lord was not requiring Vampiric Embrace to be learned.

Thunderstruck now increases the damage of your Thunder Clap by 5% (3% versus players) of your bonus spell damage. Also fixed an issue where Thunderstruck incorrectly was increasing the attack power coefficient of Thunder Clap.

Consolidated a few buffs into less groups to make it easier to obtain all raid buffs in tandem with Hybrid Update. Strength of Earth, Blessing of Might, and Battleshout are now a part of the same buff group. Strength of Earth will receive some specific updates later to give it some sort of edge to account for the downsides of totems.

Invocation now grants Stun immunity while active. This prevents Invocation from being instantly interrupted by an unfortunately timed stun. It also gives Mana-forged Barrier tanks an active (and more limited) way of preventing stun effects.

Mana-forged Barrier no longer grants permanent Stun immunity. This created an unhealthy niche for Mana-forged Barrier tanks which passively made them immune to encounter mechanics that other tanks had to contend with. Mana-forged Barrier tanks are still strong against Stun effects since while stuns disable avoidance (which is important for other tanks), the Mana-forged Barrier absorb still works while stunned.

Changement

The absorb effectiveness of Mana-forged Barrier is now reduced against magic damage, just as it always has been against Fierce Blows. This change brings Mana-forged Barrier tanks' magic mitigation more in line with that of other tank archetypes.

Wild Quiver now has a 10/20/30% proc chance (up from 4/8/12%) and deals 40% weapon damage (down from 80%). This means an overall power increase of 25% per talent.
