Entangling Roots now has a 25 yard range, down from 30.
Cheap Shot now lasts for 2.5 seconds, down from 3.5 seconds. Master of Subtlety now also increases the duration of your Cheap Shot by 0.33/0.67/1 seconds.
The mana cost of Hand of Freedom has been increased by 100%.
Divine Purpose is now a 5 point talent giving Hand of Freedom a 20/40/60/80/100% change to remove stuns, from 33/66/100%. In addition, it now also reduces the cooldown of Hand of Freedom by 2/4/6/8/10 seconds.
Hand of Freedom now has a cooldown of 35 seconds, up from 30 seconds.
The Disarm effect of Psychic Horror has been moved into a Capstone effect of the new talent Grip of Horror.
Psychic Horror now has a 2 second duration, changed from 3, and no longer disarms. A new talent offers specialization to this ability.
Innervate now restores 150% of base mana, down from 225%. Dreamstate now also increases the mana restored by Innervate by an additional 33/67/100%.
Blessed Hands is now a 3 point talent and reduces the mana cost of your Hand spells by 20/40/60%, up from 15/30%, reduces the cooldown of Hand of Salvation by 10/20/30 seconds, from 15/30 seconds, and increases the effectiveness of Hand of Sacrifice by 5/10/15%, up from 5/10%. Mana Gem now restores 30% less mana. Magic Absorption is now a 3 point talent reducing magic damage taken by 1/2/3%, but it no longer grants mana on resisting spells. In addition, Magic Absorption now increases the mana gained from Mana Gem by 20/40/60%.
Kick now has a cooldown of 18 seconds, up from 12. Improved Kick is now a 3 point talent, reducing the cooldown of Kick by 2/4/6 seconds.
Wyvern Sting no longer deals damage, but now slows the target for 2 seconds before sleeping the target for 30 seconds (6 seconds in PVP). This sleep effect does not get broken by Serpent Sting damage.
Deep Freeze now lasts 3.5 seconds, down from 2.5 seconds. Arctic Winds is now a 5 point talent and no longer reduces damage taken, but instead increases the duration of Deep Freeze by 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8/1 seconds.
Nature's Grasp's root effect now lasts for 3 seconds, down from 5. Balance of Power now also increases the duration of Narure's Grasp's root effect by 1/2 seconds.
Shockwave now lasts for 2 seconds, down from 3.5 seconds, and it's cooldown is now 40 seconds, up from 20 seconds.
Silencing Shot now has a cooldown of 35 seconds, up from 25 seconds. Survival Tactics now also reduces the cooldown of Silencing Shot by 2/4/6/8/10 seconds.
Reduced the duration of Bash rank 2 to 2.5 seconds, down from 3 seconds, and Bash rank 3 to 3 seconds, down from 4 seconds. Brutal Impact is now a 5 point talent increasing the duration of Bash by 0.3/0.6/0.9/1.2/1.5 seconds, and reduces the cooldown of Bash by 4/8/12/16/20 seconds. In addition, Brutal Impact no longer increases the duration of Pounce.
Moonkin Form now costs 40% more mana. Wrath of Cenarius now also reduces the mana cost of Moonkin Form by 10/20/30%.
Succubus' Seduction now has a 20 yards range, down from 30 yards.
Ice Block now lasts 6 seconds, down from 10 seconds. Frozen Core now no longer reduces spell damage taken, but now also increases the duration of Ice Block by 2/4/6 seconds.
Hypothermia now lasts for 120 seconds, up from 30 seconds. Ice Floes now also reduces the duration of Hypothermia by 30/60/90 seconds.
Mind-numbing Poison now increases the cast time of spells by 10%, down from 30%. Vile Poisons now also increases the effectiveness of your Mind-numbing Poison by 5/10/15%.
Curse of Tongue now increases the cast time of spells by 20%, down from 30%. Amplify Curse now also increases the effectiveness of your Curse of Tongues by an additional 5/10%.
Rank 2 of Curse of Tongues was removed from the game.
Seduction now has a cast time of 2 seconds, up from 1.5, and now has a 10 second cooldown. Improved Succubus is now a 5 point talent reducing the cast time of Seduction by 10/20/30/40/50% and reduces its cooldown by 2/4/6/8/10 seconds. No longer increases the duration of Seduction or Lesser Invisibility
Fixed an issue where the Feral Charge talent said that Feral Charge - Bear has a 15 second cooldown when the ability has a 20 second cooldown.
The Lengthy Garrote - Silence Mystic Enchant now increases the duration of the Silence effect of Garrote by 0.2 seconds, down from 0.33 seconds.
The Silence effect of Garrote now lasts for 2 seconds, down from 3. Murder now also increases the duration of the Silence effect from Garrote by 0.5/1 second.
Cleansing Totem now lasts for 15 seconds, down from 30. Tidal Focus is now a 3 point talent. It now reduces the mana cost of your Shaman healing spells by 4/8/12% (from 3/6/9/12/15%) and increases the duration of your Cleansing Totem by 5/10/15 seconds.
Shredding Blows is now a 3 point talent, up from 2. It now reduces the cost of both Shred and Ravage by 7/14/20 energy and increases the duration of the Pounce stun by 0.33/0.67/1 second.
Pounce now stuns the target for 2.5 seconds, down from 3.
Conjure Food and Conjure Water will now start at 10 stacks per cast, and increase by 1 per level, up from starting at 2 and increasing by 2 per level.
Cold as Ice now also increases the duration of Ice Barrier by 5/10 seconds.
The Freeze effect triggered by Shattered Barrier when your Ice Barrier breaks has been moved into a Capstone.
Shattered Barrier is now a 3 point talent increasing your Frost damage by 2/4/6% while Ice Barrier is active.
Toughness is now a 3 point talent and now no longer increases stamina, but instead reduces the duration of movement slowing effect on you by 7/14/20%, and now also reduces the damage taken while in Ghost Wolf by 5/10/15%.
Improved Ghost Wolf is now a 3 point talent reducing the cast time of Ghost Wolf by 0.7/1.4/2 seconds, and no longer reduces the damage you take while in Ghost Wolf form.
Filthy Tricks is now a 5 point talent, reducing the cooldown of Shadowstep by 3/6/9/12/15 seconds, and the cooldown of Preparation by 30/60/90/120/150 seconds. In addition, Filthy Tricks now increases the movement speed gained from Shadowstep by 5/10/15/20/25%.
Shadowstep now no longer reduces threat or increases damage of your next attack, and now has a cooldown of 35 seconds, up from 30, but is reduced by 10 seconds if used while out of combat. In addition, the movement speed gained after using Shadowstep has been reduced to 50%, down from 70%.
Juggernaut is now a 3 point talent, up from 2. In addition to the previous effects, the updated version also reduces the cooldown of Charge by 1/2/3 seconds.
Anger Management is now a 3 point talent, up from 2. The updated version generates 2/4/6 rage every 3 seconds and increases the rage gained by your Charge by 5/10/15.
Increased the cooldown of Charge to 30 seconds, up from 18 seconds. Improved Charge is now a 3 point talent, up from 2. The updated version reduces the cooldown of charge by 4/8/12 seconds, up from 2/4 seconds. The rage gain increase has been moved to the Anger Management talent.
Toughness is now a 3 point talent and now no longer increases Stamina but instead reduces the duration of movement slowing effect on you by 7/14/20%, and now also reduces the damage taken while in Ghost Wolf by 5/10/15%.
Increased the proc chance of Vindication (including the Capstone effect).
Dispersion now has a base cooldown of 180 seconds, up from 120, and reduces damage taken by 60%, down from 90%. It now has specialization available through a talent.
Improved Shadow form is now a 3 point talent, and now also increases the duration of Psychic Scream by 0.5/1/1.5 seconds.
Psychic Scream now has a 50 second cooldown, and lasts 6 seconds. Improved Psychic Scream is now a 3 point talent and reduces the cooldown of Psychic Scream by 4/8/12, from 4/8.
Natural Shapeshifter is now a three point talent and now reduces the mana cost of all shapeshift by 10/20/30%. Its global cooldown reduction of Cat Form and Bear Form has been moved into a Capstone effect on the King of the Jungle talent.
King of the Jungle now no longer reduces the mana cost of Cat Form and Bear Form.
Repentance now has a 1 second cast time, up from being instant cast, but now has a 25 yard range, up from 15 yards, and its cooldown has been reduced to 45 seconds, down from 60 seconds. Crusade now also reduces the cooldown of Repentance by 5/10/15 seconds. Art of War now also makes your next Repentance instant cast, in addition to Exorcism and Flash of Light.
Frost Trap now reduces the movement speed of targets by 25%, down from 45%. Entrapment now also increases the slow effect of Frost Trap by 5/10/15%.
Improved Fear now has 3 points, up from 2, reducing the cast time of Fear by 0.2/0.4/0.6 sec. In addition, when the Fear effects ends it reduces the movement speed of the target by 20% for 1/2/3 sec.
Blind now lasts 5 seconds, down from 8 seconds. Dirty Tricks is now a 3 point talent, and now also increases the duration of Blind by 1/2/3 seconds.
Cataclysm talents now increase the damage of your Rain of Fire, Hellfire, Inferno, and Shadowfury by 6/12/18%, down from 8/16/24%.
Increased the damage penalty of Explosive Shot's AOE damage to 40%, up from 36%. In addition, fixed the tooltip to state the correct value, as previously the tooltip indicated higher damage than reality.
[New Capstone]: Absolution - Reduces the cooldown of your Dispel Magic by 2 seconds.

Rush of Blood now increases the critical strike chance of your Hemorrhage by 20% when wielding Daggers.
Sacred Duty no longer reduces the duration of Forbearance.
Embracing Shadows has been slightly reworked, it now reads - Using Shadow Dance resets the cooldown of your Shadowstep. Taking spell damage while Shadow Dance is active will heal you for a small amount and extend the duration of your Shadow Dance by 0.3 seconds.
Improved Ghost Wolf now increases your movement speed while in Ghost Wolf by 3%. It no longer reduces the cast time of Ghost Wolf.
Improved Psychic Scream Mystic Enchant now reduces the cooldown of Psychic Scream by 2 seconds, up from 1 second.
Undaunted now also triggers Victory, allowing for the use of Victory Rush, when using Last Stand.
Cataclysm Mystic Enchant now increases the damage of your Rain of Fire, Hellfire, Inferno, and Shadowfury by 3%, down from 4%.
Aggression Mystic Enchant now increases the critical strike chance of your Sinister Strike and Eviscerate abilities by 2%, down from 3%.
Reduced the bonus damage done by Twilight Treason per stack of Paragon of Light to 35%, down from 50%.
