[Karazhan] [Nightbane] Final Hour now has 60 seconds duration on both 10 and 25 Ascended Difficulty. The damage dealt by dispelling Final Hour on 25 player difficulty has been reduced.
[Karazhan] [Nightbane] Nightbanes Tail Sweep ability now hits all targets in a cone behind him. Tail Sweep damage is now reduced by area of effect reduction and no longer targets pets.

[Karazhan] [The Red Ridding Hood] Improved the fixation behaviour of the Big Bad Wolf during his chase.
[Karazhan] [The Red Ridding Hood] The Big Bad Wolfs Frustrated ability now increases his attack speed by 20% per stack up from 10%.
[Karazhan] [The Red Ridding Hood] Increased the delay between the raid warning and the Wolf starting his chase by 1 second, giving player a 4 second reaction window before the chase starts up from 3 seconds.
[Karazhan] [The Red Ridding Hood] The Big Bad Wolfs Shred ability has its radius increased to 10 yards up from 5. Damage increased to 25% weapon damage up from 20%. Duration increased to 60 seconds up from 30 seconds. Cool-down reduced to 15 seconds down from 20 seconds. Shred now pierces all forms of Invulnerability.
[Karazhan] [The Wizzard of Oz] The Crones Fiery Broom ability now deals 50% less direct damage but now also applies a stacking damage over time effect to its target.
[Karazhan] [The Wizzard of Oz] Tinheads Cleave ability will now hit all targets in front of him. Cleave damage is now reduced by area of effect damage reduction and no longer targets pets.
[Karazhan] [The Wizzard of Oz] Tito will now fixate on a new target every 10 seconds.
[Karazhan] [The Wizzard of Oz] Tinhead no longer rusts passively. Tinhead now rusts when hit by Frost abilities and Rust now also reduces his attack speed. Rust now can stack up to 10 times up from 9 and no longer ha a duration.
[Karazhan] [The Wizzard of Oz] While being under the effect of Enraged assault Dorothee now deals 50% more damage up from 25%.
[Karazhan] [The Opera] The Stench of Failure now lasts for 60 seconds, down from 120 seconds.
[Karazhan] [The Opera] Shame now stacks up to 3 times down from 9. Shame now reduces all stats by 33% up from 11% per stack.
[Karazhan] [Maiden of Virtue] The Maiden of Virtue will no longer cast Desperate Prayer back to back below 5% health on Ascended difficulty.
[Karazhan] [Maiden of Virtue] Repentance now lasts for 8 seconds up from 6 seconds on Flex Normal difficulty and 16 seconds up from 12 seconds on Flex Heroic and higher difficulty.
[Karazhan] [Maiden of Virtue] Repentance now has a 3 seconds cast time.
[Karazhan] [Maiden of Virtue] Reduced the duration of the Holy Ground damage over time effect to 6 seconds down from 8 seconds.
[Karazhan] [Maiden of Virtue] The Maiden of Virtue now has a new ability called Seal of Virtue. Seal of Virtue causes the melee attacks of The Maiden to apply a stacking damage over time effect to her target. Lasts 30 seconds stacking up to 100 times.
[Karazhan] [Maiden of Virtue] Removed the raid warning for Blessing of Martyrdom.
[Karazhan] [Maiden of Virtue] The Maiden of Virtue now has a proper boss warning when casting Desperate Prayer.
[Karazhan] [Maiden of Virtue] Corrected an issue where the Maiden of Virtue was able to auto attack in between her Desperate Prayer pre-cast and the actual Desperate Prayer.
[Karazhan] [Maiden of Virtue] The Maiden of Virtue will no longer delay her abilities while casting Desperate Prayer. She will now reschedule them when the cast ends. This causes all of her abilities to be more predictable.
[Karazhan] [Maiden of Virtue] The Maiden of Virtue will now cast her first Desperate Prayer 40 seconds into combat instead of 20 seconds. The repeat timer is still 40 seconds. The repeat timer will now start ticking at the end of the cast rather then start of the cast.
[Karazhan] [Maiden of Virtue] Blessing of Martyrdom will now deal fixed damage.
[Karazhan] [Maiden of Virtue] Consecration now deals fixed damage. The % maximum health damage has been reduced to 12% on Flex Normal and 20% on all other difficulties.

[Karazhan] [Attumen and Midnight] Shadow Cleave now hits all targets in front of Attumen. Shadow Cleave will now be reduced by area damage reduction. Shadow Cleave no longer targets pets.
[Karazhan] [Attumen and Midnight] Attumen will now use Intangible Presence every 30 seconds. Previously was on a random timer 25 to 45 seonds.
[Karazhan] [Attumen and Midnight] Attumen will now use Devastating Strike every 15 seconds. Previously was on a random timer 20 to 45 seconds.
[TBC Raids] [General] All Creatures within Karazhan, Gruuls Lair and Magtheridons Lair no longer follow the parry hasten rules.
[TBC Raids] [General] All bosses within Karazhan, Gruuls Lair and Magtheridons Lair now see trough invisibility and stealth.
[TBC Raids] [General] Increased the physical damage dealt of all creatures on Flex Heroic difficulty by 50%.
[System Change] [Raids] Flex Normal is aimed towards random groups. Flex Heroic is aimed towards organised groups and guild groups. Ascension 10 and Ascension 25 is aimed towards those player that seek a true challenge to proof their skills.
[System Change] [Raids] All raids are now available in 4 difficulties: Flex Normal, Flex Heroic, Ascension 10 and Ascension 25 Player.
[System Change] [Items] With the new Ascended quality of items, player will experience an increase in the item level of all Heroic and Ascended items, better reflecting the items power.
[System Change] [Items] Player that already own a Heroic Item will have them automatically converted into its Ascended version.
[System Change] [Items] All Raid Items now exist in their Normal version, Heroic version and Ascended version.

The nightmare mode aura in dungeons no longer increases all damage taken by 100%, instead it now increases all damage taken by 50%, reduces healing done and absorbs done by 25% and reduces your damage dealt by 25%. (This is identical to the raids) This change is to help prevent bursty one-shot mechanics in dungeons and overall help improve your overall nightmare dungeon experience.
Fixed an issue related to the nightmare mode in raid auras causing some spells to lose more than 25% damage from the aura nightmare mode raiding applies.
