Regenerative Shadows has been reworked to: Dealing damage with Mind Flay grants you a Soul Fragment. Soul Fragments grant you 1% increased casting speed for 12 seconds, stacking up to 9 times. Upon reaching 9 stacks you gain Shadow Visions for the next 12 seconds. Shadow Visions empowers your next ability: Shadow Word: Pain- Afflicts up to 3 additional nearby enemies. Mind Blast- causes the target to take 5% more Shadow damage from the caster for 5 seconds. Devouring Plague- Increases its duration by 50%.
Total Eclipse has been reworked to: dealing damage with Wrath while Solar Eclipse is active reduces the cooldown of your Treants by 2 seconds and dealing damage with Starfire with Lunar Eclipse is active reduces the cooldown of your Starfall by 2 seconds.
Deadly Aim has been reworked to: Your auto shots have a 12% chance to reset the cooldown of your Aimed Shot and increase the damage it deals by 50% (20% to players).
Consecrated Strikes has had its proc chance greatly increased and it now provides 8% bonus to Strength for 8 seconds.

Iron Will has been reworked and now provides an additional 8/16/25% of your Strength as parry rating and gives you a 33/66/100% chance to gain 50% damage reduction for 10 seconds after dealing damage with Mocking Blow. Also, parrying an attack causes you to generate 10 rage.
Devastate no longer requires a Shield to be equipped and deals 100% damage when a Two-Handed Weapon is equipped.
Intimidation no longer requires your pets attack to critically strike to trigger.
Elemental Clearcasting can now be triggered from additional spells such as Hurricane.
Ghostly Strike now lasts 8 seconds, up from 7.
Deflection (Combat) now also increases the threat of your Ghostly Strike and Riposte by 20/40/60% and gives you a 33/66/100% chance to reduce the cooldown of your Ghostly Strike by 3 seconds after using Riposte.
Mocking Blow now has a 2 min cooldown, but can no longer be blocked, dodged, parried, or miss and now deals damage to taunt immune targets.
Execute attack power scaling increased to 25%, from 20%.
Explosive Trap damage reduced by 15%.
Improved Fear now provides .15/.30 sec cast time reduction on Fear.
Twisted Faith has been reduced to three ranks and now increases spell power by 5/10/15% of your Spirit, increases the damage of your Mind Flay and Mind Blast on targets afflicted with your Shadow Word: Pain by 2/4/6%, and in addition your Shadow Word Pain ticks grant you 2/4/6% of your base mana.
Improved Mortal Strike now also increases the healing reduction effect by an additional 4/7/10%.
Spell Impact now also affects Pyroblast.
Shamanistic Rage now reduces damage taken by 10% and has had its proc rate increased to 12 ppm.
Ice Floes has had its effect increased to 11/22/33%.
Frost Nova now has a 22 second cooldown.
Chilled to the Bone has been reduced to 3 ranks and now provides 1/2/3% additional damage with Frostbolt and increases the slow of your chill effect by 4/7/10%.
Balance of Power now also provides increased chance to hit with Physical spells. This should affect things like Bear and Warrior taunt.
Improved Insect Swarm now causes your Insect Swarm to increase all Nature damage you deal to the target by 2/4/6% and cause your Moonfire effect to increase all Arcane damage you deal to the target by 2/4/6%.
Wind Shear now has an 8 second cooldown and locks the target out of casting for 3 seconds.
Deflection (Arms) now increases the threat of Victory Rush used with its effect by 20/40/60%.
Setup now also reduces the chance to dodge granted by Ghostly Strike by 5/10/15% and increases its parry chance granted by 5/10/15% and increases the duration of your Ghostly Strike effect by 2/4/6 seconds.
Static Shock has been reduced to 3 ranks, but is otherwise unchanged.
Combat Potency has been reduced to three ranks and now provides a 33/66/100% chance to generate 15 energy when you land an off-hand melee attack or a special attack which deals damage with your off-hand.
Arcane Concentration has been reduced to three ranks and now provides a 4/7/10% chance to trigger its effect.
Illumination has been reduced to 3 ranks and now provides a 33/66/100% chance to trigger its effect.
Life Tap now has a 6 second cooldown. It now also shares cooldown with Dark Pact.
Dark Pact now has a 6 second cooldown. It now also shares cooldown with Life Tap.
Deadly Brew may now proc from Deadly Poison.
Tactical Mastery has been reworked and now in addition to increasing the threat generated by your Mortal Strike and Bloodthirst abilities it also increases your armor contribution from items by 17/34/50%, Stamina by 3/6/9%, and reduces all damage taken by 2/4/6% while in Defensive Stance and a Two-Handed Weapon is equipped.
Setup now also reduces the chance to dodge granted by Ghostly Strike by 5/10/15% and increases its parry chance granted by 5/10/15% and increases the duration of your Ghostly Strike effect by 2/4/6 seconds.

The Warlock AQ20 set bonus has been reworked to: Your Corruption spell grants you a Soul Sliver when it deals damage. Soul Sliver grants you 5 spell power for 12 seconds and stacks up to 8 times. At 8 stacks the stacks are consumed and your next Shadow Bolt within 10 seconds will deal 50% additional damage (20% to players).
The Warrior AQ20 set bonus has been reworked to: Berserker Rage now also increases the damage you deal by 5% and reduces the damage you take by 5%.
The Shaman AQ20 set bonus has been reworked to: You gain an additional effect when using your Call of spells: Call of the Elements- Increases your spell power by 30 for 2 min. Call of the Ancestors- Increases your attack power by 60 for 2 min. Call of the Spirits- Increase your spell haste by 2% and grants you 21 mp5 for 2 min. You may not have more than 1 of these effects active at a time.
The Rogue AQ20 set bonus has been reworked to: Increases your energy regeneration by 12%.
The Priest AQ20 set bonus has been reworked to: Reduces the cooldown of your Penance by 2 seconds, Circle of Healing by 1.5 seconds, and Mind Blast by 2 seconds.
The Paladin AQ20 set bonus has been reworked to: Casting Judgement increases your Strength by 20 and Spell Power by 30 for 8 seconds.
The Mage AQ20 set bonus has been reworked to: Arcane Power now reduces the mana cost of your spells instead by 20%, increases the critical strike damage bonus of Combustion by 20%, and increase the duration of both Icy Veins effects by 20% seconds.
The Druid AQ20 set bonus has been reworked to: Gain the following bonuses based on your Shapeshift form: Bear: Reduces all damage taken by 3%. Cat: Increases critical strike damage by 5%. Moonkin: Increases the critical strike chance of Wrath by 5% and reduces the cast time of Starfire by 5%. Tree of Life: Healing Touch criticals extend the duration of your Rejuvenation spell by 3 seconds and refund 50% of the spells cost.

NEW: Blademaster- When you parry you gain 150 armor for 20 seconds, stacking 5 times. At 5 stacks you empower the next ability you use, consuming the stacks and granting it an additional effect for 10 seconds: Devastate: Deals 50% additional damage and reduces the targets armor by an additional 10% for 6 seconds. Riposte: Increases your chance to parry by 12% for 12 seconds. Shield Slam: Attempts to dispel 1 additional effect from the target and increases your block value by 10% for 12 seconds.
NEW: Holy Ascension- After casting Holy Fire your next spell is empowered: Smite: Deals 50% additional damage. Exorcism: Increases all Holy damage you deal to the target by 5% for 10 seconds. Penance: Fires an additional holy bolt. Holy Shock: Guaranteed to critically strike.
Righteous Flames now increases the damage of your Holy Fire damage over time effect by 65/70/70/75/75% and increases its duration by 0.2/0.2/0.4/0.4/0.6 seconds.
