[Barbarian] Val’kyr Resurrection now properly consumes and obeys remaining combat resurrection charges during combat.
[General] Procs that trigger from when a melee or ranged attack or auto attack deals damage will now properly trigger when the attack was partially blocked. (will still not trigger if the attack was fully blocked, as it did not deal damage)
[General] Accepting a combat resurrection while you have no charges left for the encounter will no longer cause your UI to break and require a relog.

[Templar] Zealot - Level 10 Passive no longer increases weapon damage of Thousand Blades by 40%.

[Templar] Zealot - Level 15 Passive now provides Divine Fury transform.

[Templar] Zealot - Level 40 Passive no longer provides crit chance.
[Necromancer] The goal of the above changes is to reduce mass summoning so that it does not cause performance issues on launch, but still maintain the theme and flavor of being a focused summoner spec with short durations and more focus on castable abilities than random summons procs.

[Sun Cleric] Dawn now transforms into Radiant Conversion upon being cast, allowing you to convert your remaining charges of Radiant Alignment back into Solar Power
[Sun Cleric] Seraphim Stride has been reworked. (Reasoning: This ability was far too similar to Temple Guardian, in fact they were nearly 1:1 and both within our Holy classes, and upon looking at both of the classes, and with Sun Cleric having a caster and healer spec within it where Templar doesn’t, we opted to rework Seraphim Stride into something with the same intent as a mobility tool, but more applicable to all playstyles in the class)
[Bloodmage] Rabid now reduces the cooldown of Nighthunter’s Howl by a static 25%.
[Bloodmage] Bloodmoon Rituals is now called Gruesome Rituals and has been reworked
[Bloodmage] Crimson Tide now deals damage over time instead of healing and has an additional new effect
[Bloodmage] The healing of Blood Rituals has been reduced significantly, but the damage output of Fleshweaver has been increased with this in mind
[Felsworn] Sargeras Embrace can now be interrupted and silenced
[Primalist] Life Primalist is now called Grovekeeper
