[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Bind Elemental - Binds the target hostile elemental for up to 50 sec. The bound unit is unable to move, attack or cast spells. Any damage caused will release the target. Only one target can be bound at a time.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Heroic Leap - Leap through the air toward a target location, slamming down with destructive force to deal Physical damage to all enemies within 8 yards. While in the air you are immune to crowd control effects.
[Mal'Ganis][New Ability] Frenzy Shot - Fires a shot, dealing 100% weapon damage. This sends your pet into a frenzy, causing its auto attacks to strike up to 5 nearby enemies for 8 seconds.
The capstone of Lightning Mastery has been moved to Lightning Overload.
Filthy Tricks is now a 3 point talent, changed from 5, and now reduces the cooldown of Shadowstep by 4/7/10 sec, changed from 3/6/9/12/15. It also now increases the movement speed bonus of Shadowstep by 7/14/20%, changed from 5/10/15/20/25.
Using Shadowstep out of combat now grants the ability a 5 second cooldown reduction, changed from 10.
Shadowstep now has a 25 second cooldown, changed from 35.
Improved Intercept now reduces the cooldown of Intercept by 4/7/10 seconds, changed from 5/10/15.
Intercept now has a 30 second cooldown, changed from 40, and no longer has a rage cost.
Feral Charge (cat) now has a 15 second cooldown, changed from 25.
Feral Charge (bear) now has a 15 second cooldown, changed from 20.
Improved Charge now reduces the cooldown of Charge by 4/7/10 seconds, changed from 4/8/12.
Seal Fate now increases damage done by Dispatch by 4/7/10% in addition to its previous effects.
Dirty Deeds now reduces the energy cost of dispatch by 10/20 energy, in addition to its previous effects.
Convection now also reduces the mana cost of Earthquake by 3/6/9/12/15% in addition to its previous effects.

Fireball, Wrath, Starfire, Smite, Holy Fire, Shadow Bolt, Chaos Bolt, Soul Fire, Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Incinerate and Immolate have had their damage slightly reduced to account for their respective cast time reduction and the new talents affecting them.
Lightning Mastery has been reworked. It now reads: your spell criticals have a 33/66/100% chance to grant you a stack of Raw Power. While active, your Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning criticals have a 2% chance per stack to trigger Lightning Mastery, consuming all Raw Power stacks to increase your spell critical strike damage bonus by 50% for 6 seconds.
Burnout now increases your critical strike damage bonus of all spells, instead of Mage spells.
Grim Reach is now a 3 point talent that increases the range of your damaging spells with a channeling or cast time by 2/4/6 yards. This does not stack with other similar effects.
Gale Winds now also increases the range of Entangling Roots by 3/6/9 yards.
Nature's Reach is now a 3 point talent that increases the range of your damaging spells with a channeling or cast time by 2/4/6 yards. This does not stack with other similar effects.
Fel Concentration has been reworked, it now reads: Reduces the pushback suffered from damaging attacks while casting by 33/66/100%, and has a new capstone.
Holy Reach is now a 3 point talent that increases the range of your damaging spells with a channeling or cast time by 2/4/6 yards. This does not stack with other similar effects. In addition, increases the radius of your Prayer of Healing, Holy Nova, Divine Hymn, and Circle of Healing spells by 7/14/20%.

Empowered Imp now also increases the critical strike damage bonus of your Imp's Firebolt spell by 33/66/100%. This effect used to be in Ruin. The Empowered Imp proc has been moved into a Capstone bonus.
Shadow Focus now reduces the pushback of all spells by 33/66/100%, instead of only reducing pushback for Mind Flay. It now also reduces the mana cost of all spells by 2/4/6%, instead of only reducing it for Shadow spells.
Eye of the Storm now reduces the pushback of all spells by 33/66/100%, instead of only reducing pushback for Elemental Shaman spells.
Intensity now reduces the pushback of all spells by 33/66/100%, instead of only reducing pushback for Destruction spells. It now also increases your Magic damage by 1/2/3%.
Arcane Subtlety is now a 3 point talent that increases the range of your damaging spells with a channeling or cast time by 2/4/6 yards. This does not stack with other similar effects. It also now reduces the mana cost of your Arcane Spells by 4/8/12%.
Spell Power (talent) now increases your critical strike damage bonus of all spells, instead of only Arcane Mage spells.

Earth Shock, Fire Blast, Fireball, Flame Shock, Frostfire Bolt, Holy Shock, Pyroblast and Shadowburn now have a 30 yard range.
Ice Shards now increases your critical strike damage bonus of all spells, instead of Frost Mage spells. In addition, this talent has been reworked to a 5 point talent.
Holy Specialization now increases your critical strike damage bonus of all spells, instead of only Holy spells.
Pandemic now only allows the spells to critically hit, without increasing the critical damage bonus of the affected spells.
Shadow form now only allows the spells to critically hit, without increasing the critical damage bonus of the affected spells.
Vengeance now increases your critical strike damage bonus of all spells, instead of only Balance spells.
Ruin now increases your critical strike damage bonus of all spells, instead of only Destruction spells.
Dreamstate now regenerates 1/2/3% of your missing mana every 10 seconds instead of regenerating mana equal to 4/7/10% of your Intellect every 5 seconds. As a result, the mana regen from talent will be up to five times better than before for players who struggle with mana.
Improved Drain Soul now returns 12/25% of your Maximum mana if the target is killed while you drain its soul, up from 7/15%.
The Capstone effect of Master of Elements now refunds 4% of the mana cost of ANY spell critical, instead of being limited to Fire Mage criticals.
Master of Elements now increases your Fire critical strike chance by 1/2/3% instead of reducing the mana cost of Fire spells.
Improved Healing Wave has been reworked. It now reads: Increases the healing done by Healing Wave by 2/4/6% and critical strike chance by 1/2/3%.
Healing Wave, Greater Heal and Healing Touch's cast times have been reduced by 0.5 seconds, and their healing has been reduced by 4%.
Encantamentos Místicos
[Mal'Ganis][New Legendary Enchant] Hydromancer - Transforms Frostbolt into Water Bolt which deals Frost damage and scales with Frostbolt modifiers. Casting Water Bolt applies Conductor, reducing the cast time of Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning by 33% and increases their chance to trigger Lightning Overload by 25%, stacking to 3. Water Bolt applies Doused to the target. Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning will Electrocute doused targets, dealing bonus damage and incapacitating for 2 sec. The same enemy can only be incapacitated every 20 sec. You also learn Water Nova which deals Frost damage, applies Doused and grants 2 stacks of Conductor. Electrocuting an enemy in a Water Nova electrifies it, causing it to deal Nature damage over time.
[Mal'Ganis][New Rare Enchant] Divine Fury - Increases the critical strike chance of Holy Fire by 1%. In addition, you deal 2% increased direct magic damage against targets afflicted by your Holy Fire.
[Mal'Ganis][New Epic Enchant] Mind over Matter - Increases your Defense Rating by 100% of your Intellect. Prevents you from dodging, parrying or blocking.
[Mal'Ganis][New Epic Enchant] Echoing Power - Increases the threat of your Shaman Shock spells by 30%. In addition, the Booming Echoes capstone effect now also grants an additional effect depending on the Shock used: Earth Shock: Reduces the damage you take from Physical attacks by 4%. Frost Shock: Increases your threat generated by 6%. Flame Shock: Deals Fire damage to attackers when struck in melee.
[Mal'Ganis][New Legendary Enchant] Templar of Flame - Transforms your Seal of Righteousness into Seal of Fervor, dealing Fire damage to your target. Unleashing this Seal's energy will deal Fire damage over 3 seconds. If cast on an enemy afflicted by your Flamestrike, this damage will spread to all enemies within 8 yards affected by any Flamestrike. While Seal of Fervor is active your Holy and Fire damage spells and abilities have a chance to reduce your damage taken by 6% for 10 seconds and your Judgements will trigger the Firestarter Capstone effect (if known).
[Mal'Ganis][New Epic Enchant] Staggering Shout - If you know Piercing Howl, you also learn Staggering Shout. Staggering Shout causes all enemies within 10 yards that are snared to become rooted for 3 sec. Damage caused may interrupt the effect.
Added Taunting, Hasty, Concentrated, Accurate and Focused Uncommon Enchants for Shield of Righteousness.
Reduced the base damage and scaling of Harbinger's Bile from Harbinger of Plague by 50%, but increased the number of targets it hits from 5 up to 10. In addition, fixed an issue where the Harbinger's Bile proc from Harbinger of Plague could trigger other effects.
Fan of Knives now deals 60% weapon damage, changed from 70, and 90% dagger damage, changed from 105.
Into Darkness has been slightly reworked: while it still requires Vanish in order to be learned, it no longer benefits from talents or effects affecting Vanish, such as Preparation.
The Lightning Overload mystic enchant now increases the chance to trigger your Lightning Overload by 3%, changed from 4%. This chance is now tripled for critical strikes.
The Thirst Quencher Rare Enchant now increases the damage of your Bloodthirst to targets afflicted by your Rake by 5%, down from 7%.
Aggravated Burns is now a rare Mystic Enchant, changed from Epic, and now increases the damage of your Incinerate against targets affected by your Flamestrike by 8%, changed from 10.
