Divine Fury has been reworked, it now reads: increases your direct spell damage dealt to targets affected by your Holy Fire by 3/6/9% and critical strike chance of holy fire by 2/4/6%.
Holy Fire's cast time has been reduced by 0.5 sec.
Immolate's cast time has been reduced by 0.5 sec.
Bane has been reworked, it now reads: increases the critical strike chance of Shadow Bolt, Chaos Bolt, Immolate and Soul fire by 2/4/6% and reduces the mana cost of these spells by 5/10/15%.
Shadow Bolt's cast time has been reduced by 0.5 sec.
Soul Fire's cast time has been reduced by 0.5 sec.
Empowered Frostbolt has been renamed and reworked to Empowering Frostbolt which now makes Frostbolt increase your spell critical strike damage bonus by 10/20/30% and your Frost damage by 1/3/5% for 8 seconds after casting Frostbolt.
Improved Frostbolt has been reworked, it now reads: increases the damage of Frostbolt by 3/6/9%.
Frostbolt's cast time has been reduced by 0.5 sec.
Smite's cast time has been reduced by 0.5 sec.
Improved Fireball has been reworked, it now reads: increases the critical strike chance of Fireball by 3/6/9%.
Fireball's cast time has been reduced by 0.5 sec.
Lightning Overload no longer has a reduced chance to trigger in single target when using Chain Lightning.
Lightning Overload now has a 7/14/20% chance to trigger, changed from 11/22/33%. This chance is now tripled from critical strikes.
Chain Lightning's cast time has been reduced by 0.5 sec.
Lightning Bolt's cast time has been reduced by 0.5 sec.
Chaos Bolt's cast time has been reduced by 0.5 sec.
Starlight Wrath has been reworked, it now reads: increases the critical strike chance of Wrath by 3/6/9% and the damage of Starfire by 2/4/6%.
Wrath's cast time has been reduced by 0.5 sec.
Starfire's cast time has been reduced by 0.5 sec.
Prayer of Preservation now grants the Preservation buff on the first tick while channeling, instead of granting the buff on the final tick of the channel. This is to make sure the buff gets applied even at high haste numbers due to server lag cutting sometimes cutting the last tick. Prayer of Preservation itself does not benefit nor consume the crit buff.
Increased the damage of Fire Nova by 20%. This damage increase was made baseline instead of being tied to the Improved Fire Nova talent.
Improved Fire Nova has been renamed to Rising Flames. It now also increases the critical strike damage bonus of your Fire totems by 50/100% and increases the attack speed of your Searing Totem by 15/30%.
Touched by the Light now requires Righteous Fury.
Divinity now requires Righteous Fury.
Holy Shield now requires Righteous Fury.
Shield of Righteousness now requires Righteous Fury.
Shield Mastery now requires Defensive Stance.

Brambles' silencing effect now has a 10 seconds cooldown.
Faerie Fire now lasts 20 sec in PvP, changed from 40.
The silence and interrupt immunity from Icy Veins now lasts for 4 sec, changed from 6.
Improved Ghost Wolf is now a 2 point talent and has been reworked, it now reads: Increases movement speed in Ghost Wolf by 5/10%, and reduces damage in Ghost wolf by 5/10%.
Ghost Wolf now grants 30% increased movement speed, changed from 40%. It no longer has a cast time, and no longer grants damage reduction.
Inspiration now also increases the dispel protection granted by Pain Suppression by 20/40% and its duration by 1/2 seconds in addition to its previous effects.
Pain suppression now gives 60% dispel protection baseline, changed from 65%.
Survival Tactics is now a 3 point talent, changed from 5, it now reduces the cooldown of Disengage and Silencing Shot by 3/6/9 seconds, and increases your movement speed after a disengage by 10/20/30% for 3 seconds.
Improved Howl of Terror is now a 2 point talent, changed from 3. It now reduces the cast time and global cooldown of Howl of Terror by 0.3/0.6 seconds, and its previous capstone effect has been spread across its two ranks.
Improved Hammer of Justice is now a 3 point talent, changed from 5. It now reduces the cooldown of Hammer of Justice by 5/10/15 seconds, and increases its duration by 0.5/1/1.5 seconds.
Shadow Weaving now gets all of its stacks dispelled at once.
Divine Providence is now a 3 point talent, changed from 5. It now increases the amount healed by Circle of Healing, Binding Heal, Holy Nova, Prayer of Healing, Greater Heal, Divine Hymn and Prayer of Mending by 3%, and reduces the cooldown of Prayer ff Mending by 10/20/30%.
Tidal Force now has a 80 second cooldown, changed from 90.
Berserk no longer grants immunity to fear effects.
Empowered Stormstrike's Fire, Frost and Nature damage will now be considered melee damage, and will benefit from talents, spell effects, gear, etc. as such.
Berserker Rage now has a 60 second cooldown, changed from 90.
Improved Berserker Rage now reduces the cooldown of Berserker Rage by 5/10/15 seconds, changed from 10/20/30.
Improved Gouge now increases the duration of gouge by 0.5/1/1.5 seconds, changed from 0.33/0.66/1.

Commanding Presence now reduces the cooldown of Intimidating Shout by 5/10 sec, changed from 10/20 sec.

Divine Favor now has a 45 sec cooldown, changed from 60 sec.
