Fixed the proc and consume behaviour of Fingers of Frost. It should for examlpe no longer be consumed by the same spell that procs it or by a spell that doesn't deal damage.

All taunt spells now use melee hit chance instead of caster hit chance. This means taunt misses will be much more rare.

Holy Fire now reduces the effect of periodic heals and absorbs on the target by 30%.
Effects that reduce the effect of periodic healing now also reduce the effect of absorb effects. This means that shield spells cast on targets afflicted by Infected Wounds, Piercing Shots or Shadow Embrace will have their absorb amounts reduced.
Shadow Embrace now reduces healing over time on the target by 2/4/6/8/10% per stack giving a maximum value of 30% healing over time reduction to the target.
Fixed an issue where the Barrage talent wasn't properly increasing the healing reduction effect of Aimed Shot.

Titan's Grip now reduces all damage done to players by 8% but no longer reduces the damage of Bladestorm by 10%.
Shadow Bolt now deals 5% reduced damage against players. It previously did not get reduced.
