[Pending Restart][Playing with Fire] Cooldown reduction of the talent is now capped at 15 seconds per spell cast.
[Pending Restart]Rising Flames has a new Capstone Bonus: With the final rank of this talent, casting Magma Totem now gives the player a stack of Rising Flames every 2 seconds. Rising Flames increases damage of your magma totem by 10% per stack. Magma totem was a big outlier in terms of damage it provided by default. We are moving its power behind a capstone in a way that promotes careful planing of the placement of your totem.

[Pending Restart][Fire and Brimstone] Now has a Capstone Bonus: With the final rank of this talent, dealing direct damage with a fire spell that has a cast time, inflicts the target with Soul Spark. Soul Spark increases the damage you deal to the target with your next Soul Fire by 10%. Stacks up to 10. Lasts 6 seconds.
[Pending Restart][Fire and Brimstone] Fire and Brimstone Talents and Mystic Enchants now also increase the damage done by your Soul Fire to targets afflicted by your Immolate.

[Pending Restart][Fire Fire Fireball] The Fire Fire Fireball itself is no longer able to proc other procs.
[Pending Restart][Fire Fire Fireball] The Fire Fire Fireball fixed a bug where brain freeze would not make Fire Fire Fireball instant.
[Pending Restart][Elemental Lord] Elemental Earth buff on your pet now reduces mana cost by 40%, up from 20%.
[Pending Restart][Elemental Lord] Elemental Frost buff on your pet that grants mana can now trigger from auto attacks as well, but now has a 1 second internal cooldown, but the mana restored to the pet has been increased to 5%, up from 3%.
[Pending Restart][Elemental Lord] Elemental Air buff on your pet that grants 30% critical strike chance with your next Elemental Blast can now trigger from auto attacks as well, but now has a 2 second internal cooldown.
[Pending Restart][Elemental Lord] Elemental Lord will now no longer be able to proc an elemental (Fire/Frost/Earth) again until all 3 have been procced. Example: You randomly proc Earth on the first hit, you can now only roll Frost or Fire on your next. If this procs Frost, you are now guaranteed to proc Fire. Once all 3 have been procced, it is again random on which of the 3 elements are proced.
[Pending Restart][Fingers of Death] New mechanic: Proccing Brainfreeze now also gives you the Mindblast! buff. Mindblast! makes your next Mind Blast instant cast, costs no mana and deals 25% increased damage and procs Fingers of Frost and Fingers of Death.
[Pending Restart][Spell Shredder] Your Elemental rends will now increase the damage you deal to the target with Fireball, Frost Bolt, Lightning Bolt. The mechanic works like this: Elemental Rend (Nature) will increase damage of Fireball and Frost Bolt by 30%. Elemental Rend (Fire) -> damage of Frost Bolt and Lightning bolt, etc.
[Archimonde] [Chaos Burn] Clarified the tooltip to state Chaos Burning only triggers versus monsters. In addition added Chaos Burning to the tooltip reference to improve the overall clarity of the Mystic Enchantment.

[Pending Restart] - PvP related callboard caches will reward a Bloodforged Cache! This cache draws asymmetries to the Callboard Cache but has Bloodforged Gear inside! This allows a linear progression be formed from callboard quests for starter pvp gear!
[Pending Patch Update] - Fixed an issue where some instances in classic still required more than 2 champions.
[Archimonde] Gloomblade damage reduced by 10% in pvp combat.
[Build Draft] Disciple of Arugal: Added Seed of Corruption to 60 PvE build for an AOE option.
The Bloody Jar Changes announced in the League Overview Article are now live. It now costs Gold to convert items to Bloodforged With the addition of new gear acquisition methods for PvE, there was a lack of balance between Soulbound and Bloodforged. This change aims to increase the value of the High Risk Open World.
[Build Draft] Frozen Titan: Replace Precision with Benediction in early talents for mana sustain. Added Chance to hit Rare Enchants. Removed Sinister Strike Rare enchants since you learn Titanic Mutilate at level 20 (does not require Titan's Grip) and added Vitality enchants.
Temporarily disabled Build Master's Card while we resolve a crash involving them. These will be re-enabled asap.
Draft and Featured Builds will now work with multi-spec, meaning you can have an active build in specializaiton 1. Do a prestige in specialization 2 and select another build!
Build Master's Trophies are now only rewarded per unique completion across the account.

[Pending Restart][Prophet of Wrath] New Mechanic: Casting Arcane Missiles and Arcane Blast now gives you stack of Divine Wrath. Divine Wrath empowers your next Smite or Holy Fire, increasing their damage by 15% (4% against players) per stack. Up to 3 stacks.
[Pending Restart][Spell Impact] Spell Impact talents and Mystic Enchants no longer increase damage of your Fireball.
[Pending Restart][Devastation] Devastation Mystic Enchant now gives 2% crit. Up from 1%.

[Pending Restart][Frozen Chaos] During Splintered Chaos, your damaging hits with Chaos Bolt will increase number of targets hit by your next Chaos bolt cast. This effect is only active during Splintered Chaos and gives you the ability to hit up to 8 targets. [Pending Restart][Frozen Chaos] Frozen Chaos buff now makes your Chaos Bolt do 25% (5% vs players) more damage and trigger no cooldown. It no longer gives additional bonus spell power scaling.
[Pending Restart] [Archimonde] Adjusted the tooltip of the Rushed Judgement Epic Mystic Enchantment to properly indicate that both effects requires sub 50 energy to activate or have a chance to proc.
Fixed an issue where the Freezing Blood Frostbolt proc did not have a PVP mod.

[Pending Restart] - [Archimonde] - The Mythic+ coin cap has been raised to 6,000 per week. This increase averages the amount of coins available usual release cycles and no longer incentivizes saving your coins until the next release cycle.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where the Mythic UI was displaying the incorrect amount of Champions needed to complete the dungeon. Fixed an issue where the Mythic UI would sometimes not display the amount of additional bosses needed to complete the key. Fixed an issue where sometimes the Mythic UI was not displaying the last boss.

[Pending restart][Archimonde] Fixed an issue where Infused Energy Epic Enchant would increase the damage of Gloomblade procs. Now it correctly only affects the initial hit of Gloomblade.
[Ragefire Nova] Fixed an issue where Ragefire Nova required a GCD but was not triggering a GCD. It now triggers a 1 second GCD.
[Pending restart][Archimonde][Arcane Thunder Seer] Thunder Seer buff now lasts for 7 seconds. Reduces the channel time of your next Arcane Missles by 0.375 sec per stack. Stacking up to 1.5 seconds.
[Pending restart][Archimonde][Pyrolate] Now reads: Increases the damage of your Immolate by 15% against monsters and 5% against players while they are affected by your Pyroblast. Does not work with Elemental Destruction. This change means that Pyroblast debuff needs to be active on the target for your immolate to benefit.
[Pending restart][Archimonde][Ice Barrage] Decreased damage and scaling of Icicles by 30%.
