[Elune] [Pending Restart] Fixed an issue with Holy Radiance where the heal amount transferred was not including the extra healing from critical heals. (This means if your Greater Heal crit for 1500 the 35% transfer would be calculated as if the heal hit for 1000.)

[Area-52] [Pending Restart] Holy Radiance now transfers 40% of the amount healed by Flash Heal up from 35% to targets affected by your Renew.
[Area-52] [Pending Restart] Holy Radiance has been buffed and no longer reduces the healing of Greater Heal by 30%. However the transfer of Greater Heal has been reduced from 35% to 25%. (This results in a buff to single target healing with Greater Heal with no change to healing output when transferring it to renewed targets.)
