Fixed a numerous amount of silences and interrupts that could interrupt Mana-Forged barrier. When reporting these issues to the bugtracker, please include the mob or spell name that interrupted you. The intention is to not allow players to bypass important raid mechanics but to be immune to most common interrupts that are casted by bosses, dungeon mobs, etc.
[World Bosses] [League III] World Boss Spawn Timer has been reduced significantly.
Fixed an issue where players sometimes would not get arena rating after queing 2v2.
Devlin Agamand's Frostbolt now requires 7% of base mana from 10% of their base mana. This is brought closer towards Banshee Wail and similar spells that cost 4 to 5% of base mana.
[Pending Restart] Lowered the additional PvP mod on Thunder Clap to 10% from 20% when using the Thunder Slam enchantment as fixing the issue where scaling from Nature damage also removed the Stormstrike Bonus from Thunder Clap's damage.
[League III] Fixed an issue where Divine Fury could not be extracted.
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Random Enchantments like Flame Surge and Dusk till Dawn would cause multiple hits to the same targets and multi-hits to the two targets. Additionally, this change now allows for Flame Surge and Dusk Till Dawn to hit all 10 / 5 targets (respectively) compared to only previously being able to hit 5 / 3 targets 2 times each (respectively)
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where some undead and demon pets would have more abilities than they were supposed too. This created a dynamic where similar pets would not scale the same nor have the same abilities causing you to always run one type of pet.

Living Lightning deals $86439s1% damage to your Lightning Rod Target. This spell has an increased cooldown. Critically healing with Lesser Healing Wave, Healing Wave and Chain Heal reduce the cooldown by 4 second.
[Tree of Wrath Rework] While in Tree of Wrath your lightning bolt applies Lightning Rod to your target for 10 seconds. Only one target can be affected by Lightning Rod at a time. When you critically heal another player with a direct nature healing spell in Tree of Wrath, you will cast lightning bolt on your lightning Rod target.
[Tree of Wrath Rework] Tree of Life is transformed into Tree of Wrath, which increases your Nature Spell Power by 30% of your Bonus Healing. Your Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning cannot miss while in this form.

[Area 52] [Pending Restart] Player are now able to accept and complete quests leading to and are started by Commander Ameer in Netherstorm, allowing player to complete all quests associated with Ethereum Nexus Prisons, including those located in Blades Edge Mountain and the Mana-Tombs dungeon.
