General
Corrected an issue where the heroic 2H-Tank version of warbringer was not purchaseable by some.
For the remainder of the year, all epic and legendary enchants will be exchangeable! This means that you can bring an item with an epic enchant to an altar and reforge it to any other epic enchant in your collection for free!
Talents & Abilities
Increased the attack power scaling of Execute from 27% to 30%.
Execute now deals 10% reduced damage against players, from 5%.
Increased the attack power scaling of Rupture by 8%. With full combo points, the scaling was increased from 3.75% to 4.05%.
Increased the attack power scaling of Garrote from 7.35% to 7.84%.
Increased the spell power scaling of Incinerate from 46.4% to 49.4%.
Conflagrate no longer deals reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 5%.
Immolate no longer deals reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 5%.
Chaos Bolt now deals 5% reduced damage against players, from 10%.
Chain Lightning now deals 15% reduced damage against players, from 20%.
The dispel effect from Vampiric Touch now deals 20% more damage to players.
The dispel effect from Unstable Affliction now deals 20% more damage to players.
Fel Armor and Second Wind both now heal for 10% less in arenas.
Hunter pets now deal 25% reduced damage with their auto-attacks against players, from 20%.
Fireballs cast with Maelstrom Weapon now deal 10% reduced damage against players.
Explosive Shot now deals 50% reduced damage against players, from 45%.
Bloodthirst now deals 15% reduced damage against players, from 10%.
Sinister Strike now deals 10% reduced damage against players, from 5%.
Wolverine Bite (Pet Ability) now deals 55% reduced damage against players, from 50%.
Mongoose Bite now deals 5% reduced damage against players. It previously did not have a PvP modifier.
Seal of Vengeance now deals 10% reduced damage against players, from 5%.
Reduced the effect of Rejuvenation by 5% when used in arenas.
Reduced the effect of Lifebloom by 5% when used in arenas.
Reduced the effectiveness of absorbs in arenas by 10%.
Fixed an issue where the 10% PvP mod on to Titan's Grip wasn't being applied.
Increased the duration of all spell weapon enchants from warlock, shaman and rogue classes to 2 hours. This includes but isn't limited to: Spellstones, Earthliving Weapon, Windfury, Deadly and Instant Poison.
Hawk Eye now reduces the damage done to players by 1/2/3% in addition to its range increase.
Cleansing Totem and Tremor Totem now each have a 20 second cooldown.
Fixed an issue where using Hot Streak after other instant cast abilities would cause Pyroblast to fail and do no damage.
Fixed an issue where chain-casting Pyroblast through Hot Streak would sometimes cause the cast to fail.
Increased the level requirement of Summon Voidwalker to level 10 to match the required spell Drain Soul.
The Burning Determination capstone has been adjusted. It now triggers whenever a spell cast is interrupted by any silence, interrupt or crowd control effect.
Brutal Impact talents now reduce the cooldown of Bash by 10/20 seconds, from 15/30 seconds.
The Right Smite has been merged into Fires of Vengeance. The Right Smite has now been deprecated.
Increased the healing done from Silverback pet talent to 2/4%, up from 1/2%. In addition, your pet will now also have 5/10% increased maximum health.
Increased the damage increase from Shark Attack pet talent to 5/10%, up from 3/6%.
Item Changes
Fixed Eye of Gruul to properly proc and be consumed by Riptide, and not proc on indirect healing spells that are unable to benefit from the mana reduction like Prayer of Mending and Power Word: Shield.
Dungeons & Raids
Corrected an issue where the effects triggered by Sealed Book's that can be found inside Karazhan would not be displayed in the players aura bar.
Prince Malchezaar's Shadow Nova will no longer effect pets.
Netherspite's Netherbreath will no longer target pets.
The Explosion caused by Shade of Aran's Volatile Polymorph will no longer damage pets on heroic difficulty.
Corrected an issue where the Explosion caused by Shade of Aran's Volatile Polymorph would scale with damage increasing effects owned by the triggering player on heroic difficulty.
Shade of Aran's Blizzard will no longer effect pets.
Corrected an issue where the Explosion caused by Shade of Aran's Flame Wreath would scale with damage increasing effects owned by the triggering player.
The Explosion caused by Shade of Aran's Flame Wreath will no longer damage pets.
Kil'reks Amplify Flames will no longer effect pets.
Corrected an issue where Terestian Illhoof's Curse of Destruction would scale with damage increasing effects owned by the triggering player on heroic difficulty.
The Curator's Astral Flare's Arcing Sear will no longer target pets.
Nightbane's Restless Skeleton's Immolation will no longer deal damage to pets.
Corrected an issue where The Stench of Failure during the Opera encounter would scale with damage increasing effects owned by the triggering player.
The Maiden of Virtue will no longer damage pets with her Desperate Prayer.
Lord Crispin Ference now has to wait 60 seconds before he can use his Shield Wall again after casting it.
Lady Berrybuck now has to wait 60 seconds before she can use her Divine Shield again after casting it.
Attumen's Fel Fireball will no longer target pets on heroic difficulty.
Melee players will now take up to 30% reduced damage from most Area of Effect spells in level 70 heroic difficulty raids.
Mystic Enchants
Fixed an issue where the animation of Ice Lash wasn't visible. [Requires launcher update]
Fixed an issue where one of the effects of the Ambidextrous Legendary enchant wasn't proccing correctly.
Fixed an issue where some epic and legendary REs could not be exchanged. [Pending server restart]
Pending Restart, fixed an issue where Ice Lash wouldn't critically strike with fingers of frost.
Fixed an issue where arcane motes would get consumed by starfire or moonfire.
Fixed an issue where Flame Surge Mystic Enchant would not proc talents like Soul Leech on the AOE version of Incinerate.
Blazing Determination now lasts for 6 seconds, from 8.
The Hack and Slash Mystic Enchantment now increases the chance of your Hack and Slash talent to proc by 2%.
The Sword Specialization Mystic Enchantment now increases the chance of your Sword Specialization talent to proc by 2%.
Added an additional effect to the Epic enchant Lingering Death. It now also makes your Shadow Word: Death linger on the target, negating incoming heals for an amount equal to the damage caused by the spell. This effect lasts for 3 seconds.
Bountiful Gift now triples the attributes given by Mark of the Wild rather than quadrupling them. Its quality has been reduced from Legendary to Epic.
The Legendary enchant Arcane Motes now doesn't consume when Starfire or Moonfire is cast, but its duration has been reduced to 8 seconds. It now triggers from Arcane Barrage in addition to Arcane Missiles.
The Searing Light enchant now also increases the damage of Exorcism.
Fires of Vengeance now increases the damage of both Holy Fire and Smite on targets afflicted by your Righteous Vengeance. The damage increased to Smite used to be on a separate enchant called The Right Smite, which has been merged with this enchant and therefore will be deprecated.
Fixed an issue where Twisted Mind would not correctly apply the healing and absorb reduction to the player.
Fixed an issue with the tooltip of Hasty Mongoose Bite. It still reduces the cooldown by 0.15 seconds, as intended.
Fixed an issue causing Savage Strikes Mystic Enchant to not apply to Wing Clip.
Reduced the spell power coefficient of Arrows of Fire to 1.5%, from 2%.
A Quick Death now grants 3% melee haste per stack, down from 4%. Its quality has been reduced from Legendary to Epic.
Fixed an issue where Chilling Blows wouldn't increase the duration of Deep Freeze properly.
Fixed an issue where the proc behaviour of Total Eclipse wasn't consistent with the tooltip. Also reworded the tooltip slightly to be more clear.
Rekindled Faith now increases the duration of the Renew by 1.5 seconds, down from 2 seconds.
Fixed an issue with Gnomish Snow blower where the damage of Explosive Shot was not increased.
Fixed an issue where Scorpid Sting did not trigger the damage increase of Mangle from One with the Hunt.
Fixed an issue with Flame Surge that caused the AOE part of the Mystic Enchant to not trigger if you moved directly after the cast of the initial Incinerate.
Fixed an issue with Holy Mind Scramble where it would not increase the damage of Mind Flay.
Fixed an issue causing Penance to not grant stacks of or benefit from the haste from Benevolent Crusader.
Fixed an issue where the Twilight Mystic Enchant would not benefit from Improved Vampiric Embrace talent or Mystic Enchant for the heal on dealing bleed damage.
Fixed an issue where Shield of the Templar wouldn't reduce the cooldown of Avenger's Shield.
Increased the spell power coefficient of Pure Shadow significantly. It used to vary based on the players level, now has a coefficient of 350%.
Fixed an issue where some Legendary Mystic Enchants could be enchanted to weapons.
Fixed an issue with Blades of Blood where the Rend applied by Whirlwind would only apply at a 5 yard range, instead of the 8 yards of Whirlwind hits.
Piercing Ice now increases the damage done by your frost spells by 2%, from 1%.
Removed some Mystic Enchants involving spells such as Judgment of Blood and Blood Corruption that aren't usable by players.
Close Quarters Combat now stacks 3 times.
Poleaxe Specialization now properly stacks 3 times, as the tooltip indicates.
[New Legendary Enchant]: Ambidextrous - Your Single-Minded Fury off-hand attacks have a 50% chance to trigger an instant attack with your main-hand weapon and increase your attack power by 10% for 6 seconds. Your Bloodthirst and Execute have a chance to trigger an instant attack with your off-hand weapon and increase your off-hand damage by 40% for 6 seconds. These effects have separate internal cooldowns lasting 12 seconds and cannot occur simultaneously.
[New Epic Enchant]: Sunder Soul - Replaces your Sunder Armor with Sunder Soul, a Shadow melee attack that deals 70% of your weapon damage and increases your spell critical strike chance against the target by 3%, stacking up to 5 times. If an enemy dies with 5 stacks of Sunder Soul you gain a Soul Shard. [In Wildcard mode, this spell will enable the rolling of Soul Shard-requiring spells when known.]
[New Epic Enchant]: Controlled Explosion - Increases the damage of Explosive Shot on its main target by 12% but reduces its area damage by the same amount.
[New Epic Enchant]: Clear Mind - Your Elemental Focus effect gains an additional charge and now grants 3% spell haste while active.
[New Epic Enchant]: Harnessed Energy - Your Arcane Blast debuff now lasts for 10 seconds and gives 30% Arcane damage and 250% increased mana cost of Arcane Blast regardless of how many stacks you have. It is consumed one stack at a time instead of all at once.
[New Epic Enchant]: Shroud of Concealment - Your mastery of illusions allows you to stay in Stealth for an additional second after initiating a Mage spell cast.
[New Rare Enchant]: Steady Growth - Increases the amount healed by your Healing Touch by 4%, but reduces its critical effect chance by 3%.
[New Legendary Enchant]: Ice Lash - Your Lava Lash is transformed into Ice Lash, dealing Frost damage and giving you a stack of Solid Ice, increasing the damage of your Frostbolt and Ice Lance based on your attack power. If cast while Fingers of Frost is active, Ice Lash is guaranteed to critically hit and grant a charge of Fingers of Frost.
