Surge of Light and Holy Ascension will now also provide the correct damage dealt whenever having both buffs.

Corrected an issue where Holy Ascension and Surge of Light was adding additive spell power scaling to abilities that scaled with smite damage. Fixing this issue allows us to bring back Righteous Zealot scaling with smite damage.

Dungeons & Raids
Kiggler the Crazed's Lightning Bolt is now effected by cast time increasing effects, such as Curse of Tongues.
Kiggler the Crazed's Lightning Bolt can now be casted while moving.
Kiggler the Crazed's Lightning Bolt can no longer be Reflected or Redirected.
Kiggler the Crazed will now use caster AI, allowing him to cast spells without delay between the spell casts when finding new targets.
High King Maulgar's Flurry now increases his attack speed by 50% down from 100%.
High King Maulgar's Charge can no longer be dodged or parried.
High King Maulgar's Charge damage has been reduced to 50% weapon damage from 75%.
High King Maulgar's Whirlwind now has a 2 seconds cast time before the effects channel.
High King Maulgar's Whirlwind now lasts 10 seconds, down from 15 seconds and he will now move at 25% speed, down from 50% during the effect.
Corrected an issue where High King Maulgar would not deal the intended amount of melee damage after using certain abilities.
The health between High King Maulgar and his council has been redistributed. High King Maulgar now has 17% less health and his council members have 25% more. The total health in the fight remains unchanged.
Corrected an issue where High King Maulgar's Council Member would not respawn after the encounter has been reset.
Lair Brute's Charge damage has been reduced to 50% weapon damage from 75%.
Lair Brute's Cleave ability can no longer be dodged or parried.
Lair Brute's Mortal Strike will now only target players instead of pets.
Lair Brute's Mortal Strike damage has been reduced to 100% weapon damage, down from 150%.
Mystic Enchants
Carbon Buildup from Fire Fire Fireball will no longer display as a magic effect despite not being dispellable.
Fixed issues with Avatar of Lightning causing the cooldown reduction to sometimes not work, and would stop Elemental Focus from functioning properly.
Increased the duration of Crimson Champion's Champion's Protection to 3 seconds, from 2 seconds.
Added a target cap of 5 targets to Crimson Champion's Champion's Wrath.
Increased the range of Low Tide to 15 yards, from 10.
Fixed an issue with Purification By Light that caused its Exorcism to not scale with the critical damage bonus of Holy Specialization talents.

Fixed an issue causing Righteous Zealot to not scale with Smite damage increases.

Changed Group Think from Legendary to Epic quality Mystic Enchant, and increased its damage bonus to 20%, from 25%.
Fixed Overloaded and Storm Caller to trigger multiple times per cast.
Increased the cooldown reduction of Prophet of Wrath from casting Smite and Holy Fire to 5 seconds, from 3 seconds.
Fixed an issue with Covering Crown where applying Rejuvenation with mouseover macros or healing addons would apply the damage reduction buff to your current target instead of the target of your Rejuvenation.
Increased the attack power scaling of Consecrated Strikes, and increased the spell power conversion to 30%, from 20%.
Added a new effect to Chilling Blows Epic RE. Now reads Each hit of your Frostbrand increases the duration of your Deep Freeze by 0.3 seconds. If the target is permanently immune to stuns, the cooldown of your Deep Freeze is instead reduced by 0.3 seconds.

Pending restart, The Marks of Ascension required to obtain Scrolls of Fortune is reduced by 25%. The maximum cost of a singular scroll will still remain at 2,000 Marks of Ascension. You will need to clear your cache folder to see the updated requirements.

Fixed an issue where Fire Fire Fireball dealt too much damage at low levels. Its base damage will now properly scale with your level, and will be lower than previously for players level 50 and below, and slightly higher for high level players. [This change requires a restart.]

Counterattack no longer deals reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 5%.
Power Word: Shield now absorbs 5% less damage when used in arenas.

Corrected an issue where the Maiden of Virtue would attack the target of Blessing of Martyrdom at the end of the cast if the target was in melee range. Active after server restart.
Mystic Enchants
Fixed an issue where the Divine damage Arcane Missiles from the Prophet of Wrath legendary didn't have the same spell damage coefficient as normal Arcane Missiles.
Fixed a bug where the effect of Hailstorm would end when hitting a target in stealth.
Ice Barrage now increases the damage of Ice Lance against higher level targets by 50%, up from 33%.
Corrected the tooltip of Stupefied to show the correct cast speed slow and duration.
Fixed an issue with Druid of Rot: Call Fungarians where the original Force of Nature was still castable while the RE was equipped.
Fixed a strange interaction between Evocation and Arcane Missiles (Divine) which could cause players to deal damage to themselves.
Fixed an issue with Prison Tactics not being consumed by Mutilate. Also clarified that Shiv does not benefit from the RE.

Increased the cooldown reduction of Channeled Rage RE to 3 seconds, up from 1 second. In addition, spell critical now extend the duration by 3 seconds, up from 2 seconds.
Expunge explosion now uses ranged hit/crit instead of spell hit/crit percent chance values.
Fixed an issue where the Wild Quiver enchant sometimes gave less of a pro chance increase to the Wild Quiver talent than intended.

Fixed an issue where effects meant to increase the duration of your debuff on a target sometimes incorrectly would affect another players' debuff of the same kind instead of yours.
[New Epic Enchant] - Fire Fire Fireball: After casting Fireball twice, your next Fireball's cast time will be increased by 0.5 seconds but will additionally trigger a wave of Fireballs towards your current target. In addition, the critical strike chance of Fireball is increased by 6%.
New Legendary enchant: Primordial Fury - During Shamanistic Rage your Shaman non-periodic spell and ability criticals consume 50 rage to deal extra Elemental damage and empower you with Primordial Fury, increasing your spell damage by 30% of your Agility for 15 seconds. (Elemental damage is a combination of the Nature, Fire and Frost schools, and will benefit from the highest modifier to either of these schools.)
New Legendary enchant: Crimson Champion - Your Holy Shield ability is transformed into Holy Shield (Crimson Champion) which permanently increases your chance to block by 10% and deals Holy damage when blocking an attack. This damage can only occur once per second, and instead of consuming a charge of the buff it instead grants one. Three charges are consumed to empower your next Shield Slam, Avenger's Shield or Power Word: Shield: Shield Slam - Deals Holy damage to all nearby enemies. Avenger's Shield - Increases your block value by 15% and threat by 10% for 10 sec. Power Word: Shield - Reduces all damage taken by 50% for 2 seconds.
New Epic enchant: Controlled Typhoon - Your Typhoon no longer knocks enemies back. It instead knocks you back.
New Epic enchant: Controlled Blast - Your Blast Wave no longer knocks enemies back. Instead its cooldown is reduced by 10 seconds and mana cost by 50%.
New Epic enchant: Controlled Storm - Your Thunderstorm no longer knocks enemies back. It instead restores twice as much mana and infuses you with lightning, increasing your critical strike chance with Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning by 15% for 10 seconds.
New Epic enchant: Rekindled Faith - Each time your Renew heals a target with full health the duration of the Renew effect on the target is increased by 2 sec.
New Rare enchant: Honor Among Thieves - Reduces the internal cooldown of your Honor Among Thieves Capstone effect by 0.5s.
New Epic enchant: Avatar of Lightning - Your Elemental Mastery now frees you from the physical plane, lifting you into the air and allowing you to move while casting Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning. The cooldown of your Elemental Mastery is also halved, but it no longer gives you an instant cast.
