[Primalist] Wildshape no longer provides a cooldown reduction to Primal Rush
[Primalist] Wildfury and Entangle Weapon talents deprecated
[Primalist] Earthmother’s Empowerment no longer provides movement speed, now boosts magic resistances slightly
[Primalist] Magmatism no longer provides DR, instead has cooldown reduction for Eruption
[Primalist] Bearskin no longer has a thorns effect and has been given a new effect. Its damage reduction has been increased to 50% from 30%, and its cooldown increased to 3min from 1.5min.
[Necromancer] Student of the Necropolis added as a switch node with Summoning Adept
[Necromancer] Sense Undead added as a baseline spell, learned at level 32
[Necromancer] Return: Necropolis now also removes movement slowing effects
[Knight of Xoroth] Chains of Xoroth now has a 2min base cooldown up from 1.5min
[Knight of Xoroth] Mutilation no longer grants movement speed
[Knight of Xoroth] Demonic Visage and Brimstone Battlemaster talents deprecated. Dismemberment has been adjusted and moved to the place of Brimstone Battlemaster.
[Knight of Xoroth] You are now counted as a Demon in Hellfire Form
[Knight of Xoroth] Imprison is now baseline and learned at level 34
[Knight of Xoroth] Fist of Xoroth now leeches damage from enemies, but its stun is now on a 3 sec delay
[Knight of Xoroth] While you have Demon’s Blood stacks you are now considered a Demon
[Knight of Xoroth] Imprison swapped with Seal, Imprison now only works on demons and now has no cooldown, Seal duration increased to 8 sec from 5 sec and its cooldown decreased from 2.5min to 1.5min. Seal now properly counts as a banish effect.
[Guardian] Chivalry movement speed increased from 30% to 40%
[Guardian] Refuse To Die has been reworked and now has Advance and Raise Shield synergy
[Guardian] Glorious Arena now ticks every 1 sec down from 1.5 sec
[Guardian] When you consume stacks of Peril with Glorious Arena, you now deal damage AND reduce the cooldown of Glorious Arena by 10%
[Guardian] Bloodletter now has an additional effect

[Felsworn] Demon Hide armor contribution value increased from 100/200% to 150/300%. Flat value moved to spec passive. (This and other changes are to reduce the defensive curve being backloaded, causing issues in tanking capabilities in early endgame content)
[Felsworn] Burning Hatred now correctly reduces the tick rate of Immolation Aura, value reduced by 20%.
[Felsworn] Vengeance Is Mine healing increased by 10%.

[Felsworn] Fel Protection now reduces your damage taken while above 75%, instead of providing armor and magic resistances based on dodge rating on proc (This effect was too gear dependent to grant value and at gear level where the value was good you were already in diminishing return on Armor territory)

[Felsworn] Immolator now increases damage of Immolation Pulse and causes it to reduce enemy chance to hit.
[Felsworn] Demonic Finesse now also affects Doomscar, value reduced by 5.

[Bloodmage] Crimson Reach reworked into a node increasing the power of Embrace of the Vampyr
[Bloodmage] Embrace of the Vampyr is now in Tier 1 and part of its effect has been moved to a pre-capstone in its previous position. It also no longer gives Spirit scaling baseline and has a 15 sec duration down from 30 baseline.
[Bloodmage] Blood Curse now counts you as a Demon
[Bloodmage] Hemophobia and Terrify both now have a 1 min cd up from 30sec/45sec
[Barbarian] Mak’gora now also absorbs a moderate amount of healing from the target, but now has a 2min cd up from 1.5min
[Barbarian] Time To Kill now also triggers from Berserker Axe.
[Barbarian] Frost Giant talent no longer reduces movement speed
[Barbarian] Drunken Dive deprecated
[Barbarian] Minimum speed mod has been moved from Deathless Resolve to Endless Fury

[Ranger] Befriend Beast ability added to the Ranger baseline spell kit, learned at level 24
[Runemaster] Water Runes have been reworked
[Runemaster] Boiling Runes have been reworked
[Runemaster] Echoes of Eternity no longer stuns, instead deals damage
[Runemaster] Warpmaster reworked to now reduce the cooldown of Ley Walk and Warpblade
[Runemaster] Magic Tolerance has been reworked and now has Runefeed synergy
[Venomancer] Nerubian Sting Slow reduced from 50% to 40%
[Venomancer] Class talent pathing has been adjusted with the above change in mind
[Venomancer] Scorpid Form, Stalker Form, and Raptor’s Speed now count you as a Beast
[Venomancer] Lethargy now slows for 15/30/45%, up from 12/24/36% and now lasts 8 sec up from 6 sec
