[Tinker] Fixed a bug where Eureka! would trigger from non critical strikes with Repair Shot, it will now correctly trigger only when Repair Shot critically strikes a target.
[Tinker] Overcharge: Shield Beacon now lasts 15 seconds and persists even if you are outside of the beacons range once applied.
[Tinker] Fixed a bug where Overcharge: Shield Beacon would overlap and remove itself when 2 shield beacons are placed down ontop of each other.
