[Knight of Xoroth] Bouncing Blade CD reduced to 5 seconds baseline down from 8 seconds
[Stormbringer] Volt Duration increased to 12 sec, periodicity down to 1.5 sec from 2 sec. No longer scales with haste.
[Reaper] Reave CD reduced by 2 sec, duration reduced by 2 sec.
