The Battle Horn item has been removed from Bronzebeard it has behavior that negatively impacts the game. Anyone who got this item on Bronzebeard or Malfurion since launch has had it refunded. Anyone who got this item on other live realms within the last 7 days has also had it refunded. If you got it on Area 52 or Elune you will keep the item.
(Pending Restart) Fixed an issue where PvE Mode, War Mode, and High-Risk would appear to be on an 18 day cooldown. The UI will now update properly when entering a rested area and be far more reliable!
Experience for killing all creatures in Dungeons has been increased by 10%.

[Pending Restart] Added Destiny Weavers in capital city banks to change your level scaling and experience options. These NPCs currently exist in start zones.

Fury of the Wind no longer affects your Flurry talent but instead has a new effect: If no other enemies are nearby when you trigger Windfury you gain a buff, increasing your armor penetration by 20% for 10 sec.
Wind Lash now deals physical damage, changed from nature and its damage has been doubled. It now deals 20% reduced damage versus players.
Fixed a bug where both Wind Lash hits did not have the correct chance to trigger Windfury.
Zephyr now lasts 15 sec, changed from 12.
Fixed a bug where Feral Spirits were not correctly scaling with attack power. Their base damage has been slightly lowered, meaning there won't be a significant change in overall damage.

Holy Power from Holy Templar can now stack up to 5 times.
Light of Dawn now requires 3 Holy Power to cast but no longer has a cooldown.
The cooldown of Divine Illumination has been reduced from 3 down to 2 minutes.
Sacred Light has been changed and now reads: Your Sacred Shield now applies an empowered absorb shield when applied but has a 30 second cooldown. In addition, the target of your Sacred Shield takes 8% increased healing from you.
Divine Order now also increases the mana regenerated from your Illumination talent by an additional 10%.
Spark of Hope now grants 12% increased critical strike chance when healing a target below 50% health, down from 15%.
Beacon of Virtue has been reworked and is now called Gift of Light which reads: Your Light's Grace is automatically renewed every 15 seconds. When renewed, you gain a stack of Gift of Light, empowering your Divine Favor to not trigger a cooldown. You cannot use Divine Favor again until you gain the next Gift of Light.
Synergistic Light now grants 10% increased critical chance and 10% reduced mana cost to Holy Light (from 15% each), but now stacks twice.
A New Dawn can now also trigger from Word of Glory. It also has an additional effect: healing your Beacon of Light target to full health generates one Holy Power.
The cooldown reduction to Divine Favor granted by Swift Favor no longer requires effective healing.
Ascending Flames now increases damage of Flame Shock by 40%, changed from 80%. The cooldown reduction of Lava Burst is now 2 sec, changed from 3.
Fixed a bug where Predator's Wrath could make Predator's Swifntess not consume.

Zephyr has been changed and now reads: Your Windfury hits increases the damage the target takes from your Windfury and Stormstrike by 2%. Stacks up to 10 times and lasts for 12 sec.
Arcane Missiles rank 8 (level 60 rank) base damage for has been increased by 6%.
Arcane Blast spell power scaling has been increased by 4%.
Arcane Missiles spell power scaling has been reduced by 4%.
Arcane Empowerment now grants 30% spell power scaling to Arcane Missiles, changed from 45%. Arcane Blast now gets 20%, changed from 9%.
Glyph of Arcane Blast now grants 3% Arcane Blast cast speed, changed from 3% damage.
Bladestorm now deals 20% more damage and can hit up to 6 targets, changed from 4.
Wild Quiver now has a 7/14/20% proc chance, changed from 4/8/12%.
Hydromancer: Water Nova pool of water now deals damage over time and no longer has an internal cooldown. It no longer applies Doused.
Fixed an issue where Sweeping Strikes and Blade Flurry damage was further reduced by armor on the second target.
Static Shock now has a 1/2/3 PPM based proc chance, changed from 3/6/9%. (This means that the proc chance scales with weapon speed, making it stronger for 2-handed weapons.)
Ice Barrage now also gains Icicle stacks from Frostfire Bolt. At 5 Icicle stacks your Ice Lance will treat the target as being frozen.
Improved Mortal Strike now grants 0.75/1.5s cooldown reduction to Mortal Strike, changed from 0.5/1 sec.
Arcane Cascade has been changed and now reads: Your Arcane Blast applies an Arcane Charge on the target and when dealing damage with Arcane Explosion on an affected target you deal Arcane damage to nearby enemies and restore 6% base mana. Subsequent casts on targets with Arcane Charge will apply it to additional nearby targets. It can now trigger the same charge multiple times, changed from one.
While Infused Gems is active it also grants your newly created Mana Gems.
Arcane Blast stacks now increases the mana cost of Arcane Blasts by 175%, changed from 150%.
Esoteric Power damage now only hits one target and its damage inheritance has been reduced to 15%, changed from 20%.
Ascending Flames now reduces the cooldown of Lava Burst by 3 sec, changed from 2.
Ambush Predator now has a 20% to trigger from Shred, changed from 50%. It now lowers Ravage energy cost by 20, changed from 15 and causes Ravage to grant an additional combo point.
Barrage Overload has a new effect which reads: Each Arcane Blast stack consumed by Arcane Barrage grants you a charge of Barrage Overload which makes your Arcane Blast casts $s1% faster but costs $s2% more mana and your Arcane Missile hits restore 2% mana.
Stormbound Instinct now requires Earthen Guardian to be active.
Fixed the health scaling from stamina of Greater Fire and Earth Elemental Totem.
Killing Spree now increases your damage dealt by 40% while active, changed from 20%.
Stampede debuff now lasts for 20 sec, changed from 15.
Cold Blood now has a 2 min cooldown, changed from 3.

[Pending Patch Update] - Agent of Chaos has been changed. It no longer reduces the periodic damage of Immolate up from 40% reduced damage. It now halves the Direct Damage of Immolate down from 40% reduced damage. It now only increases the duration of Immolate by 3 seconds. It now reads: Immolate deals half as much direct damage but lasts for 3 seconds longer. Periodic damage fromImmolate benefits from spell haste and reduces the cooldown of Chaos Bolt by 0.5 second.

[Pending Restart] - Adventurer's Caches have been placed on quests that were missing them (quests with objectives) and all custom quests past the starter zones that did not have them added correctly. Additionally, Adventurer's Caches have been moved out of the starter zone. The reason being is that it doesn't provide many gear upgrades early and it can take up more bag space before you have them.

Adjusted the dynamic spawn rates to be more forgiving in the new zones. This will alleviate bottlenecks and improve overall flow.
Fixed an issue where Arcane Concentration and Missile Barrage could sometimes underflow and cause those abilities to generate mana.

Savage Frenzy will no longer cause Savage Roar to go above its max duration of 34 seconds.
Feral Frenzy now has a 25 sec cooldown, changed from 30.
Predator's Wrath: Focus now restores 15 to 20 energy.
Ferocious Clarity now also affects Mangle (Cat).
Tiger's Instinct now reduces the cooldown of Tiger's Fury by 1.5 sec, changed from 1.
Quickfire Tactics now lowers the cooldown of Flare Strike by 4 sec when you trigger Lock and Load. It no longer causes Flare Strike to trigger Lock and Load (which did not trigger when its its internal cooldown was active).
Flare Strike now lasts for 10 sec, changed from 8.
Frozen Flesh now also triggers Brain Freeze when your Deep Freeze deals damage.
Surging Eclipse has been changed and now reads: Dealing damage with Starsurge while no Eclipse is active, guarantees that your next Wrath or Starsurge triggers Eclipse. This can only occur once every 30 sec.
Ritual of Refreshment is now available to learn for Mage at level 60.
Ascending Flames now grants 5 sec cooldown reduction to Flame Ascendance, changed from 4 sec. It now grants 2 sec cooldown to Flame Shock, changed from 4 sec.
Steady Shooting has been reworked and now reads: Using Steady Shot right after another Steady Shot reduces its cast time by 30% and its mana cost by 100%.
Holy Templar now also triggers a Holy Power charge from Divine Storm.
Colossus Smash now increases damage dealt to the target by 10%, changed from reducing its armor by 30%.
Cataclysmic Burst now increases the periodic damage of your Immolate by 8%, changed from 10%.
