[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where players could re-obtain realm first achievements after the core merge. The realm first achievements obtained after this time period had been removed.

Lowered Basehp of creatures while leveling 7-25 by 10% to improve flow and feel of level scaling

Improved handling of Creature Scaling to more accurately display the damage they are dealing when scaling. Sometimes this would get out of sync causing visual health issues.

Increased drop chance of Green weapons from levels 1-20 by 27%
