[Bloodmage] Pursuit, when used as Eternal spec, now teleports you in front of the target instead of behind. This is to prevent dangerously spinning a boss as a tank while still preserving the mobility identity of the spell. Spell is unchanged for non-Eternal specs.
[Bloodmage] Eternal Resolve now decreases damage taken by 15%, up from 10%.
[Bloodmage] Eternal’s spec passive no longer has an internal cooldown, meaning you will apply Eternal Thirst to each target struck by Claw Sweep, instead of only the first.
[Barbarian] Thane’s Guard now provides its movement speed increase to your Honored Ancestor as well so it doesn’t fall behind.
[General] Scaling Auras for DPS specs moved from level 60 to 40.
[General] Flat armor reduction debuffs are now grouped under effect called Puncture.
[General] Fixed a bug where raid aura of “Reduces Physical Damage taken by all party and raid members by X%’ type did not benefit the source player of the aura.
[General] All stat class buffs are now of flat value and ranked.
[General] 6% reduced chance to be critically struck effects on tank talents have been moved to tank spec passives, meaning you no longer have to consciously talent for this effect.

With this version you can now effectively build Static using Forked Lightning and use Call Lightning to contribute to AOE damage.
[Stormbringer] Forked Lightning is now a linear spell in front of you instead of a wide cone. (note: While wanting to maintain the Lightning Stormbringer’s range, keeping it as a standard procedure cone caused you to pull enemies significantly outside of normal pull radius and hard to control who you want to hit)
[Reaper] Ghost Form is no longer useable indoors
[Pyromancer] Slagdragon value reduced.
[Pyromancer] Overwhelming Flames now in switch with a new node Concentrated Breath., a new talent that increases damage of Breath of Neltharion but reduces its target count
[Pyromancer] Breath of Nozdormu reworked, now causes Destroyer’s Maw to trigger twice for its duration.
[Pyromancer] Draconic Tempest now increases the damage of Draconic Fang and causes it to reduce the cooldown of Destroyer’s Maw, but increases the cast time of Draconic Fang.
