[Pending Restart] [Area-52] [Seething Flames] - Fixed an issue with Seething Flames where Chimeric Fire could be activated regardless of your current stacks. As compensation, the required stacks and total stacks on Chimeric Fire have now been lowered from 5 to 4, and now increases the damage of Chimera Shot by 25% per stack up from 20% per stack.

The Spot Weakness proc now reduces the global cooldown of regular Kill Shot and allows casting it regardless of your targets current health threshold. All effects that previously displayed an area indicator now have a 1-yard smaller radius, taking the player's own object radius into consideration.
