[Area-52] [Elune] Fixed an issue where Vial of Ebonbloom could be used in High-Risk and other areas to avoid dropping loot. Now this item can only be used in Deadwind Pass (Zone in which it was designed to be used).

[Pending Restart] [Zul'aman] [Hex Lord Malacrass]: Corrected an issue where Stolen Souls could gain much more health then intended, causing them to reflect a much larger total amount of damage over their life time before dying. Stolen Souls now inherit their summoning players health.
[Pending Restart] [Zul'aman] [Hex Lord Malacrass]: The Hex Lord will no longer attempt to dominate tanks with his Dominate Mind ability.

[Pending Patch] [Zul'Aman] [General]: Corrected multiple issues where spell tooltipps would reference deprecated spells to display durations, percentage values etc. Those spells will now reference the correct spells in their tooltipp and display correct values.
[Pending Restart] [Zul'Aman] [General]: Corrected multiple issues across all creatures where damaging spells and abilities would not scale correctly with all damage reduction types such as percentage modifiers, resistance, armor etc.

[Elune] [Entropy] - Fixed a bug causing Entropy to have a lower cooldown then intended, it was benefitting from the reduced cooldown effect Death Coil has on Elune. It's new base cooldown is now 60 seconds, which can then be reduced by Harvester of Death and Agonizing Coil.

[Elune] [Berserker's Momentum] now reduces the cooldown of Siegebreaker by 12 seconds and Recklessness by 6 seconds, buffed from 10 & 4 seconds.
Item Changes
[Pending Restart] [Dungeon set bonuses] Mythical Volley, Mythical Throw, Mythical Discharge, Mythical Missiles, Mythical Corruption, Mythical Rot - the damaging procs from dungeon set bonuses now correctly target enemies that are in combat with YOU specifically.
Mystic Enchants
[Area-52] [Unrelenting Wrath] - Fixed a bug causing Bloodshed to overwrite other players instances of the aura. This means it will now stack for multiple Unrelenting Wrath users.
