Holy Specialization (Priest) now increases the critical hit chance of non-priest holy spells as well

Talents & Abilities
Updated the tooltips for a lot of talents in order to properly clarify that they do not interact with spells from other classes. (We might have missed some, don't be alarmed if a talent still says that it works with spells all classes, but actually doesn't, it's a work in progress.)
Omen of Clarity now reduces the mana, energy and rage cost of non-druid spells as well.
Shadow Mastery (Warlock) now increases the damage dealt by non-Warlock Shadow spells as well.
Emberstorm (Warlock) now increases the damage dealt by non-warlock Fire spells as well.
Purification (Shaman) now increases the healing done by non-shaman spells as well.
Adrenaline Rush (Rogue) is now usable while shapeshifted.
Blade Flurry (Rogue) is now usable while shapeshifted.
Hunger for Blood (Rogue) is now usable while shapeshifted.
Darkness (Priest) now increases the damage done by non-priest shadow spells as well.
Blessed Reislience (Priest) now increases the healing done by non-priest spells as well.
Spiritual Healing (Priest) now increases healing done by non-priest spells as well.
Focused Power (Priest) now increases the damage you deal with non-priest spells as well.
Holy Power (Paladin) has been reworked and now increases the crit damage of holy spells.
Twin Disciplines (Priest) has been reworked and now increases the damage you deal with holy spells.
Divine Illumination: The mana cost reduction now applies to non-paladin spells as well.
Frost Channeling: The mana cost reduction now applies to non-mage spells as well.
Fire Power (Mage talent) now applies to non-mage spells as well.
Arcane Power now increases the damage dealt by all spells, not just mage spells.
Nature's Swiftness (Druid) has been renamed 'Natural Alacrity' to distinguish it from the Shaman version.
Gift of Nature: Healing will now apply to all healing spells.
Item Changes
'High-Powered Flashlight' will no longer be taught and can no longer be created.
World
World Bosses
Azuregos, trusted servant of the aspect Malygos, has returned to Azshara to safeguard ancient artifacts and lore. While not initially hostile, he will fight fiercely to defend these artifacts from would-be treasure hunters.
Azuregos is initially neutral and unattackable by players, but can be engaged in dialogue.
Upon choosing the dialogue: "I am a treasure hunter in search of powerful artifacts. Give them to me and you will not be harmed." Azuregos will become hostile and attack nearby players.
Azuregos will no longer reset or evade upon changing/losing aggro.
Azuregos' Frost Breath now properly freezes players in a large conal AoE in front of him for 5 seconds.
Azuregos will teleport players on top of him at certain intervals and reset their threat.
Players can no longer fall through the ground upon being teleported to Azuregos.
Upon dying to Azuregos, players will become afflicted by Mark of Frost.
Players with the aura Mark of Frost will be stunned for 2 minutes when near Azuregos.
Azuregos will conjure 'Manastorms' on top of players, draining their mana and dealing Frost damage periodically.
Azuregos will cast his AoE Frost spell 'Chill' at regular intervals.
Azuregos will cast 'Magic Reflection' causing players' spells to be redirected towards them.
Azuregos will now use 'Cleave' on targets in front of him.
Upon reaching low HP% threshold, Azuregos will cast 'Frenzy' empowering his damage and attack speed.

Dragons of Nightmare (Shared abilities)
Nightmare Dragons will cast 'Noxious Breath' on players in a frontal AoE.
Nightmare Dragons will summon 'Dream Fog'.
Dream Fog will Sleep players caught in their AoE.
Dream Fog will effectively rotate between players, maximizing Sleep uptime.
When flanked by a player, Nightmare Dragons will use the ability 'Tail Sweep'
Upon dying to a Nightmare Dragon, players will become afflicted by Mark of Nature.
Players with the aura Mark of Nature will be stunned for 2 minutes when near a Nightmare Dragon.
Dragons of Nightmare (Lethon)
At each threshold of 25% HP loss (75%, 50%, 25%), Lethon will cast the spell 'Draw Spirit'.
'Draw Spirit' will stun players for 5 seconds and summon Spirit Shades that path towards Lethon.
Upon reaching Lethon, Spirit Shades will cast the spell 'Dark Pact', healing Lethon for 15,000HP each.
Spirit Shades now properly mirror the character model of the player they're drawn from.
Spirit Shades have been given the appropriate immunities and resistances. AoE/snares/roots will have little to no effect. They must be killed using targeted spells and abilities.
Lethon will now properly cast 'Shadow Bolt Whirl'. He will cast four volleys of Shadow Bolts from his left and right side, alternating between each. (ie. Four volleys from his left and then alternating to four on his right.)
Dragons of Nightmare (Emeriss)
At each threshold of 25% HP loss (75%, 50%, 25%), Emeriss will cast the spell 'Corruption of the Earth'.
Emeriss will frequently cast 'Volatile Infection' on random players.
Upon killing a player, a Putrid Mushroom will grow atop their corpse. Putrid Mushrooms deal 600 Nature damage per second to players caught in their vile fumes.
Dragons of Nightmare (Taerar)
At each threshold of 25% HP loss (75%, 50%, 25%), Taerar will banish himself and summon three Shades of Taerar.
After all the Shades have been killed, Taerar will unbanish himself. If the Shades are not killed in time, Taerar will unbanish himself.
Taerar will frequently cast 'Arcane Blast' on players, knocking them back.
Dragons of Nightmare (Ysondre)
At each threshold of 25% HP loss (75%, 50%, 25%), Ysondre will cast 'Summon Demented Druids'.
Demented Druids will cast Moonfire, Curse of Thorns and Silence on their targets.

Arcane Nullifier X-21: Now casts 'Mass Dispel'

Viscous Fallout: Resistant to Frost + Nature, Immune to Root + Snares
Viscous Fallout: Now casts Radiation Cloud
Viscous Fallout: Now correctly applies Corrosive Ooze to itself as an aura. The debuff is triggered by player attacks.
Viscous Fallout: Melee attacks now deal Nature damage.
Irradiated Horror: Melee attacks now deal Nature damage.
Electrocutioner: Now properly casts 'Shock' at a random hostile
Crowd Pummeler 9-60: Uses abilities more frequently.
Mechanical Units in Gnomeregan are now immune to Fear, Poison and Bleed effects.
Mekgineer Thermaplugg has been reworked from the ground up.
The encounter should now more closely resemble its Classic counterpart.
Mekgineer Thermaplugg will now activate the machines that surround him upon reaching certain HP thresholds.
Upon activation, these machines will spawn 'Walking Bombs' at set intervals.
Walking Bombs will march towards the nearest enemy player in vision and detonate themselves when in range.
If enough machines are activated, the waves of 'Walking Bombs' may prove too much to handle.
The machines can be deactivated by pressing the red button at their base.
Upon pressing the button, the machine will revert to its inactive state and stop spawning 'Walking Bombs' for a limited duration.
Mobile Alert System: Upon seeing a player, will now yell "Warning! Warning! Intruder alert!" three times before summoning Mechanized Guardians.
Mobile Alert System: Implemented waypoints.
Mobile Alert System: Will no longer path towards or attack players. Will alert other NPCs of players' presence.
Upper Blackrock Spire
Upper Blackrock Spire is now only accessible to players under the protection of the Red Dragonflight.
The door to UBRS will now automatically open in the presence of an equipped Seal of Ascension.
