[Pending Restart] Implemented some BG logic changes that should fix an issue where multiple BGs open up when they should fill an existing BG.

[Pending Restart] Hypnosis now lasts for 6 sec, changed from 8.
Mundo
Raider’s Commendations are no longer restricted to the previous tier of content. You can now trade Raider’s Commendations on gear up to the current tier you have completed, with the exception of the last boss of each raid. This opens your ability to obtain current gear to progress the current raid to the final boss while keeping final boss loot a worthy prize for progressing content. Since the last raid boss items still unlock in the next tier, the best most iconic items are still highly prized, and it will always be worth pushing the latest raid forward.

[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Void Reaver] Increased the damage of Proximity Mines by 100% on all difficulties.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Void Reaver] Improved the spawn behaviour of Containment Units. Containment Units will now always cover half the rooms radius on spawn without slight variation in width.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Al'ar] Al'ar now drops a Feather every 4 seconds on 25 player mode down from 5, providing a more fitting amount of Feathers for the larger player number.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Al'ar] Al'ar now opens Phase 2 with a Dive Bomb 10 seconds after being reborne.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Al'ar] Corrected an issue where Blazing Feathers sometimes would stop working when they hit the ground.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Al'ar] Corrected an issue where Al'ar would not grant loot or kill credits upon death.

[Pending Restart] [Pending Patch] [The Eye] [Al'ar] Al'ar now spawns on the ground in the centre of the room, previously would spawn mid air. Al'ar still cycles the room while not in combat.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [General] Corrected varius creatures Hitboxes to better match the creatures model scale.

[Pending Restart] - With updated world boss loot, on Area-52 (and once Hyjal releases for Thrall), world bosses will be able to drop Mythic Versions of their items (upscaled versions of their loot). With the release of SSC, Heroic Versions of the items are now available from World Bosses.
[Pending Restart] - The optional bosses in Karazhan: Maiden of Virtue, Terrestian Illhoof, Netherspite, Nightbane now drop 3 Raider's Commendation up from 2.
[Pending Restart] - Gruul the Dragonslayer and Magtheridon now drop 9 raider's commendations, up from 6.
[Pending Restart] - Items like The Night Blade, Blinkstrike, Cloak of Dark Bargains are purchasable from the Mythic0 coin vendor, however are soulbound upon purchasing.
[Pending Restart] - World Bosses in TBC now drop personal loot caches akin to the ones that are found from World Bosses in Azeroth. This personal loot cache functions like a callboard cache, but has a chance at containing the loot from the World Boss. (As a reminder, all loot from world bosses is Bound when Equipped, so you can trade this as much as you want).
