General
[Templar] Untainted has been moved to Tier 2 of the Oathkeeper Talent Tree
[Venomancer] Unity and Regeneration now only affect players
[Templar] Untainted has been nerfed, and no longer scales off of 2x your dodge and parry rating, now only scales 1x with those stats.
[Templar] Holy Warstaff has been buffed, increasing the periodic damage of Oathbreaker by 20% up from 5%.
[Templar] New talent "Oath Breaker" added to Oathkeeper- increasing damage dealt by combo breakers by 10%.
[Templar] Temple Guardian is now in Tier 1 of Oathkeeper talents
[Templar] Dip and Weave reworked into Dip, Strike, and Dodge- increasing your damage dealt when you dodge
