[Druid] [Legendary: Flourishing Growth] This enchant has been reworked. Swiftmend now spreads your Rejuvenation and Regrowth to up to 3 nearby allies within 15 yards.
[Druid] [Restoration: Gift of the Earthmother] This talent now also reduces the global cooldown of Lifebloom by 0.1/0.2/0.3 seconds.
[Druid] [Restoration: Revitalize] Now restores 1% of maximum mana every 10 seconds (up from 0.5%).
[Druid] [Restoration: Living Seed] This talent now stores 35% of the healing done (up from 30%).
[Mage] [Epic: Icy Slaughter] This now also makes Icy Veins increase the damage of Deep Freeze by 20%, makes Deep Freeze always deal damage when used against monsters (even if they are not stun immune), and makes dealing damage with Deep Freeze reduce the cooldown of Icy Veins by 10 seconds.
[Mage] [Epic: Glacial Cascade] This now triggers on every third Frostbolt instead of every fourth. It now also reduces the cast time of your Frostbolt by 5%.
[Mage] [Epic: Winter’s Blaze] This now increases the damage of your Frostfire Bolt by 15%, down from 25%. It now increases the damage of Frostbolt and Ice Lance by 10%, up from 8%.
[Mage] [Frost Bomb] Frost Bomb now has an 8 second duration (4 against players) and makes the target count as frozen. In addition, 30% of your Frost damage dealt to the target affected by Frost Bomb pulses outward damaging all nearby enemies.
[Mage] [Frost: Chilled to the Bone] This talent now also increases the damage of Deep Freeze.
[Mage] [Deep Freeze] Damage increased by 20%.
[Mage] [Frostbolt] Damage increased by 4%.
[Mage] [Fire Fire Fireball] Duration increased from 15 seconds to 30 seconds.
[Mage] [Epic: Brand of the Pyromaniac] This now makes your next two Pyroblasts (down from three) bounce to up to two additional enemies (down from three). The cooldown reduction to Combustion and Cremation has been increased from 1.5 seconds to 2 seconds.
[Mage] [Glyph of Fire Blast] This now grants 100% increased critical chance to your Fire Blast against stunned or incapacitated targets, up from 50%.
[Mage] [Fire Blast] Mana cost reduced by 18%.
[Mage] [Fire: Blast Wave] The cooldown of this spell has been reduced to 20 seconds, down from 30.
[Mage] [Epic: Fire Walk with Me] This also reduces the range of Scorch by 10 yards but allows it to be cast while moving.
[Mage] [Legendary: Blazing Flame] Blazing Speed is now guaranteed to trigger when dealing damage with Blast Wave or Dragon’s Breath instead of triggering from taking damage. Blazing Speed also increases the critical chance of your Scorch and Pyroblast by 30% and makes them extend the duration of Blazing Speed by 1 second.
[Mage] [Fire: Blazing Speed] This talent has been reworked to be less random and more specialized against melee attackers. Taking a melee hit greater than 5% of your health dispels all movement impairing effects on you and increases your movement speed by 50% for 6 seconds. This can only occur once every 12 seconds.
[Mage] [Artifact: Cauterize] An attack which would otherwise kill you will instead bring you to 35% of your maximum health. When this happens all movement speed impairments on you are cleared and you gain 50% movement speed for 6 seconds, but burn taking 3% of your health as Fire damage per second.
[Mage] [Epic: Blink of the Warden] This enchant has been slightly reworked. Your Blink distorts reality around you, confusing your enemies and leaving behind a mirror image of you in the place you left. Spells cast on you will be absorbed by the mirror image instead. In addition, using Blink generates two charges of Arcane Blast.
[Mage] [Epic: Temporal Haste (Resonant Barrage)] This enchant has been renamed to Resonant Barrage and reworked. Your Arcane Barrage makes your next Arcane Blast deal 15% more damage and generate an additional charge, or makes your next Spellsteal steal an additional magic effect. This effect stacks up to 3 times.
[Mage] [Epic: Impeccable Timing] This enchant now also passively grants 10% of your Intellect as spell haste rating.
[Mage] [Epic: Arcane Dominance] This enchant has been reworked. It now increases your spell critical strike rating by 15% of your Intellect, and you gain Clearcasting after using Presence of Mind, a Mana Gem, or killing an opponent that yields experience or honor.
[Pending Restart] [Mage] [Epic: Arcane Conduit] Your Evocation channels twice as fast and fires an Arcane projectile at your target every second. While channeling, you take 40% reduced damage and become immune to Interrupt and Silence effects. Each second spent channeling reduces the remaining cooldown of Arcane Power, Presence of Mind, and Evocation by 10 seconds.
[Mage] [Legendary: Barrage Overload] The mana cost increase of Arcane Blast has been reduced from 40% to 30%.
[Mage] [Mana Gem] Increased the base mana granted by all Mana Gems by approximately 35%.
[Priest] [Epic: Psychic Infusion] Mana regeneration now triggers multiple times if Psychic Scream hits multiple targets affected by Shadow Word: Pain.
[Priest] [Epic: Endless Void] Now extends Void-Touched duration beyond its base duration and extension increased from 4 seconds to 5 seconds.
[Priest] [Epic: Psychic Influence] Now causes the main target to suffer an additional 15% damage per enemy hit by Mind Sear.
[Priest] [Legendary: Void Eruption] Cooldown reduced to 45 seconds (from 60 seconds).
[Priest] [Shadow: Improved Shadow Word: Pain] Now increases Shadow Word: Pain damage by 6/12% (up from 3/6%).
[Priest] [Shadow: Improved Spirit Tap] Now grants 15/30% increased Spirit (up from 5/10%) and duration increased to 10 seconds (from 8 seconds).
[Priest] [Shadow: Misery] Misery now also triggers from Mind Sear.
[Priest] [Shadow: Pain and Suffering] Shadow Word: Pain duration refresh now also triggers from Mind Sear.
[Priest] [Devouring Plague] Damage increased by 8% in PvE.
[Priest] [Vampiric Touch] Damage increased by 12% in PvE.
[Priest] [Mind Sear] Now also deals damage to its main target.
[Priest] [Twilight Paragon] Duration increased to 20 seconds (from 12 seconds).
[Priest] [Epic: Prayer Circle] Now triggers from Prayer of Mending as well as Holy Fire.
[Priest] [Epic: Overflowing Light] Now also grants a stack of Serendipity when triggered.
[Priest] [Epic: Higher Power] Reworked. Above 50% mana, Greater Heal has 30% increased critical strike chance but costs 20% more mana. Below 50% mana, Greater Heal costs 30% less mana.
[Priest] [Legendary: Holy Ascension] Now passively increases Holy Fire and Smite critical strike chance by 20%. Guardian Spirit cast on self now generates no threat. Ascended Holy Nova damage increased by approximately 30%.
[Priest] [Holy: Epiphany of Light] Now gives a 12% chance (up from 6%) for Holy Fire to trigger Surge of Light and doubles Holy Fire’s periodic damage (up from 60%).
[Priest] [Holy: Holy Concentration] Buff duration increased to 12 seconds (from 8 seconds).
[Priest] [Greater Heal] Mana cost reduced by 10% across all ranks.
[Priest] [Lightwell] Lightwell has been overhauled and will now attempt to heal a nearby injured ally within 20 yards every second while they are below 50% health. Lightwell lasts 30 seconds or until it has healed 10 times.
[Priest] [Epic: Words of Time] This enchantment now also makes Borrowed Time increase your healing power by 10% of your Intellect.
[Priest] [Discipline: Borrowed Time] This now grants 7/14/20% spell haste, from 9/17/25%. This change addresses a large amount of discipline priest’s power being concentrated in one talent choice while enabling them to scale from haste on gear for longer.
[Priest] [Discipline: Grace] The buff granted by this talent is no longer limited to being active on only one target at a time.

[Pending Restart] - Shadowfang Keep (Mythic) has been divided into two shorter instances: Halls of the Damned and Arugal's Rise.

[Pending Restart] [Mythic +] [Maraudon - Purple Crystals] Fixed a bug where Maraudos was incorrectly flagged as Friendly in Mythic +. He is now Hostile.
[Pending Restart] [Zul'Farrak] Fixed a bug that caused Nekrum Gutchewer’s Charge to trigger a melee attack.

[Pending Restart] - You now have a chance to receive more lootboxes in Mythic+ at the end of the dungeon if that keystone is above the current highest available gear cap. Meaning if you do a level 15 key, you will receive bonus loot since only Mythic Level 10 gear is out.

[Pending Restart] [Blackrock Depths] During The Seven encounter, the next boss will now spawn every 10 seconds or when the current one is defeated.
[Pending Restart] [Mythic+] [Blackrock Depths: Upper City] Starting location has been moved to the room before Ambassador Flamelash. The dungeon now requires 4 additional bosses: Panzor the Invincible, Ambassador Flamelash, The Seven, and Magmus. The final boss remains Emperor Dagran Thaurissan. The Seven’s health has been reduced by 40%.
[Pending Restart] Reduced the health of the Dupe Bugs spawned by Techbot by roughly 30%.
[Pending Restart] Techbot in Gnomeragan has received a change to its Hot Fix spell it now heals based on 100% of the maximum health of the Dupe Bugs spawned by Techbot, this previously healed Techbot for 1% of its health per bug. This will still be affected by healing reduction effects.
[Pending Restart] [Mythic+] [Zul’Farrak] The pyramid event has been sped up with reduced trash. Completing the event counts as defeating 3 bosses. Overall trash required for dungeon completion has been reduced by 10%. Chief Ukorz and Ruuzlu won't be interested in fighting you, until the Pyramid event is completed.

[Pending Restart] - Wailing Caverns (Mythic) has been divided into two shorter instances: Pit of the Fangs and Crag of the Ever-Living.
[Pending Restart] - Lower Blackrock Spire (Mythic+) now requires 5 bosses to kill rather than 7.

[Pending restart] [Warlock] [Artifact: Blood Horror] Increased the range that targets hitting you can be feared from 15 yards to 25 yards and increased the duration of the fear effect from 3 seconds to 4 seconds.
