Judgement Attack Power scaling when used with Seal of Righteousness reduced to 15%, down from 22,5%.

Frostbrand base damage reduced by 20%. SP scaling increased to 20%, up from 10%.
Shadowcraft and Darkmantle set bonus energy regen proc chance reduced to 2 PPM, down from 3 PPM.
Swipe rank 5 Attack Power modifier was erroneously 17%. It's now 6,3% as intended.
Improved Mortal Strike now reduces the cooldown of Mortal Strike by 0.66/1.33/2 sec, up from 0.33/0.66/1.
Intimidating Shout now is now usable while shapeshifted. Its cooldown is now 40 sec, down from 120 sec.
Howl of Terror now has a 40 second cooldown, down from 45.
Feral Charge - Cat now shares cooldown with Charge.
Feral Charge - Bear now shares cooldown with Charge.

Donjons et Raids
Rehauled all of Molten Core to be more performance-friendly, as well as to improve on/fix bugs for some encounters.
Implemented a safer, more performance-friendly anti feign-res counter for dungeons and raids.
Bosses in Molten Core now keep players from entering the instance while they are in combat (boss state).
Fixed an issue where Majordomo's adds had a low chance to drop a TON of epics.
Made Onyxia's adds use a more secure threat proccing system (and less wonky [my addition COULD have been wonky])
Fixed issue where Onyxia's invisible trigger one would attack you throughout the fight and it would look clunky.
Fixed a severe lack of purple ghosts in Dire Maul: West and made them all move around.
Fixed an issue where you could not use the item to complete the Onyxia Horde attunement quests (in emberstrife's den, it was an issue caused by emberstrife's den not actually putting you in emberstrife's den)
Fixed an issue where the Sons of Flames would cast their fire shield out of combat, causing them to spam it when they reset.
Changed respawn timers of all creatures in Molten Core so that they do not respawn more than once in the same run.

Incite crit strike chance reduced to 3/6/9%, down from 5/10/15%.
Improved Arcane Shot damage reduced to 2/4/6%, down from 3/6/9%.
Blessing of the Eternals rank 2 critical chance reduced to 1%, down from 2%.
Sanctity of Battle rank 2 critical chance reduced to 1%, down from 2%.
Surefooted movement decrease changed to 3/5/7%, down from 5/7/9%.
Starlight Wrath cast time decrease changed to increased damage done by Wrath and Starfire.
Deadliness Attack Power bonus changed to 3%, down from 4%.
Survival of the Fittest no longer gives bonus armor and reduced chance to receive critical hits.
Moonfury damage increase changed to 1/2/3%, down from 2/3/4%.

Poleaxe Specialization crit chance reduced to 1%, down from 2%.
Improved Mortal Strike no longer gives cooldown reduction. Damage is 2/4/6%, down from 3/6/10%.
Crusade rank 2 now increases all your damage done to creatures by 1% instead of 2%.
Protector of the Pack no longer gives Attack Power and no longer requires Bear Form.
Puncturing Wounds backstab crit changed to 2%, down from 4%.
Tidal Mastery crit increase changed to 2%, down from 3%.
Elemental Weapons now increases your Windfury Damage by 3/6/9%, down from 5/10/15%.
